      3 years running and have had a good experience with our IH home. We needed some plumbing attention and ****** was very helpful. He then noticed an issue with one of the drawers which he repaired swiftly. I see all of the negative experiences, so mine may not be the rule but thus far I have little to complain about. Thanks IH!

      If I could leave zero stars I would. I am renting a home through them. The last year (2024) was terrible with consistent billing issues with no resolution. My property manager took months literal months to respond to my many email attempts to find a solution with my incorrect bill. My roof was affected by hurricane ****** and I was told someone would fix upon my immediate work order, 7 months later I still have tarp on and here we are I hurricane season. No sense of urgency no customer experience no hospitality. I was told by a roofing company that invitation homes sourced they were cut from the job because invitation homes didnt want to pay them. I keep being told permits are not approved yet and hoa ***** approved it that would make sense if ever house on my street were still waiting. This is not the case I am THE ONLY one. Need an overhaul. Terrible company

      Well my experience with Invitation Homes has been bitter sweet so far!!! Me and my wife moved from ******** **** to ******* on March 1st!!! At first glance we loved the home everything was perfect!!! The application process was very easy needless to say and the virtual orientation was a breeze!!! I paid 4000$ the minute we got approved for the home. Everything on our end was done in a timely manner and on their end as well!! Upon moving into the home we noticed our refrigerator was not working and submitted a request!! The maintenance people got right to us the same day!!! Upon inspection the realized the refrigerator had died and needed to be replaced.. Understandable things happen. They told us it would take them 2 weeks to replace the refrigerator!!! Nothing we could do we had to live through that!! We had to eat out everyday after moving to a new city which can get expensive!! We had asked for a credit and had to send an email and wait for a supervisor approval!!! Here we are 3 months into living in the new home and not a word from anybody. But wait here is the kicker so Im a week behind in paying rent and a get an email saying pay your rent or surrender your home!!! Like dang yall are quick to email me about your money but u cant even help someone who just dropped yall 8000$ in the span of 2 months!! We are not asking for free rent or even half off the rent just a little help!!! No one seems to want to provide any customer service to help a resident after you pay all this money to live there!!! We are Goin on month 3 with out any word from anybody at the **************** Its crazy!!! Now to receive and email like Im months behind and threaten with legal action is absurd!!! I definitely will let others know about how I was treated and how my hard earned money was treated as well!!

      If I could leave no stars I would. We had no water in our entire neighborhood for multiple days due to their lack of maintenance and repairs that were not up to code so waterlines had repeatedly broken. They take no responsibility and you can't get ahold of anyone in an emergency. They also just randomly will throw junk fees on your account hoping you won't notice and it's very difficult to get them to take them off. In my opinion this is a criminal organization based on their negligence and fraud by adding junk fees onto your bill hoping you won't notice. I am surprised because they had already been sued by multiple states for this exact practice and they still do it.
