      We had ordered from WingStop in ****** (756 ***************) on SuperBowl Sunday, February 11th. We arrived at WingStop after paying $56, and they told us our order would still take 3 hours, after we had gone to pick it up on time. had called WingStop after coming back home without our food, and asked for a refund. They said that it would take 5-7 business days, and the refund never came. We had called again the week after, and said they just needed another 5-7 business days. I spoke to the manager (*********) the week after that and told me that things were really backed up, and that our refund would be taken care of by the end of the week. That was two weeks ago. I called again tonight, March 20th, and had a disturbing conversation with an employee who said that nobody wanted to deal with the issue so she was the last resort. The woman on the phone started off by asking for the order number, and I told her that I would repeat the numbers back slowly so she could understand. To that, she replied with Dont be rude to me. When asked if I could get in contact with the corporate office, she said that she didnt have the number and if she did she would be calling and complaining herself. She then told us to talk to the manager tomorrow morning, but this has been over a month that we have been told our refund is coming. Yet, we are still waiting. We are very disappointed and hope to get our refund.

      ORDER INFORMATION Order Number ***************** Payment Method Credit ********* x- ***** 2/23/24 Amount: $29.38 RESTAURANT INFORMATION Wingstop ******************** (#****) ****************************************** ************** COMPLAINT We have been trying to get a refund for this order that we never received. Its been almost a month of talking to the wingstop store, wingstop customer service, and DoorDash (We ordered through the wingstop website but somehow the deliver was going to be made through DoorDash). The store gave the food to the wrong person and we never got it. We spent almost 2 hours trying to get the order on the day of and the store staff was not able to help. The supervisor and manager said they would call us back on multiple occasions and never did. We have been following up ever since with no resolution. The refund amount is not a big amount but at this point, the wingstop store and customer service have been incompetent and have waisted our time. Please assist with facilitating the refund processing and also with QC of the store and staff bc it is just unacceptable. If this happened to us, its probably happened to others and would hope that future customers dont have to go through this.

      I had placed a delivery order on Mar 11 at the Wingstop website. I did not receive the delivery. I called wingstop about it and they said that they use Doordarsh for their delivery and that it's their fault and I should bring it up to Doordarshan.But I did not deal with doordash, how am I suppose to ask them about it?Wingstop refused to give me a refund for this transaction.I want a refund.order number: *****************

      03/18/2024 Email ********************** Order number ***************** Wing stop address ******************************************************************************* I am requesting a full refund, or I will take legal action. They failed me service and to provide me a safe meal to eat. The wings were Raw blood was visible I requested to speak to a supervisor. He was very rude. He didnt care to help me really all he did was tell me go on the website.and to request a refund, but when I called again to get directions on how to do that, he refused to speak to me. & said he didnt even think he was able to do that. Like give me a refund Im trying to upload the video of the ****** wings, I have video as proof and witnesses

      Last night I placed the order for Wingstop. It was half-and-half, Louisiana bread and half lemon pepper, which are dry ribs. I get to the store. The customer service was horrible. I gave them my order my name. The guy said your food has been sitting here for an hour, and Im like I just ordered 20 minutes ago and hes like whatever here. OK take take my food I leave I work three hours away I get to work I noticed hot smell coming out of the bag not like it was hot from heat but more like spices get to her clock in on my lunch break. Im OK let me know eat my wings. I never get wet wings because wet wings get soggy so the bag I noticed that it was red sauce dripping out. Im like why would I have red sauce? I didnt order any wet wings. I tried to call the store, Ive called the store, almost 30 to 40 times with no answerI could have went back to the store because I was gonna be late for work but Ive called and called and called and no answer they gave me the wrong order. I just want my money back because this is not the first time this has happened this is actually the third or the fourth time.

      They didnt put a credit on my account for 353 I still have to pay this month they were supposed to add a credit to my account like they agreed but they didnt

      On 03/10/24 I ordered $27.00 of food on the official wingstop website at wingstop store #**** (**********************, ******* **) at 11:08 pm. I was told to pick it up in ***** minutes. I showed up at 11:21 (exactly 16 minutes after order) and the lights were turned off, store locked, and a sign on the door that said CLOSED OUT OF PRODUCTS!!. I called them immediately to no answer. Called the card I made the purchase on immediately and they refuse to allow any chargebacks. The next morning I called wingstop twice to NO ANSWER. So at this point, I call corporate and was told the issue would be escalated and I would receive my refund. I asked for any and all information such as when I will be refunded but was told we dont know, just call us back for an update. After a full day of no updates, on Tuesday I get upset and I contact the store themselves, AGAIN. A lady with an attitude picks up and complains to me about how shes been doing refunds all day and will get to mine. I complain I called the day before (photo evidence attached below) and she lied to my face and said i never called the day before. I ask her how long it will take and expressed disdain when told it will take 3-4 days. She hangs up on me. It is now 3/16/24, 6 days after the incident and 4 days after being told I would be refunded. I have received no refund, no follow up from the store, or no follow up from corporate. I am now requesting it here because it theyd like to continue dodging me, I will happily deal with legal processes such as filing a small claims court suit and filing a police report on the store for fraudulent charges.

      Unacceptable service. I placed an order on February 4, 2024. They delivered the wrong order. I called Wingstop to inform them. They told me they were sorry and that they would issue a refund. They told me to wait 3-5 days to see it back in my account. Since there were holidays in between the time I allotted a few extra days. When there was no refund I contacted the store manager (*****) and went throw what happened again. He told me he would contact corporate to get my refund. We waited the requested time to get the refund and nothing happened. We contacted the store manager (******) again and we heard the same story. We contacted corporate and they never responded. I don't understand why it's so hard to get my $77.00 refund. It was their mistake not mine. I have ordered numerous times from them and never has the communication with them been so disappointing.       I visited the wingstop on 803 ******************** in *************** on 03/11/2024 ! Long story short I paid 46$ and the food was not fresh ! And not well done as asked and despite informing the employee ****** I was treated as if I was not being honest about my order being well done by the manager ********************* ! I would like for my order to replaced full price !

      I did a pickup order online and the online tracker said my order was done and ready to be picked up when I got to the Wingstop. My order was not ready. I waited over an hour and 30 minutes in the parking lot for my order because it was already paid for and ended up canceling my order and requesting a refund it has been over 10 business days and the manager did not give me a receipt for my refund. Im just trying to get my money back.
