      This is specific to the maintenance team. ******* came to repair my dishwasher and not only was he extremely nice and professional, but he completed the job very fast.

      Invitation homes is not loyal to their tenants. After living in my rental for two years paying my rent on time being a good tenant. I am now at the end of my second years lease, Invitation homes is hiking my rent above market value. Currently in my area rentals are at $1.60 per square foot and Invitation Home is hiking my rent up to $2.00 per square foot. My rent would increased to $600 dollars way above market value for two bedroom and way above an amount to retain a good tenant who pays rent on time with no complaints. This kind of increase is obscene and shows the companys greed especially during a time where rent should be decreasing or staying within shared market value. I am very unhappy I have to move and suggest anyone who sees Invitation Homes Name representing/managing a rental to avoid renting from them.

      Just moved and settled in very nicely everyone that I spoke with was very friendly so I really cant complain just yet praying that I dont have to complain, but for my experience, everything is very pleasing. Except for the snake that I seen outside my house.

      Disappointed with Unjust Charges and Lack of Real Repairs We are very frustrated with our experience renting through Invitation Homes. They recently charged us $515 for mold repairs that were nothing more than a quick paint jobno professional remediation, no containment, no real effort to fix the source of the issue. Mold is a serious health concern, and instead of addressing it properly, they tried to cover it up and charge us for it. They initially charged us $666 stating they replaced drywall, which never happened. After contacting them they requested a dispute letter which we emailed a few days later just for them to take the charge of drywall off ($151) and still charge $515 for paint!Weve requested a breakdown of the charge and proof that we were at fault, but havent received any transparency or valid explanation. Now theyre trying to attach this charge to our rent, which is unacceptable. Weve called and spoke with ********* Bobiche multiple times. We have been waiting almost 3 weeks for our itemized receipt, apparently its not as easy as she thought to request from the maintenance manager. As tenants, we understand our responsibilitiesbut we also expect landlords to provide safe and habitable living conditions and to communicate honestly.If youre thinking of renting from Invitation Homes, please document everything and be ready to advocate for yourself. Were currently pursuing this with local health and legal resources because this isnt just poor serviceits potentially unlawful.

      I've been with Invitation Homes since I moved to ******* 5 years ago and this is the best and most responsive landlord I've ever had! When I need maintenance done, I have flexibility for scheduling and the technicians they use are top notch!! I am so glad I found them and I would definitely recommend them to others.

      Do not ever rent a home from invitation homes. They take weeks to fix simple issues in the house. Weve had mold under a sink for over a month now and they still wont fix it. Our basement floods when it rains and they wont let anyone check for mold growth in the baseboards. It has been the worst experience living here.
