      I was contacted a few months back by a saleswoman from Campus box media,she told me they were working with our local highschool football team and she asked if we were interested in sponsering the team,she went over the pricing etc.. i told her we might be interested but i would have to talk it over with the owner,I asked for some info she could send me so i could see what it was we were paying for.She did and a week later someone from the same company called I told her i had recieved the info but owner was out sick and i wasnt able to show him i said call back n a week,after about 2 day we recieved our first invoice saying thak you for sponsering our team, a day later i got a call from them, i told them i didnt know yet, since then they called and called and called they call my office and as soon as they are told im not able to talk,they call my cell phone!! I have talked to three diffrent sales reps and told them all three times we were no longer interested,so they send more invoices and cell phone calls .I just want this to stop and for them to leave us alone.

      On behalf of Sports Promotion Network, I would like to address the complaint letter we received on regarding Ms. ******** ***** with Ott Automotive.

      I have been reaching out to Ms. ******** *****, I have left a couple messages for Ms. ******** *****, but no response. We soke with Ms. ******** ***** on 7/25 and she said that they had changed their mind and referred her to customer service to have her order cancelled. On 8/24 we received an email from Ms. ******** ***** stating they no longer want to do this, and the order was cancelled on 8/29. I would like to speak with her further so I can address the issue.

      We have always tried to maintain a clear line of communication between the schools we represent and our customers, however, sometimes the line of communication is misinterpreted between our staff and the customer.

      Campus Box Media is soliciting vendors and on the schools behalf without written consent. Our local businesses are being mislead and under the impression they are donating to Beech High School when in fact their money goes to Campus Box Media which sends cheap merchandise to our school without us knowing anything about their efforts. We would like this to stop.

      On behalf of Sports Promotion Network/Spirit Stop, I would like to address the complaint letter we received on 8/18/2022 in regard to Beech High School.

      Sports Promotion Network/Spirit Stop was working with Nichole Farr-Dance Coach, I have attached the email confirmation from Ms. Farr. We have coordinated the spirit items for Beech High School off and on since 2016. I want to personally apologize to Mr. ******* ******. Per our conversation we have discontinued all calls and communication with your community. Any items that have been committed to us will ship to the school if you can distribute those items. Again, we discontinued all calls when we spoke on 8/19/2022.

      I feel that Campusbox Media purposely targets newly formed businesses and by offering what seems to be a great opportunity to support the local schools and become part of the community. I was "sold" advertising space on non-existent t-shirts, there was to be a banner hung at the local football field and the cheerleaders were to hand out coupons during the home games. What a great advertising opportunity right? Too bad it wasn't real.

      I spoke with the school last week as I expected these t-shirts to be moving around the community any time, but they are not and the will not be. I was also informed by the school that I am not the only business to be scammed by this company in our community this year.

      Campusbox Media will not return my texts or emails, but they did call and try to get me to buy the same deal for basketball season! I paid $1099 on invoice #XXXXXX

      How this company is still operating is beyond me.

      I feel there was a miscommunication that started with the school that was supposed to be doing this fundraiser. They had switched coaches and the coach that originally set up this program did not inform anyone that it was supposed to happen before they left. A slow response from the Campusbox rep that sold me this program is what spurred my action in contacting the BBB though. I do believe that Donna at Campusbox is working in my best interest now and we will eventually come to a satisfying resolution.
