  Southwest Funding has provided me with 2 primary residential loans and each one was seamless. My rate and closing costs were very competitive. My loan was approved and clear to close 10 days before the closing date on each transaction and I was updated each week on the progress of my loan. My experience with Southwest Funding was excellent.

  We have already missed one closing date. We were waiting on ************** to get back to us. We are out of *******. He said to sign the paperwork knowing it was worded wrong. It showed us bringing 200K to closing but he stated he would change it. Now his supervisor is agreeing with **** that we are holding up the process. Our paperwork is wrong and the problem is the homeowners we are buying the house off are waiting on these funds to purchase their next home. We have already closed on our current home and because the paperwork is constantly wrong we wait for **** to change it. We are the issue? I have a family of five and we have to be out of our current home in a week and still have not heard of when our next closing date is. This is not suppose to be a depressing and stressful time. You should be happy to get into another home. I am very unhappy and the unprofessional acts performed by **** is unacceptable. His supervisor should pursue the issue and was called about the this twice.

  Southwest Funding sincerely apologizes for the loan originators actions. In response to your review the compliance department addressed the complaints made with the loan originator and actions were taken. Your loan was transferred to another originator to aide in getting your loan closed. Southwest Funding wishes you and your family many happy years in your new home.

  I used Southwest Funding for my original purchase 2018, and refinance in 2020. My loan advisor, Wendy D****, helped me recognize that if I planned to stay in my house - it was worth the effort to refinance again in 2021 - and boy I'm glad she did.   I've already sent her a couple of family members for loans on their first homes. Wendy is cool - she told my cousin, it's not no .. just not yet. We trust her. She valued us more than the deal. Texas people are the real deal!

  Southwest Funding offers a variety of mortgages for purchasing or refinancing a home. We worked with Ms. Jael Z***** to purchase our most recent home. It doesn't matter how many homes you purchase/refinance, there is always apprehension when making such a large purchase. Throughout the process Jael and her team were always available any time we needed them. Thank you Jael & Southwest Funding for making our dreams come true.
