Copart advertises that a person can purchase a vehicle using their site without a license. There are perhaps 1 out of 1000 cars available for private purchase without a license. I think they should make more cars available for the average *** or *****. I am also mad that once I established a membership I looked on their broker referral page. I used one off their list "A Better Bid" They are terrible. All the hidden fees. I would of had to read the whole website to know all the fees. I was shocked when I received a bill from them. I am angry that COPART had them on their website. COPART should know who they are in bed with. I'd like them to remove "A Better Bid" from their website as an option.Copart, Inc.

We hate to hear your experience with Copart was less than expected. Customer experience is very important to us. Unfortunately, state laws vary from state that prevents us from selling vehicles to individuals that do not have the proper licensing. The Copart webpage provides a licensing overview page that shows the licensing requirements for each state. Our broker program is in place for those members that do not have the proper licensing in order to purchase vehicles. Please do not let this most recent experience reflect poorly on our team and company. We strive to provide the best customer service to each customer each and every time. Dealing with the Copart title express ***** ******* has been the most confusing process following my motor vehicle accident. I mean I was injured and lost my vehicle, and this is what I have to deal with. They claim to be customer service driven, but they do not explain their process up-front. Instead, they rely on a business portal application in order to outline the steps that the customer needs to complete. What they do not tell you is that they are a divided *******. One half of the ******* is sitused in local offices and the other is sitused internationally. This causes mega confusion and there most certainly is a language barrier. This is unfair to the customer as they receive robotic updates via the business portal application, and without very much explanation from the customer representatives themselves. Each representatives has a different story, and there is no accountability for when things fall through the cracks. At the end of the day, they should consider making this process an official state process. As they are handling official state documents, that require attorneys, etc. and compliance standards. This is how the ******* makes their profit, through making people stumble over these official hurdles. Very unfair and predatorial.Copart, Inc.

We hate to hear your experience with the Copart Title Express process was less than expected; customer service/experience is very important to us. Unfortunately, there was not enough information provided to research the lot referenced. Being involved in an insurance claim is stressful enough, we would never intentionally add to that stress or delay the process of your claim in any way. Please do not let this most recent experience reflect poorly on our team. We strive to provide the best customer service to each customer each and every time.. This feedback will be provided to upper and senior leadership for the continuous improvement/enhancements of the Title Express process. Thank you,CopartReview fromAlan O

This company advertising that you can buy a car the fact is though you cant buy most cars unless your a dealer if anything they are guilty of false advertisement and refuse to give me my $100 back even though I was never allowed to bid on a car. They gave me some s*** about 7 days but I was still trying to figure out that if it was user error. So now Im out my money and I have so much hate for this company I dont ever want to do business with them ever again.Copart, Inc.

******************, NMVTIS is a federal database for reporting salvage and junk vehicles that is entirely separate from state laws regarding which vehicles require a salvage or junk title. I have a paid membership with Copart and go out to see cars before I bid on them. This last time I had a employee who shows the cars ...take me to look at the particular car I was interested in...While looking at the car, this employee took out his cell phone and started talking to someone and while talking to them ...he started taking pictures of this car right in front of me...He opened up the back passenger door and took pictures in side the car...;then he moved over to the engine and took pictures of the engine while talking to someone...after he did this...I said..so you are telling your friend about this car..maybe he will bid also....on the way back i brought it up again saying...so do you think your friend will bid on this car and if so where does this leave me?anyway...now i do not want to have him show me any future cars because of this .....yet i have to see the cars ...so do i just bid on the car blind because i might have a better shot at getting it....sight unseen...to avoid having this employee spread the word about this car. This is bad business practice for copart.Copart, Inc.
