      Placed an order on August 28, 2024. Order # ****. I put $11,000 on one credit card, and $6,639 on another. I have called them on 10/15/24, and every day since 10/28/24. The phone puts me into a queue, and says they will call me back. Dozens of calls later, still no response. On 10/23/24, I received an email stating I was getting a refund in the amount of $6,639, however I have not. The only contact I had was with **** on the purchase date. If they have any part of my order, I want it shipped, and the rest to be refunded immediately so that I can procure the items elsewhere.

      I purchased a solar kit from them. One of the inverters that came on the kit, and one of the inverters stopped working. After a bunch of back and forth emails I was told that they were going to replace it and was sent a shipping label. I was able to ship back to them but it has been since July of back and forth communication and I have yet to receive my replacement. I have tried to call multiple times as well as emails and I have not been able to get a hold of anyone. I'm fine just getting a replacement or my money back for the inverter.

      purchased eg4 inverter and battery on august 5 2024, after multiple contacts where I was told supply chain issues were at fault and then they just stopped all contact with me. I requested a refund oct 20 and disputed with ******, after 11 days pending the "refund they sent" failed with ****** "the echeck bounced"

      ****** decided the dispute in my favor and returned my money,  this business is closed and the owner left the country last i heard.

      I have placed 2 orders and I only received partial of one order. These orders were placed back in July 10 and 23rd and you cannot get a hold of anyone there. I did have emails back-and-forth for about two weeks with ***** and he has now stopped responding and Ive lost all contact. They will not ship out the rest of my orders so the product I received is no good because I dont have any of the brackets or hardware to connect anything. I have spent over $4000 and have had to chase down what little Ive gotten. I want a refund or all of the product shipped immediately with tracking information. My two order numbers are. 3234 and 3442.

      I ordered 10 solar panels at the price of $1344.82 on 08/19/2024. They charged my credit card but I still have not received the solar panels They will not answer repeated calls and emails

      *** placed an order August 25th 2024, they emailed me that itll be packaged in 24 hours and shipped. However nothing. *** requested refund, after that they never responded its been 2 weeks after refund request, and no email replies, phones impossible to reach them.

      Oct 16 purchased a stack of solar batteries. Have not received a tracking or shipping information. Have been emailing and calling for weeks and have not talked to anyone and only get auto generated generic emails. Have tried to cancel but again cant get any email response. We have over ******* tied up with company and cant move into our home with our solar system.our order number from them is # **** under **** *****

      Order 3407 was placed on July 21, 2024 for one EG4 12kpv hybrid inverter with the understanding and the website stating this was on back order for a month and that I'd be contacted with a tracking number when it shipped out. The month came and went without any contact from Solar Sovereign. After repeated attempts to get a person on the phone, as they have an aggressive auto answer/ cue system, on 9/9/2024, I was again assured the unit would ship out by the end of the week, nothing... On 9/16/2024 low and behold I was able to get a manager involved on the phone, they emailed me a gift certificate (I won't be using) for my troubles and said again it would go out by the end of the week... Nothing... as of 10/07/2024 claim was filed with ******, waiting for resolution still...

      Ordered a Solar inverter from ********************************** charged my credit card $767.00 Said it was instock allow 7 days to process After 7 days called and was told it would be 14 days till it was processed never heard anything till 21 days got an email saying they were having shipping problem they value me as a customer dont give them bad reviews they were working to fulfill my Oder Heard nothing else so after ************************************************ they would send a cancellation email that day whitch I never received there website clearly says if order has not been processed would receive refund in 7 days Been 6 weeks and havent heard a thing and havent received a refund ************ is dishonest and not fulfilling there orders or policies

      I ordered solar panels from this company on 8/7/2024 after speaking to their sales representative **** who assured me they would be delivered in about 1.5 weeks. I emailed **** on 8/15 to ask for a status update and never received a response. After 2 weeks and several unsuccessful attempts to call them, I was told they would be delivered the following week. The following week, week 3, they said it was expedited and I would receive them the following Wednesday. 6 weeks after ordering the panels I was told they actually didnt have what I ordered, so I cancelled my order. It has been 3 weeks since I cancelled and I still have not received my refund. They lied to me several times and told me on two separate occasions that they had the panels (my order) in their warehouse and were just waiting on a shipping courier to pick them up. I paid $299.94 for my order Several other people online ie ****** reviews (maps) and ********************************** have expressed the same issues and concerns regarding this company.
