      They force you to sign up for an Active Advantage trial membership when purchasing a class or ticket and then won't cancel it upon request. Once the trial is over, they charge $89.95 per year. You should be able to make a purchase without having to sign up for a third party membership that costs money.

      sent us a registered mail we had to drive 20 miles for. and it was for nothing but to tell us the price is going up what a stupid waste of time and money

      I just can't believe this company can continue to scam people! I bought a day pass for a state recreation site through Reserve America, and you have to check a box for a free trial membership for active advantage in order to complete the transaction. I emailed the company to cancel my trial membership, and of course, they said, they have "a little trouble finding my membership", so I will have to wait and get charged for $89.95! I'm changing my credit card! So sick of companies like this! And why on earth is state website using this company to purchase passes??
