      Same story . Fraudulent companies. I Bought a child's ticket to a charity race for Iron Man ****, just a small get together with kids. Company suspiciously says they Not answer the phones due to COVID-19 protocols.? It's a scam. How do we go about requesting our credit card companies to file, a fraudulent charge.

      This company runs different adult and youth sports team management. They force sign up the kids for some 'active advantage' thing when they sign up for necessary thng for VOLLEYBALL and this advantage thing is basically for runners or something. THe problem I have is it is purposely set up to trick people into giving them money for nothing. Its one of the oldest scams there is, and it blows my mind anyone trusts them with their families info.

      Fraudulent company. Got charged $89.95 which I never authorized or signed up to any race event. Reported to my credit card company and had to cancel my credit card for a new card. Also, submitted fraudulent report to the *************************

      I was charged ***** on 10/13/22. I have never heard of this company or seen anything about it. I only booked a local park shelter for my daughters birthday back in September and now they are charging me for a membership? I never received any emails from this company regarding any membership or cancellation of any kind. This is extremely inconsiderate and inconvenient. I need a full refund ASAP of my money that was fraudulently taken from my account.

      Really lowlife company. Tricking people into signing up for an $89.95 yearly membership with no warning. Myself and 2 of my friends signed up for a 5k race and ALL THREE OF US got unexpected $89.95 charges on our credit cards. We are all smart people and somehow were all unaware of having signed up for this membership which can only mean one thing - the company is deliberately tricking people into signing up for this membership. Read all the reviews below me and you will see it is an extremely common experience. It's truly a scumbag move to do this. I only hope there are no people who do not diligently check their credit card statements and have been paying for this unknowingly. Trash company that should face consequences.

      Bank sent an alert for fraud of $89.95 Never had authorized this charge. Now I had to cancel my bank card! What an inconvenience!

      I purchased a ticket for a Charity **** ride and was given a free 1 month subscription to active and after the free trial was over they charged my ***** for a year subscription. I have no idea what this company is or what they do. I filed a complaint to my credit card and I'll see if I get my money back. this is a completely scam.

      I'm very unhappy because I was notified today of an $89.95 charge to my credit card from this business (as so many others before me have said). I never signed up for this membership or created an account. They took my information from when I signed up my family for a local recreation department event. The recreation department uses their service for registration. This is a total scam. Of course they do not answer their phones. I have put in a ticket for a full refund and am hoping for a response. However, it seems that is a struggle from reading other reviews.

      I booked a couple a compground using ReserveAmerica and was given a free 1 month subscription to active and after the free trial was over they charged my 89.85 for a year subscription. I have no idea what this company is or what they do. I just fill a complamaint to my credit card and I'll see if I get my money back. this is a completely scam.
