      I have waited months for a refund nobody ever emailed me back you can't get a person on the phone this company is a scam don't not do business with them

      SCAM!!!!!! Paid them a ton of money for football season advertisement- no banner was ever presented. Have called, left voicemails, and multiple emails and no one will respond to anythingyet they charged me in full for now basketball season. I am now going to dispute with my bank for fraud!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

      Campus Box Media is easy to work with. The products received are of good quality. Staff, students and community are excited to receive the products. T-shirts are a hit. Thanks for the hard work of making the products available for our school.

      This company is a rip-off. I have been trying to contact them to refund the money they took off my credit card. I worked with them last year, paid them in full, and did not get anything I was supposed to get at all. Now all of a sudden I am getting charges that I did not authorize. No one answers the phone or responds. A total rip-off. Do not do business with the company and stop having people do positive reviews for you. They are your staff and friends.

      They did not uphold their end of the bargain and when I cancelled my account they told me a refund would be no issue at all and I would see it reflected on my form of payment within 3-5 days. Here I am almost 10 days later and still no refund. And now I cant get anyone on the phone, and if I do, they hang up on me! They are completely unprofessional and at this point I cant even imagine they are a legit marketing company! I bet they scam the schools as well which is really sad!I am absolutely disgusted with this company and all of the things that were promoted and promised, and as soon as you pay NONE of it happens and every employee who annoyingly called everyday suddenly disappears!! Do NOT do business with these people!

      I advertised with Campus Box Media, LLC for promotions with two local high schools. This company is a scam. Neither of the schools had ever received product or even knew what they were supposed to be handing out. I cannot get anyone from the company to return my call. They scammed over $2,000 from me. Do not do business with this company, they will take your money!

      As a high school we have have worked with Campus Box Media (Spirit Stop) for many years. They provide us with promo items that we use as give-a-ways at our school events with local business information on them. I think it is a great way for community vendors to advertise and it helps our school provide promo items and monetary donations!
