      I bought a Jeep Cherokee with a hole on the block of the engine, as well on the oil pan, the description when bought said it runs and drives, but the light on the dash where not turn on, and when of destination, I would not had bought if the discrimination said (not working or mechanical issues) I got in contact with the manager and did not want to respond or admit there fault very unprofessional and was hard even to get in contact with her until I call the main office in *****, will be filing a lawsuit the the company for miss leading in advertising

      I have bought vehicles through Copart *********************************..In which I kept and have been very satisfied with. I was so confident with the company I sent other buyers to the company. $50k in a Month. I found a Jetski which (Copart )said had minor scratches and dents in which I was interested. I bid on the Auction and went to pick it up in ******* from ******** and found out upun further inspection that the engine was seized and the super charger was removed. ( the whole Jetski hull was split and the engine was removed of all working pieces.)I told the Manager I didnt want it...the listing was false..My wife and I explained the situation and he was oblivious to the problem. The manager of Seattle North did not follow company policy....did not give us the option to reject the item...and did not care about the situation.. and told me I should have looked into it more .Now 2 months later I am stuck with a MAJOR PROBLEM and $9500 lost, that was not disclosed and ignored just to make his site look good.

      To sum things up, your stuff will be stolen here. I got in an accident on July 25th. I was in shock and in a rush to get my things out of the car since it happened on highway I-35. One of the things I forgot to remove from my car was a Uniden R3 Extreme Long Range Radar Detector that I paid exactly $290 for. It was mounted on the windshield. I was told that my car would be taken to Copart and that I can retrieve anything else from it there.I didn't have transportation for a while so I didn't immediately go to pick up my stuff from the car. However, the *************** adjuster had to go inspect my car at Copart and in his report he stated that there was a radar detector in the vehicle. When I finally went to Copart on July 28th, the radar detector was no longer in the vehicle which means that either 1. an employee stole the radar detector or 2. a client was on the lot and opened the car and stole it. Either way, Copart is responsible because they have cameras.I emailed the *** **** ******, weeks ago about this issue and I never got a response from her. ****, what is taking so long? The insurance adjustor put in his report that the radar detector was in the car on your lot. So where did it go? Did it magically disappear?This company should not have a partnership with *****. Read the other reviews, others have also had their belongings "disappear" from this company's lot.

      Extremely disappointed and outraged, I created a business account, and there was a small discrepancy in the names between my business license and my personal name, so ********************** advised me to contact the state of Florida and correct it, so I did. After correcting the problem, I called Copart again to load the license. I was informed that the account had been changed to a personal account and there would be no way to change it to a business account again (the membership fee and deposit had already been paid). I was informed that I would have to cancel the account and create a new one, without receiving a refund of the amount paid. Even so, I did so. My account was canceled and I created a new business account. I made the membership payment again, and now they have blocked my account due to duplication. After a week of trying to resolve the issue without success, Copart is wrongly saying that there is a car purchased 3 years ago that was relisted in my name. A LIE. They are asking for another payment of $600 that does not exist. They do not even know which car to use, and how would there be a 3-year debt? ago if my account was active before it was canceled to make the new one ???? outraged and robbed, I feel wronged I was left without the money from the membership payment for 2 accounts and without an account to buy cars,

The fact that four accounts use the same name are evidence enough to associate the four accounts. ********************** will agree to activate this new account if the old account pays their debt.       I just felt discriminated and I probably will be filling a lawsuit against copart soon if they can't accurately tell me why my account was suspended. Because the agent I spoke to told me it is because I accessed copart from a restricted IP address and I asked them if US IP address, ********* to be precise IP address is restricted. The funny thing is when I checked my email, I realized I was emailed by a different agent about my multi state license expiring soon in January which was lost in the mail. They charged my account for yearly premium renewal fee in Jan, 2024. The copart 1st CS agent I spoke to simply spoke rudely, like I am so sort of a criminal. The 2nd agent I spoke to told me the 1st agent was wrong that the account was not suspended because of a restricted IP and told me someone will be reaching out to me to know how to proceed to open the account back. It is been a week now and no one has reached out. My member ID is ******. So I really want to know what's going on or else, the judge will help ask what I did wrong. Probably because I am black. I want to know.

      Set up arrangements to purchase my vehicle 08/01. The rep told me in order to sell this, they would need 24 hours to set up pick up time. I finally got in touch to set up, and they said if I call Friday, they can pick it up Monday. They said they'd call me an hour before they get there without a specific time frame. I had someone at my house to wait for the, but I never got a call. They are now telling me that they should have never said that process. So they said they cant get anybody out there that day, so i asked about Tuesday. ******* worked for them between 8-12, to which we agreed. They picked up the vehicle and provided the check around 9am. They never told me to wait to cash the check, apparently I had to wait 24 hours. I found this out only after trying to cash the check at my bank. I then called up and asked for a manager to ask why that this was the case and why this wasn't communicated to me. The manager said in response: I'm sorry. No one mentioned the way things actually are and getting different information. They need to be more clear on the process and tell people how it is supposed to go. They need to tell people at the time of the interaction that they will need to wait 24 hours so people are aware that it won't be available for 24 hours.

      I Think Copart Don't care about consumers who make a purchase from their resellers. They will not let consumers get a title replacement if they are not a member of Copart. Sad Part they have you **** down all the information that they ask for, for you to be told, sorry you have to be a member in order for us to help you. I had purchased the vehicle a week prior, so the car and my items was lost inside the vehicle. I later found out that the papers was lost on the vehicle prior to me buying the vehicle, So the seller knew he didn't have papers on the vehicle. Trey's **** of *******. To Clarify I purchased a van and it had a salvage title, the last time the car was registered was in ***** (Copart Auction) I was given a bill of sale from the reseller. Unfortunately I needed all of the papers that came with the van when it was purchased from Copart, so the reseller made it my ****** for not going to dmv to register the vehicle. I found out that I would not have been able to register the vehicle, DMV said that the was unable to pull up any information NOTHING. So im out of 1800 and items left in the vehicle. The van was towed for registration. I had the car barely 10 days.

      I love buying cars from Copart, I've spent roughly $500k with them. The 1 star is not because of their ridiculous fees, impossibly long pickup or delivery process, it's because THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN THINGS GO WRONG. These are the Process problems I've had with Copart, just to name the top 2...1. They gave a ******** I bought and paid for to someone else, they had it on video leaving with said person, THEN they wouldn't give me my money back, I had to fight them for weeks!!!2. Their BS payment process would not run a debit card I've used countless times, no one could help, so I had to pay an extra $500 for non-secure payment (which worked immediately) with the very same card.Happy Bidding, it's very fun, but know that when something goes wrong you're most likely up a creek w/out a paddle, and these are not small sums of money, ****** accordingly.
