      Issue 1: My Mother and I received solar on our separate homes. My sales representative forged my and my husband's deed (confirmed with the finance company) to have my mother as the only person on the loan at both residences. My husband and I should be on our residence, and my mother should be on hers. This has not been resolved after repeated follow-**** Issue 2: There was an overage in the loan request in the amount of $5000.00. The company had agreed to refund the amount directly to us via Zelle. This has not happened after repeated follow-**** Issue 3: The solar company agreed to have a tree cut down that was blocking the solar panels. After months of not having this done, they agreed to reimburse me if I had the work completed. I paid 300 to a vendor for this, and I have not been reimbursed after consistent follow-****Issue 4: On July 11th, my Solar representative ***************************** confirmed that he would have a new AC system installed in my residence as part of the deal, and at no cost to us. This has not been resolved after consistent follow-**** Issue 5: My mother's payment increased an additional 36 dollars per payment from the original amount that was confirmed on July 15th. On August 4th my sales rep confirmed he would reimburse my mother 432 dollars for this. This has yet to be resolved after consistent follow-**** I have texted my sales representative ***************************** countless times and spoken with and emailed ******************* at Solio Solar countless times seeking resolve with no assistance offered.

      I've gotten 4 calls from them today alone!!! Every day I've gotten multiple calls from them!! I have never done business with them or called them about anything!! One person said they would put me on their "do not call" list, but the calls keep coming!!! What can I do???

      Repeated calls from the *************************** They haven't given a company name. At least 2 calls today and multiple calls every day for at least a week!!! I haven't had an accident and have no idea why they think I have!! No tickets -- nothing!!! I've blocked their phone numbers, but I'm still getting calls. I'm also on the "No Call Registry" and have been since ****!!! The 2 calls today were from: ************** **************

      I got solar panels installed by American Sun Solar. During the initial process, they reviewed our electricity bills and usage for the past 1 year and recommended ** to get a 6.0 kW system to be installed that would cover our daily usage and electric car charging. Now since it has been above a year of installing the panels, we realized that the electricity generated by our solar panels is not even enough for our house usage, I have to get my car charged outside. I called them regarding the issue and they neglected and denied to provide any additional panels or services.

      Had our solar panels installed around Nov 2021. After installation we were told that we needed to do a panel upgrade and they would contact us once they had techs available. Had to wait several months after due to the company saying they didn't have techs/workers because many quit or were let go. Eventually we had sub contractors they sent to do panel upgrade but did not come back to finish job labeling/checking new breakers and covering old exposed wires. Have called and told our sales rep and American *************** and they just say they will send someone out but don't. And have told them that we have roof leaks and water damage from where panels are installed and all I get told is they will send a tech to fix and they will take care of it but has been this way for several months and just constant runaround. Have again tried to reach out to sales rep **** and just says he will call back with update but never does. For the past few weeks I have been trying to reach ***** and ******* for reimbursement and to get status on when the techs for the water leak and damage will come and to check the problem with panels since not working and they don't show on the grid per new electric company. We were told they would take care of it and no answers no call backs and no text response. Till this day we have non working solar panels which we are paying for and high electric bills especially right now during the summer. Have even reached out to the owner ***** but nobody has text back or called back and some numbers no longer in service and or get "mail box full" where you can't leave messages.

      Solar panel installed on my house and caused leaking inside the house causing damage to first and second floor my master bathroom ceiling,and the water it's damaging my air conditioner unit, building mold on it,this can cause a health issue. Their customer service it's so unprofessional,and the customer communication had it a dead end. The solar panels are not working properly,I still have a high electricity bill every month in addition to the solar payment. Adding to that I didn't get the solar system certificate to file my taxes,and get the tax credit that I was promised to.Nor a formal invoice or document explaining how my whole loan amount was spent, nor writing warranty or updated company addres or company information to contact to

      We have been trying for months to get our panels to work but no contact from the person who should have been helping us, the number for the business doesnt work. Got one of their electrician to come check the system and they told us that nothing been working correctly for the past 8 months. They told us to wait for a part and ask for a refund for the time paid. Now no answer, no contact, the number on their website doesnt work and we are left paying for electricity and panels. Horrible service. Wasted time and money.

      My wife and I purchased this system, and it was installed (01/03/2022). It has been working great since it was turned on. on July 22,2023 I received an alert thru my Solar Edge app that one of the inverters was not producing and I opened a ticket thru the Solar Edge app and was instructed to contact AMERICANSUN which has been impossible. The phone number on their website does not work and I sent them a message thru their chat service on (07/25/2023) and have not gotten a response from them. The case number that I opened thru the Solar Edge is (*******). I just need to have this issue repaired and any assistance from you would be greatly appreciated.

      My name is *********************** and my assigned complaint ID is ********.  As of this date I have not received anything from American Sun Solar.  I contracted with a company called Solar Service in ******, ** and they came out and resolved my problem on 09/07/2023.  My system had been down since 07/22/2023.  It is back up and working again and I am out of $395 dollars for the repair and another $348 for the electricity bill.  I even tried contacting the person that sold me the system ( *********************** with Obsidian Solar ) but he just blew me off.

      I have given American Sun Solar plenty of opportunities to remedy the issue of getting our solar panels installed, turned on, and functioning properly. My wife and I had the solar panels installed 12/08/2022 and have yet to this day have them turned on and working properly. We've spoken multiple times on the phone and via email about our complaints and have yet to get this resolved. The response has been that due to the subcontractors within my area, that is where the issue lies and the reasoning for such delays... I have tried to remain from filing a BBB complaint on this company but it seems now their phone lines are dead/disconnected and their email, *********************************** sends back an undeliverable message because it may not exist anymore. I whole heartedly regret ever doing business with American Sun Solar.

      To date I haven't been able to get in contact with the business. It is my fear they have gone out of business without completing the work I had contracted with them for. In addition, the loan company that they used has had trouble also contacting them and have served the business with legal papers to remedy their wrongs. I completely regret doing business with this company and I would rather just get the solar panels removed if I could.

      I signed a contract with TSB on Nov 1, 22 for solar and battery installation. After Nov 11th, 2022 all contact with the sales **** ***************************** stopped as he would not return calls or texts. On Dec. 6th I was requested to upload a current electricity bill, which I did. I again heard nothing following uploading the bill. Many months passed without hearing a word. On April 18th 23 ************************* called and apologized for the delay. He introduced himself as the director of sales and explained that the ball had been dropped internally, but rest assured he was going to take care of me. He came out that night to do a site inspection and signed a new contract as the previous had lapsed. Within just a few days I had panels installed. As compensation for the extreme delay he verbally offered 3 months of payment paid to me via check, equaling about $795. He also offered a complimentary generator and transfer panel to be installed. Immediately after the install I called him when I noticed that the meters were not installed per my *** guidelines, a transfer panel nor generator were installed and i did not have the check. He advised me via phone and follow up text (attached)that these all would be corrected soon. In the mean time, I also found out that the *** did not give permission to install. I have not heard a word from ******** since. I call he does not answer. I text, he does not respond. If I call from a different phone he will answer and when he realizes it is me, he hangs up. My system has now been installed for 2 months, and it is now 8months since I initially signed. Although I fully understand that these incentives were not contracted, they were offered and accepted in good faith. 1. I would like the meters installed per the *** guidelines. 2. I would like the generator and transfer panel installed as promised for the delay. 3. I would like the check of $795 as promised for the delay.

      I was informed this is the ************** to Texas Solar Broker, partnered with Vantage Point Solar. I was sold panels with offers include on purchase that I never received. It was stated warranty on roof and panels. Upon inspection roof should have been replaced before install also there is a damaged panel. With every attempt of contact to all provided numbers no one can seem to assist.
