      Hinge Ban Appeal Complaint Type: Problem with a Product or **************** Match Group (Hinge)---Complaint:I was permanently banned from the Hinge dating app without being given any specific reason or explanation. I followed the proper appeal process through the app and received a final denial, which included a vague reference to terms of service violations. No clear evidence or actionable feedback was provided.I am a veteran of the **** and pride myself on treating others with respect, including on dating platforms. Ive never harassed anyone or acted inappropriately, and I find this outcome unfair and damaging to my reputation.I respectfully asked Hinge for a human review and fair evaluation, but they closed the case without transparency or accountability. I was not informed of what specific action or report led to this ban, which makes it impossible to understand or correct any ******** a paying user, I am simply requesting a clear explanation or the opportunity to have my account reinstated after a true, unbiased review by someone at Match Group. Im willing to comply with all guidelines and conduct myself respectfully, as I always have.---Desired Outcome:A human-led review of my case and possible reinstatement of my account, OR A clear explanation of the specific violation I allegedly committed so I can understand and move forward.

      Banned me without any real reason and I never went against any of their policies, I paid membership for over two years and always used hinge responsibly to meet people and to date.

      They banned without any reason or explanation. When I appealed the ban, they denied my appeal without any reason. I asked for reason and evidence and they didnt give me any.

      Two weeks havent been able to login cant retrieve my password not once have they responded back to me. Yes one time with an auto reply. Sent 20 or 30 replies cant login cant get my password.       They banned without any reason! When I appealed they denied, I asked for reason and evidence. They didnt give me any.

      I didnt sign up for all these dating apps to find a person to be set up with fraudulent accounts. If I could give them a -10 I would.

      This website makes it impossible to contact them for a refund or cancellation in the event that a mistake was made in making an account. I was not aware that persons pursuing a divorce were prohibited from using this site. My misunderstanding. Please cancel my account and remove the pending charge in the amount of $32.25 from my **************** CC immediately. If the charge posts, I will have no choice but to dispute the change and since I have sent this letter as well as an e-mail message in a timely fashion, I will file a complaint with BBB and post negative reviews of the difficulty in doing business with ************************* is very disingenuous of Match.com to deny a membership and still threaten to charge a CC account for no service.

      Band for no reason seems like discrimination to me. I am a single man and run my own business and work a lot. I thought online dating might help. I came across some nice people that I conversed with and many phony profiles. I decided to cancel my membership and take a break and then with three days left on my current subscription, I went to login and it said I was banned but would not give me a reason. I looked over the terms and conditions and by no means did I violate anything so I followed the link to submit an appeal and in less than five minutes later I got an email saying after careful review, my appeal was denied and I was banned permanently.. I was given this message still without a reason or what term they claim i violated. If somebody had looked into the matter, they wouldve seen that. I am a real person and I have not violated anything. as terms and conditions go, and it probably wouldve taken him more than just a couple minutes to go through my profile, correspondences to other members, etc.. I even emailed their support a nice message, (I do have a copy and screenshots of the email as well as screenshots from my account stating I was banned and then minutes later saying my appeal was denied and I will be sharing all of these correspondence with you once I get them all sorted out )asking them to look into this because once again I had violated no terms of service according to their website, but still have not gotten any response or a reason for my being banned which makes me lean towards discrimination on their part for some crazy reason like maybe me being a veteran or somebody perhaps reported me for a bogus reason because I did not respond to them, etc.

      I have been banned twice within a few months from Match.com for no reason. The first time is when I paid my membership fee and joined. Match restored my access and refunded half of the fee for my trouble. Now, a few months later, they banned me again for no reason. They refunded the fee but refuse to explain why I was banned. I did not post any inappropriate pictures or text, or contact anyone inappropriately, etc. I went through their "appeals" process, and I still received no explanation for the ban. I am a financially and ethically responsible retiree. It is absurd that this happened not only once, but twice, without explanation.
