  DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
  rent $2500. move in Dec 9. home looks nice. awful zoo smell from entire carpet upstairs. I call and complain before we move in. they attempt to put badaids by cleaning again instead of looking at real problem that the carpets and padding were soaked with animal urine. after 3 weeks of sleeping 5 people including an infant on living room floor, loosing tons of money on paid movers and furniture set up/shipping ect. request after request
  for compensation for this awful experience still no response! corporate has done nothing! now I just recieved a utility bill even though I pay another company for utilities . I may have to have an attorney deal with this as it's already February. the floors are loud and creaky from poor install and many other issues. *****************

  We have been with Invitation Homes for 6 years now and getting ready to sign another 2 year lease. We have been very happy living in one of their homes. Anytime I have needed something done they have went above and beyond to get it done for me and my husband. Thank you Invitation Homes for letting us live like we own.

  ***** went above an beyond with my maintenance repair today. He came to patch up a hole in my utility room but as he was walking in the front door he notice the screen was loose so he fixed that without me asking. I told him I knew he wasn't here for my dishwasher but something was wrong so he fixed that as well. Over all very please with todays visit. Great personality and attitude toward his job.

  My pregnant wife and I have been waiting for our refrigerator to be fixed since the second week of January now. The initial visit came by and he told us he did not know what was wrong that if it keeps acting up to put another request in. Well, January 16 rolls around and I put another one in because of ** not being able to purchase groceries and we waited over 3 weeks for them to send someone. I would call and call for an update or to politely request a more expedited process and all they would say is please wait.. So I have waited.. The freezer isn't freezing and the refrigerator can't contain groceries without spoiling due to it being 51 Fahrenheit (freezer is 39 Fahrenheit). At this point I would have purchased something myself and I made that request and have not heard an update in two weeks. This is extremely frustrating and the fact that we cannot store produce or meats at our home is unsettling with me.

  I recently put in a work order to have some trees trimmed around the house and invitation homes sent out a crew and they were exactly why we needed. They addressed all of my needs and did it to perfection. No complaints over here, Invitation Homes are always there for me no matter what the situation is. They actually work within what's best for their customers. They really are good professionals and customer friendly. Keep up the good work

  Invitation Homes made finding and renting a beautiful home easy! ****************** was very helpful and professional. My move in orientation was thorough, and I was provided with detailed information to troubleshoot most issues in my home. The associate conducting it arrived early, and showed me all major locations I would need to access in case of an emergency i.e. main water valve, alloy box, a/c unit to change filters and electrical panel. It was an overall pleasant experience to move into a home where all of the process was seamless!

  This company has no care for anything but their money. We are people with lives and sometimes things happen. I had to quit my job and remove my child from the school they were attending, a teacher was abusing the students and my child was one of the children who were being beat on. Now I have to stay at home with my child full time, which means I had to switch to working from home. In the process my February rent was late due to lack of work. Since I left immediately after what happened at my child's school in January. I have called and tried to tell them what was going on, but they do not care at all. What troubles me the most is the lack of emotion they have when I call. And Its extremely hard to get someone on the phone, so you have to always wait for someone to contact you back which almost never happens or you may receive a call after about 3 days. Now that I do have my rent money with all of the late fees they tacked on I can't even get access to the portal to make my payment. I know they are going to file for eviction and now I can possibly lose my home, even after I pay my rent. My only balance due is for this month and I have been trying to pay it since February 16,2023 which is when I told them I would be able to pay it when they called me to ask me why I have not made payment. Even then the tone was non caring and rude just as it was when I first moved in. I absolutely hate the management here. And it's the worst experience I have ever come in contact with. Even from the first month me signing up under a promotion of first month free rent then being told late that my home was not listed under the promotion and I still had to pay full rent, luckily I still had enough money after paying over ***** just to move in 10 days prior. My rent is **** so that's close to **** in under 30 days and I make the income to pay it but when I hit this tough patch it's no sympathy at all.I should have known when they were rude to me before we even moved in that this was
