      Two weeks havent been able to login cant retrieve my password not once have they responded back to me. Yes one time with an auto reply. Sent 20 or 30 replies cant login cant get my password.       They banned without any reason! When I appealed they denied, I asked for reason and evidence. They didnt give me any.

      I didnt sign up for all these dating apps to find a person to be set up with fraudulent accounts. If I could give them a -10 I would.

      This website makes it impossible to contact them for a refund or cancellation in the event that a mistake was made in making an account. I was not aware that persons pursuing a divorce were prohibited from using this site. My misunderstanding. Please cancel my account and remove the pending charge in the amount of $32.25 from my **************** CC immediately. If the charge posts, I will have no choice but to dispute the change and since I have sent this letter as well as an e-mail message in a timely fashion, I will file a complaint with BBB and post negative reviews of the difficulty in doing business with ************************* is very disingenuous of Match.com to deny a membership and still threaten to charge a CC account for no service.

      Band for no reason seems like discrimination to me. I am a single man and run my own business and work a lot. I thought online dating might help. I came across some nice people that I conversed with and many phony profiles. I decided to cancel my membership and take a break and then with three days left on my current subscription, I went to login and it said I was banned but would not give me a reason. I looked over the terms and conditions and by no means did I violate anything so I followed the link to submit an appeal and in less than five minutes later I got an email saying after careful review, my appeal was denied and I was banned permanently.. I was given this message still without a reason or what term they claim i violated. If somebody had looked into the matter, they wouldve seen that. I am a real person and I have not violated anything. as terms and conditions go, and it probably wouldve taken him more than just a couple minutes to go through my profile, correspondences to other members, etc.. I even emailed their support a nice message, (I do have a copy and screenshots of the email as well as screenshots from my account stating I was banned and then minutes later saying my appeal was denied and I will be sharing all of these correspondence with you once I get them all sorted out )asking them to look into this because once again I had violated no terms of service according to their website, but still have not gotten any response or a reason for my being banned which makes me lean towards discrimination on their part for some crazy reason like maybe me being a veteran or somebody perhaps reported me for a bogus reason because I did not respond to them, etc.

      I have been banned twice within a few months from Match.com for no reason. The first time is when I paid my membership fee and joined. Match restored my access and refunded half of the fee for my trouble. Now, a few months later, they banned me again for no reason. They refunded the fee but refuse to explain why I was banned. I did not post any inappropriate pictures or text, or contact anyone inappropriately, etc. I went through their "appeals" process, and I still received no explanation for the ban. I am a financially and ethically responsible retiree. It is absurd that this happened not only once, but twice, without explanation.

      A woman I went on a few dates with falsely reported me just because I told her that we weren't a good match. The Hinge team banned me without providing any explanation. I'm very disappointed that Hinge bans users without conducting a proper investigation. I hope more people consider taking action against the company for the emotional stress caused by unjustified bans.

      I only have one account. This account has no linked credit card and i have no tinder subs through ******. They have been charging me for gold for over a year (I don't use this card so I don't check it much). This card was linked at one time, but cancelled the sub over a year ago and erased the card info. Basically, I have been paying for a gold account, but only receiving the free level of benefits. This seems to be fraudulent to me. Did a charge back since I can't get in touch with a human to resolve this...they banned my account. Stay far away from these...thieves....

      Hello, Like everyone else complaining on dating app companies BBB pages, I too am constantly banned, and always without a refund, forcing me to call in a dispute to my credit card company each time. I depend on online dating as the only way I have a chance to meet members of the opposite gender, but, unfortunately, like everyone else complaining on the BBBs page for each dating app company, I too am constantly the victim of the absolutely horrendous method that almost every major dating app companymost of them owned by Match Groupuses to handle the concept of reporting users, which ultimately and quickly leads to reported users being permanently and immediately banned on the app. There should only be 1 reason to ever permanently ban any user: criminal activity. No one should ever receive the dating app equivalent of the death penalty for any reason less than this. The most common example is scammers using photos of an attractive person, usually a slim young white girl, with the aim of making money somehow from the victim. A much rarer example is a physical crime, such as physical assault, date ****, kidnapping, mugging, and the like. However, I, like all the folks complaining about each dating app on their respective BBB pages, have never once attempted any of these crimes. Instead, were always permanently banned for silly reasons such as because someone clicked report on us for revenge for any reason, and then, if we make a new account, were banned because we were banned for silly reasons previously. All you have to do is skim the BBB pages of each app to see that the company, usually Match Group, employs the same ridiculous copy and paste messages each time: Assure the user that they were banned correctly and with great consideration, not via an automatic process in which one or more users clicked report on them, and that theres a great reason they cant disclose what their offense was, and that they absolutely must keep your money.
