      Company took payment for a solar unit from me via ******, acknowledged the transaction via email, but has not shipped. Unable to contact via email or phone. Phone disconnects after ***** minutes and promises a call back. Have stayed on hold multiple times now and have never received a callback. I just want to cancel the unfulfilled order, but unable to contact anyone from the company to do so.

      Hi there,

      After a very tense conversation and threatening to leave a full negative review on the BBB site, I managed to get the company to refund. They initially tried to charge an exorbitant restocking fee, claiming that their shipping team had done considerable work preparing the unit (it still listed as "not yet received to shipping" or some such term, so not sure how much painful labor could have gone on). So I'm all good financially now. Good luck getting a hold of anyone there; it took me four days of being hung up on to get a hold of a human.

      I placed an order with them on July 5th 2024. Their website said the product was in stock.The website also says in stock items ship within 15 days maximum. It has been over a month and I have have not received any thing. I have tried numerous times to call and get an answer but they keep giving me the runaround. And that's if you can get them to answer the phone. At this point I just want to use another company. and want a refund. Please help !!       Ordered an ecoflow battery. The product was taking too long to ship and I called and canceled my order *** was refunded. Mo the later I received a call from a collections agency for non payment. I contacted solar sovereign who confirmed that my order was cancelled and refunded. I asked for a copy of the invoice which they said they would provide. However additional attempts to contact solar sovereign say that I am not allowed to co tact this number.

      On 8/10/23, we purchased an EG4 8kW Hybrid Inverter from Solar Sovereign. We were building a cabin on the Building off the ******* show on **************** and planned to go the direction of solar; however, our plans changed and we weren't able to go the direction of solar anymore. I reached out to the company and began the return process. This process took much longer than expected, but the inverter was finally picked up on 10/6/23. I expected that we would receive our refund I paid through ****** and didnt realize until June 2024 that we hadnt actually received our funds back. I immediately reached out to Solar Sovereign and provided the shipping label and receipt for my order. I was told that since it had been so long, a refund could not be issued through ******. I was then asked for my bank account information so they could wire me the refund. I told them that I didnt feel comfortable providing that information and would prefer a check. Everyone I spoke to has acknowledged that they need to get me the refund but act like only the owner can issue it, and he seems to always be out of the country or on vacation. We are still waiting on our refund of $2,998.32 as of 7/9/2024. We thought this was a large solar company in ******, but are now realizing they are only a reseller of equipment and do not seem competent enough to be in business.       On 05-28-2024, I ordered a solar battery for $2,999 which showed in stock and based on the company's shipping policy, instock items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. After a week of not having an update from the company, I sent them an email on June 4th to inquire about the order status, but I got no reply. On june 6th, I emaled them against asking for an update on the order, but again, no response from the company. On June 7th, I called for a status and was told the order would ship out the following week. On June 10th when there were no shipment updates, I again emailed the company for an update and again it went unanswered. On 11th, I called again to cancel the order but was told that if I give the another day, they will checking on their inventory and promised to send me an email with an update the same night. On June 12th morning, after see no email from the company, I called them to cancel the order. They agreed to cancel the order and told me I would receive an email shortly with a confirmation that the order is canceled. I still haven't receive anything from them.

      On 9/5/23 ORDER #**** For solar batteries in the amount of $3,037.32 1 battery exploded, 1 battery just didn't turn on after (dead)Contacted company who apologized and said they will get them replaced on the phone. They had me send pictures, schematics from Installer etc. then never heard back from them. I continually called and talked to a ******, who assured he was taking over and would get it done, then he stopped communicating. It's been almost 6 months The installer loaned me batteries until this was resolved but 3-4 months in I was either forced to buy them or go with no power.I had to take a loan out to get these batteries, and have been paying on them every month. This has ruined my life and just want the money back

      I purchased solar power storage equipment form this company, that after 3 weeks was contacted to see if I had received it, which I hadn't. Told them I would like to cancel that order since they hadn't shipped it and order different items, which they agreed. When Items did arrive I noticed there was one item from the original that had shipped that I had cancelled and got ahold of them that day to enquire how to return. Was told it was their fault and that they would pay for the return shipping and a complete refund, which was fine with me as I would use the credit. Well it's been almost a month now and I'm still waiting. No response other than it's been forwarded to a RMA department, which I'm beginning to think doesn't exist.

      ********************* did three purchases from our store.  The first order contained seven items from one manufacturer.  On the same day, ********************* placed another order for one item that is made by a different manufacturer.  There was a delay from the second manufacturer to ship that one item.  ********************* requested to cancel the second order and in its place he placed an order for two more items from the first manufacturer.  Unfortunately in the cross, ********************* received the second and the third order as the second order had already shipped.  ********************* requested to return the second order, which we agreed to do.  We submitted a request to the manufacturer to issue an *** so ********************* could send the item back at no cost to him.  The manufacturer required more details as to the reason for the return since electronic devices coming back to this manufacturer have to first go through the *************** to ensure that the return was not due to a fault of the equipment that requires their attention.  After which they are able to get an approval for the *** department to issue the return labels and if needed arrange for pick-up.  The *** was issued and the item was returned at no cost to *********************.  We received notification that the item was received in the warehouse on March 7.  When returns are received they have to be inspected by Tech to ensure they are still in good condition before they accept and issue a refund.  We have not received notification yet from the manufacturer of the condition of the item as this may take a few days to process.  We cannot assume that this was the only item received on that day.  Unfortunately the process of shipping and returning electronic equipment does not work as fast with these warehouses/manufacturers as we may be accustomed with returning simpler consumer items.

      We are committed to providing the best service we can to our customers but must conform to the processes of the manufacturers and distribution warehouses handling these products.

      I have reviewed the business response and understand they don't have their own Shipping or ****************** by rely upon other companies for equipment, shipping and returns. I can't continue to blame the middleman, they appear to be trying. I may not get the refund promised, but I definitely have learned a ******
