I have not heard anything since. I then tried to send them an email at ********************************** which is now not a valid email. On August 23, 2024 I ordered a special cord for $96.34. I should have received it within 5-7 business day's. I haven't received it to this day. I asked for a refund a few weeks later. I keep receiving emails that it's going to take another 10 day's and the money will be refunded. Well it's been many of those 10 day's and still no refund.Initial Complaint

Business frauded me out of $4,000 for a solar air conditioner they charged me for but never had in stock and couldnt tell me when it would be in stock. Sales person stated item was in stock and would ship within the week at time of purchase. I even told him my reason for needing this solar system and he assured me everything was legit and thanked me for my service. I am a disabled ****************** Combat Medic, single parent that has to decide whether to pay the electric or buy food and this solar system I thought would save me money and give us a better quality of life. I just have an extra $400.00 a month payment to a loan company for a solar system I never saw. Refused to refund order and now refusing to communicate. i was looking to get an off grid solar system, and looked around and i found soverign solar and i placed 4 orders to compliment each item, an inverter #**** $1468.32. 2- 48volt batterys #**** $******* / #**** $ ******* and 10 solar panels #**** $1353.00 . waiting and waiting and they got back to me and said Import problems,I said ok , then on oct.23rd they emailed me and said I have received a refund for my Inverter which is most important item. thats 3 months later so i emailed them **** said to refund all of my orders because partial is not worth anything.they sent email confirmations on 2 other orders.they said 10 days to receive refund but now its been 16 days with no REFUND . I ordered 2 Tesla Powerwall 3 from Solar Sovereign on July 24, 2024. I never received the order and was told numerous times that the order was waiting to be delivered. After waiting these amounts of time I never received the order. The order amount was $19765.20. I was sent an email advising me that a refund was being made and to expect it in 10 days which I have not received the refund. I ordered 24 hyperion 400 watt solar panels from Solar Sovereign and waited for them to be delivered but none were delivered so I cancelled my order. I received an email stating that I will receive a refund within 10 days of receiving the email. I still haven't received my refund or any panels. They have since closed their website and do not take any calls so I cannot reach anyone about their non issuance of the refund.
