      A woman I went on a few dates with falsely reported me just because I told her that we weren't a good match. The Hinge team banned me without providing any explanation. I'm very disappointed that Hinge bans users without conducting a proper investigation. I hope more people consider taking action against the company for the emotional stress caused by unjustified bans.

      I only have one account. This account has no linked credit card and i have no tinder subs through ******. They have been charging me for gold for over a year (I don't use this card so I don't check it much). This card was linked at one time, but cancelled the sub over a year ago and erased the card info. Basically, I have been paying for a gold account, but only receiving the free level of benefits. This seems to be fraudulent to me. Did a charge back since I can't get in touch with a human to resolve this...they banned my account. Stay far away from these...thieves....

      Hello, Like everyone else complaining on dating app companies BBB pages, I too am constantly banned, and always without a refund, forcing me to call in a dispute to my credit card company each time. I depend on online dating as the only way I have a chance to meet members of the opposite gender, but, unfortunately, like everyone else complaining on the BBBs page for each dating app company, I too am constantly the victim of the absolutely horrendous method that almost every major dating app companymost of them owned by Match Groupuses to handle the concept of reporting users, which ultimately and quickly leads to reported users being permanently and immediately banned on the app. There should only be 1 reason to ever permanently ban any user: criminal activity. No one should ever receive the dating app equivalent of the death penalty for any reason less than this. The most common example is scammers using photos of an attractive person, usually a slim young white girl, with the aim of making money somehow from the victim. A much rarer example is a physical crime, such as physical assault, date ****, kidnapping, mugging, and the like. However, I, like all the folks complaining about each dating app on their respective BBB pages, have never once attempted any of these crimes. Instead, were always permanently banned for silly reasons such as because someone clicked report on us for revenge for any reason, and then, if we make a new account, were banned because we were banned for silly reasons previously. All you have to do is skim the BBB pages of each app to see that the company, usually Match Group, employs the same ridiculous copy and paste messages each time: Assure the user that they were banned correctly and with great consideration, not via an automatic process in which one or more users clicked report on them, and that theres a great reason they cant disclose what their offense was, and that they absolutely must keep your money.

      Hinge customer bans and appeals are ridiculous. I recently found myself single again and I assumed I wouldve been unbanned from hinge after years but apparently Im still banned because I reported too many escorts and hookers on the application. I appealed years ago with no luck. This should be embarrassing for match Group the way they deal with customers

      A woman I met on hinge began harassing me to the point I had to get the police and courts involved. Even though we no longer were matched, she reported me and now Im banned on the app. When I tried explaining this to the company they refused to even look at my evidence. They gave me no chance to prove my innocence and have now allowed my harasser to continue to harass me in new ways. ***** on this company

      Their customer service is run but AI BOTS. What a dismal company. No help whatsoever after several days of attempts; I can't believe they are still in business.

      Match is non responsive to my request to gain access to my account. I want to cancel my subscription immediately. When I want to cancel my subscription, it tells my to log into my account. My password no longer works, so when I click on the reset password, I immediately get an expired link.

      If I was not required to pick a minimum of one star I would not giving Match.com any stars. I got a deal last year for their silver package. I didn't get the services that were advertised. They limited how many profile pictures that you can see to five, and had very limited search filters available. When you set up an account with ********************** they automatically enroll you for automatic payment, and the only way to disable this feature is to end your subscription. I sent a message to match.com showing them a screenshot of the silver package and how I'm not receiving the services that were listed. Their answer was you have no choice but to upgrade if you want those features. I had a one-year subscription and only used it for a couple months and completely forgot about it, until I saw my charge card was billed $128.27 a year later. I had sent a message to match.com explaining the issue, and they said that they do not offer refunds. It's upsetting that they don't have a phone number and you can't talk to anybody. Your questions are first answered by AI. A person will message you if you respond that the answer did not help. When searching for a dating app make sure you research before you join. My opinion is, that these companies take advantage of people. They do it in a way that is sneaky.

      Similar to a large number of other reviews here, I was banned after trying to resubscribe after not being a subscribing member for a number of months. As soon as I resubscribed, I was not able to log in as I then received an email indicating that my account was closed and that I was banned due to "suspicious activity". I was then very concerned as to what the "suspicious activity" was, and in trying to find out what may have occurred with my account, they refused to provide any further information and simply stated that their decision was final.While I understand that they may be trying to protect individuals on their site, this just seems like a completely messed up (and lazy) process for a company as an individual has no recourse whatsoever to appeal...and on top of everything, you do not even know what is that you are trying to appeal. They also provide no customer service to speak to as the only communication available is via email.I would not recommend anyone use this dating site to anyone after my recent experience.
