So far, my experience has been amazing. The customer service, is great. When I was still considering whether I was going to use Thryv, the emails bothered me but now that I'm using the platform I'm so grateful for all of the support and that there is always someone to check in on me. The website turned out AMAZING! Exceeded my expectations by a long shot and the rough draft was completed in like 3 days. Its crazy! I've built many websites for myself and this experience has made me a believer in just hiring someone else. I've paid for a lot of SAAS over the years. Thryv, by far, is worth the cost considering what else is on the market. The personalized customer care on top of a robust platform that basically does all the things, is worth its weight in gold. I was slightly skeptical after reading some negative reviews, but my experience has been phenomenal. Also most platforms either integrate with Stripe OR Square. This is the first I've seen that integrates with both, on top of offering their own payment processor. The marketing campaign templates are almost plug and play. So much is done for you that it frees up a lot of your time. Love it.Thryv
