Ordered from Solar Sovereign on Aug 7th (Inverter, Solar Panels, and Copper wire). All items were shown "in stock" on their website - this is the reason why I ordered from them. It has been over a month now and I have not received any items. Communications from the company has been poor. I have since requested a refund and they won't process it.Customer Answer

I placed an order for ten solar panels with Solar Sovereign on 08/23/2024. Their website said the product was in stock; in-stock items ship within 15 days maximum. It has been three weeks, and I have not received my tracking or order. I have tried numerous times to get an answer, but keep giving me the runaround. I want a refund so I can move on with a different vendor. The company wants a 9% cancellation Fee now. I want a full refund.Initial Complaint

On July 23rd, 2024, I ordered 2 different solar inverters and 3 batteries for a total price of $19,193. I immediately got an order confirmation email, and then never heard from the company again. On August 13th, I call and spoke with a representative who told me one of the inverters was unavailable, but that he could release the rest of my order to be shipped by freight immediately, and the other inverter would ship when it arrived. I agree.Heard nothing from them again.I tried calling again on August 23rd, 26th, and finally got ahold of someone on August 29th (the other times no one would answer the phone, or their automated system would just hang up on me after about 15 minutes, promising a call back that never came).On August 29th, I finally spoke with someone, who told me a different employee would return my call the next day. On August 30th, I called again (no one called me), and was told the same story as on August 13th - that one item was holding things up, but that the rest of the order would be shipped by the following Wednesday, September 4th.Called again September 6th, and told the employee that if the order wasn't shipped that day, I would be requesting cancellation.Called today, September 10th, two differtent times, and was on hold and then hung up on by their automated system. This company has had $19.193 of my money for almost 2 months now, and has given absolutely no idication that they intend to send any product. I have now sent an email requesting cancellation, and have not recieved any response to that either. This ordeal has further delayed my home build, costing me fees and charges from my builder.Customer Answer

Ordered Solar Panels on July 28th. I was told the item is in stock and would ship out within 15 days. I have called them daily for the past 3 weeks and get no answer only a recording saying someone will call me right back. I haven't heard from anyone. I did receive a email that stated my order would be shipped out in a couple days. That was 2 weeks ago. I have now been reading many complaints that have the same issue I do. Solar Sovereign advertises products that are hundreds of dollars less than their competitors. However, these are scammy sales tactics to collect money from customers and do not ship the product.I have ordered about $2000 worth of solar panels from them, but no updates were given after 2 weeks. I reached out to them via email, phone, their homepage, but none of the requests were made back to me.The card has already been charged, even though they did not ship the order at all, no tracking number was provided.Customer Answer

On 8/5/24 I purchased a battery cabinet online from this buisness. The cabinet was approximately $520 with $199 in shipping. After several weeks this item still has never shipped. I contacted customer support by email and was told they were looking into the matter two separate times a week apart. After no response or update I emailed seeking that they cancel the order and refund my money. Now Im receiving no response at all after several emails. I have also attempted to call multiple times to ask for a refund. No one picks up the phone. I then placed myself in their callback queue at approximately 10am now at 4pm 7 hours later they have never called back. I started a chargeback dispute with my credit card company as its apparent that they are not going to ship this item and are now not responding at all once a refund was requested.Customer Answer

I ordered a EG4 18K Solar Inverter through Solar Sovereign on January 13, 2024. I received shipment January 20th 2024. Because of my county's electrical permitting process, I had to wait for March 19th to install the EG4 18k solar inverter. I immediately had issues with some of the features functioning properly and used the manufacturer tech support via phone many times to help resolve the issues. After many delays from tech support not returning my calls or emails, on April 11th 2024, I got a confirmation from manufacturer tech support the inverter had a malfunction in the hardware. April 12th I emailed SolarSovereign about issues diagnosed by EG4 tech support and needing replacement inverter. June 13th I received replacement inverter. June 17th 2024, I installed inverter. That day I emailed Solar Sovereign that a component that is needed for operation (ct clamps) were broken and I could not use inverter until this component was replaced. July 21st 2024, I emailed Solar Sovereign about a resolution of some kind or a refund because first inverter didn't work and I still haven't received the component needed for the second solar inverter to operate and was given no timeframe for its arrival. July 25th 2024, I received the component needed to operate solar inverter. Inverter malfunctioning and not operating like its suppose to. Would not supply power to my home or to my batteries at all. Contacted manufacturer tech support daily for troubleshooting and no resolution was found. **** said likely hardware issue and may need another inverter. August 5th 2024, I emailed Solar Sovereign explaining the issue with replacement inverter. I expressed my desire for a refund because the original inverter I purchased or its replacement worked properly right out of the box. Ordered 2 AC units after speaking with a sales *** on Friday the 26th of July. Was told by the sales person that everything was in stock and if I ordered it then it would ship out within 3 days . Well here we are 3 weeks later and it still hasn't shipped out. I spoke with a customer service *** a week and a half ago about it and he assured me it would ship out in the next couple of days. It still hasn't shipped out a week and a half after I was promised it would for the second time. Now they wont answer their phones when I call and I let it ring for 40 min straight. I had to dispute the charges with the credit card company to get my money back from them. Only after I disputed the charges did I get a response from them. I told them to cancel everything and refund my money and I was told me they couldn't give me a refund because I disputed the charges, which was inaccurate according to my credit card company so my card company ended up agreeing with the dispute due to no response from them. Just the other day I got an email from them which is below.
