I would not recommend this place to anyone. The people lie and are very unprofessional. They sold me a run and drive vehicle that clearly never drove. I have picture and video evidence of this and they refuse to help in any way. I drove 12 hours to get a vehicle that has way more damage than disclosed and costs a lot of money to fix. After bringing this up with the general and regional managers they refuse to do anything about it. I showed them pictures and videos and the manager laughed and refused to help. DO NOT, do business with this place. They are liars and completely unethical place of business. I contacted them directly first to try and work something out, but they refuse to do anything about it, even though clearly there were issues not disclosed.

My car was taken to Copart by my insurance company to determine whether it would be totaled or fixed. Once it was deemed totaled, I contacted Copart to get my license plate mailed to me (they're 45 minutes from me) so I could have it for my new car. I was promised it would be mailed out the next day. Four days later, I called to make sure it was mailed and it was not. Since I needed it to pick up my new car, I asked if it could be overnighted. I was told they would ask my insurance company to pay to have it overnighted. They were granted permission and I was told it would be overnighted today and I should call back after 3 to get a tracking #. I did that and was told no, they did not send it out - they don't send mail out every day. I asked them what overnight means to them? What business does not receive/send mail every day? I called my insurance company and was told Copart should have taken off the plates when they picked up the car from the towing company in the first place, and that they should have FedExed the plate to me when they were originally notified to send me the plate (which would have gotten it to me in plenty of time). The staff at Copart are extremely rude, unprofessional, and not customer friendly, including the manager I spoke to.

This particular lot in ********** falsely advertised a vehicle as "run and drive" when the wheel axle was broken and it could not run. They then suspended my account (that I paid $150 for) because I refused to take posession of the vehicle and did a chargeback on my credit card, because it was falsely advertised. They claimed that their policy is that if it runs and drives when it gets to them then it is considered a run and drive and there is no guarantee that it's road worthy. Even if that is true, the axle was broken and the vehicle could not drive not even in the parking lot. They need to be honest about their vehicles.I must note that I made a purchase with them before at the location in ************** and that went well.

False advertisement on their online operations. It appears that they have no concerns for small businesses who are their buyers. They are saying you should not believe what we are advertising to you. They are not willing to hold their sellers responsible for the defected vehicles they sell for them. My displeasure is with the Glassboro Copart branch in NJ. The general manager - ms. MICHELE *********. This is my story .
I baught a car for more than $6000 for a customer of mine under the information provided by Copart on their USA platform as Running and driving. When the car gets to the customer location she could not get the vehicle off the truck because it was not starting. On further investigation we found that there was no battery in the vehicle. A new battery was baught and place in the car but it still would not start. A mechanic who works with BMW s was notified for guidance and he reported the car has a burnout alternator and a seized engine. And will not turn with wrench on crankshaft. I spoke with ********* but she brought me no resolve or solutions. Now I am in a battle with my customer. I did not want to have to fight with Copart because other reports on copart is that they can never loose. I don't believe that. False advertisement on the internet in a copart business is illegal. So many small businesses loss their business due to these illegal practices carried out by these giant companies that exercise no compassion for the little person money they will just take it all in dishonesty. I am seeking the regional manager- Tim Buzzle help in resolving this matter. If I cannot get that, we might have to find other ways to return the customers money. As a small business man I am already suffered loss in my dignity , time and money. I am hoping for a resolution without the courts.

Trying to sell my car to copart. It's already on their lot. I've already sent in my title and signed where they told me too. It's been over a month since my cars been there. This is absolutely ridiculous and I have no other option but to take legal action as they hardly ever respond to me via email. ***** ********

If you have any questions regarding the completion of the documents, you can reach out to the Copart selling location directly at ************. I got an advertisement from copart being a premier member 15 days before my renewal is due, I decided to take advantage of the discount offered via the mailer, when I logged into my account to make the payment, I was charged the full renewal price. I called copart and they told me they will get back with me, they never did and every effort to get copart to honor the advertisement proved abortive. On Monday 3/6/23, I got an email my membership has been down graded to guest, I called copart to know why, they could not give me a valid reason, the agent apologized and put me on hold for few minutes, she informed me the account has been restored to premier membership and that I should go back to check my account. Few minutes later I had the chance to log into my account and found out that my expiration date has been cut by 2 months, from January 26th **** to November 10th 2023. I called copart to know why, and I was informed it is because I had relisted 2 cars in 2022, ridiculous! I was charged as per their regulations for the 2 relisted vehicles and I made both payments on time. I questioned the agent I spoke with that there is no part of copart's disclosures that provided information about such a practice, (forfeiting time for relisting). She gave me no reasonable reason but that my account restarted twice (per her manager) which is why 2 months of membership was forfeited. I have noticed a trend with copart always milking customers. Be very careful dealing with them, hopefully the government of ***** will look into their shady practices soon, I will be more than willing to be a witness when that time comes...and I know it will not be long, I will make sure to keep all my documentation. Shameful!

We sold a car to Copart and Copart arranged to pick it up Friday. The tow driver gave us the check and loaded the car. Full disclosure -- I made sure the check was written out with the correct amount, but I didn't notice the small print that said two signatures were required for amounts over $1,000. Of course, there was only one signature. I called the office when I noticed we had a check we couldn't cash, which meant they had our car and we were not actually paid for it. The agent who answered the phone said three times, "I don't know what I can do for you," like we were just out of luck. She did suggest coming across town on Monday to speak with a manager who would "look at it." Copart thinks going two days without payment with no guarantee we would get payment when we showed up is an appropriate response. She said a manager would call me, which never happened. Before calling authorities with a fraud claim, I decided to give the tow truck driver a chance to correct his mistake, since he was the one who should have signed the check originally. He stated he would return to our house on Saturday to make us whole. He did not show up and does not return my texts. Copart has made it clear they do not intend to give us a negotiable check to pay ** for the car they bought. We have no choice but to pursue legal action for fraud.

Fraudulent company with poor practices. Parts were missing from the vehicle I purchased amounting to around $1000. Disputed the fact with *****************, manager. They give no guarantees to what you see and bid on in the auction will be there when you receive delivery of the vehicle. Frankly he and the customer representatives i spoke with did not care at all that they sold a misrepressented vehicle. They callously didn't care that morally they were stealing money from me. Truly, from the top to the bottom, they did not care. Please consider buying elsewhere.
