      This site is a joke. Almost weekly, I get a malfunction where I can't log in. Tinder sends some automatic reply blaming me for the problem. It is happening on their end and they have fixed it numerous times only to have it occur again. When I try to log in, I get an "Oops, we're experiencing some issues. Please try again." Then, they send me some automated email saying it's MY problem. This is happened well over a dozen times in 6 months. Do NOT purchase a subscription.

      Account was banned. Asked for a review. Waited a week no response sent an email asking. Was told there is not timeline, asking would drop me in the queue(even though couldn't tell me where I was at in it), and to stop bothering. It has been over two months.

      I was banned from using their service for no apparent reason. No reason was ever provided, nor will they provide me a reason. This happened in 2018, and it seems they've not slowed down on the discriminatory bans since then.

      My account was banned with no explanation. I cannot think of s single thing I could have done that would be against their policy. Not successful with customer service either.

      After being on this site for less than 6 hours and following all posted guidelines even verifying my pictures (nothing explicit), I was banned, account taken down and given no explanation as to why this happened (sent an email). They literally took $34.00 from me and I barely used the app. That is fraudulent.

      Terrible customer service, I was banned for no reason, not provided an explanation why and given generic answers. Most of this site is now bots and very few people. The service did not help me at all when I advised if anything inappropriate was done it was most likely a hack. When I asked for details they told me the could not give me any. Horrible company, horrible site, horrible customer service!

      Their support is horrendous. They are only capable of copy/pasting excerpts from their help docs and god forbid something is wrong with your account, they are not willing to look into it. They literally copy/paste the same thing over and over again even when you are paying for their highest tier subscription.

      Log onto Hinge only to find my account terminated without warning. I contacted support briefly explaining my issue and the company would not disclose any reasoning for deleting my account. I am not the type of person to harass people or upload disparaging photos, so this decision came as a huge surprise. They were also not willing to work with me on resolving the issue or restoring my account. Let it be known that this company REJECTS PAYING CUSTOMERS and would recommend anybody to use a service not owned by Match Group (Hinge, Tinder, Match, etc) as they lack communication, transparency, and compassion for their customers. If you do, don't expect any help from their "support" if you get banned inexplicably. Hinge is at least correct with their tagline. This app really is designed to be deleted...

      DO NOT USE THIS APP!! After months of spending money on this account and extra purchases with the app, the will ban your account with no reason why!!!! Use match or bumble. Don't waste your time and money on this app. SCAM!!
