      My wife and I rent with invitation homes and have had a great experience so far (5 months). They do seem to go above and beyond in communicating things and providing a very solid customer service experience. The common thread between speaking with different Inv Homes agents and techs is that they are all very respectful professional and they make sure that the resident is informed and engaged. Just recently had a pipe leak under the kitchen sink and I was compelled to mention the contractor (****) who came out and identified the issue, and literally demo'ed the wall and removed the pipe, repaired it, resealed it, used a cinder block as aggregate and basically brick and mortared the wall closed. And then he kept us updated with what he would do and what was the next steps from invitation homes. Honestly, thanks to ****, the root cause of the issue is fixed and also we found more ponded water behind the wall and are able to remediate appropriately. Leaks happen, they just need to be found fixed and the area needs to be dried. I have to admit invitation homes has handled this with class, efficiency, proactive communication and they've spared no expense. When I first mentioned a leak, they brought in a mold tester and remediated immediately. I didn't even have to ask for this. This is why I came and wrote this review. Being 100% honest. I am so happy with how they chose to handle this issue, I expected landlords to be more difficult. They really made this all very easy. Everything is done from the maintenance app, all the notifications are relevant and useful. Really, thank you invitation homes. Bless you folks.

      ***** was great at our move in orientation. The only thing I think the company should change is the 14 day move in policy after your application is accepted.

      ******* (the inspection technician) was very professional and courteous with explaining every part of the inspection. He made sure I understood how things worked and where they are located i.e... water shut off valve. I appreciated his thoroughness. Thanks *******. My service with Invitation has always been amazing from ***** in the office to service with *******.

      We signed our lease in September and up until now have not had many issues. However, this month our rent was $319.91 higher than usual and after reviewing itemized charges it appears we are being double billed for trash, sewage, and gas. Not to mention, our water charges were almost $250 which is absurd and we are being charged a set up fee every month as well for our utilities. I reached out to our leasing agent, ***** S******, who first replied "I don't understand" when I stated I thought we were being double billed for utilities. After I sent him a long email with a breakdown of what I was needing reviewed and clarification on, he replied after I followed up 3 times stating he forwarded my question to billing for review. Rent was due on the 1st and I don't feel I should have to pay double for utilities, nor should I have to pay late fees because he refuses to do his job. I requested direct info for the billing department which he will not provide and will not return my calls either. He is the only contact name/email/phone number I have for anyone at IH. We are great tenants and take pride in paying our rent on time. His refusal to communicate is unethical and unacceptable.

      So far my experience has been great. ************** assisted me throughout the entire process and was amazing!. She is professional, kind, caring and follows though very quickly whenever I need help with anything. She went above and beyond when I had endless questions even after hours. I couldn't have asked for better honestly. Invitation Homes is very fortunate to have her. The supervisor who did my orientation walk through was also a very nice man. Professional, thorough and very welcoming. We did a walk through together and he explained the basic mechanics to me and how to get in touch with maintenance when necessary. So I have been happy with the customer service.

      First off the gentleman was on time he also provided me with information for what was going on and what he did to fix it I'm sorry I did not get his name he did his job very well less than 10 minutes in and out thank you very much

      I have been having issues since Hurricane ***. Finally they sent a man to do the job right!!! ****** is the best!!! He even went above and beyond and repaired something that I did not even know was messed up! ****** is truly my hero!!! Thank you ******

      2nd day without power (something with the breaker box), they "disbatched" our service request and "no one is in the area to help" we have an infant. Can't believe a company would do this to people.
