      Exceptionally poor customer service. Received a EG4 mini-split that was shipped with one of the line sets the wrong diameter. Get lip service on the few times that they picked up on a call, but no effort on their part to resolve a pretty small problem that renders the unit useless. No response to multiple emails. Scam! Go elsewhere for your needs.

      Placed my order for panels August 10th, panels came poorly packaged on September 10th (had to unload by hand because the pallet **** wouldn't carry the pallet without tipping over, one panel was shattered). I had to ****** them to get an email tracking update. It took much longer than advertised. The broken panel was rejected and now I am not able to get in contact with anyone (called 3x) and emailed 5. No updates on new panel or refund. They are not very good on the communication front and I imagine even less so when they are in the wrong.**** ****

      Ordered lithium ion batteries in 2023, had no issues. Everything came as ordered, transaction was smooth, **** was great to deal with. Very informative. We ordered batteries in August 2024, were told they would ship in September. September came and went. We were told it was a problem with the shipper, then they were awaiting the batteries, then were told there was a glitch in the order. We made several phone calls, music for *************************************************************************** line and drops your call. The return call never comes. To say we are frustrated is an understatement. We were told by ***** they were expanding and that was the issue. Seems to me they are incredibly disorganized and you are lucky if your items come in. $4800. In batteries. This morning we received an email they are refunding the order. Hoping that is legit. This whole thing feels a little scammy! Reading their reviews online. It appears that 9 out of 10 of their customers are not happy.

      I have not been able to reach support via phone or email to get an update on my order.I have sent three emails, and I have waited on hold for over two hours with no response from the company.

Product Qualty:Solar Sovereign Claim: Highest Quality Products - We vet out all of our partners so you don't have to."My Experience: No idea, I never received the product I ordered.Shipping:Solar Sovereign Claim: "We know you hate waiting, we do too"My Experience: After ordering on 7/31/2024 and being charged on 8/1/2024, I never received the $1117.75 Ecoflow Wave 2 Air Conditioner + backup battery. I cancelled my order on 9/24/2024 after being told the unit would arrive several different times in August and September but never receiving tracking information. After requesting a refund of the $1117.75 that they had charged my credit card within 1 day of ordering, I was told I'd receive a refund within 2 weeks from one person and within 3 weeks by another person. I was told the refund had been initiated. It is now 10/10/2024 and I have yet to receive any refund. This company is extremely difficult to get on the phone. Excuses as to why nothing has been done have ranged from inventory being moved between warehouses due to a hurricane, needing to hire more people, and issues obtaining the item on their end due to demand. Email responses typically take several days to a week. I was first told July orders were supposed to have shipped and they'd expedite mine (8/23/2024). I was then told that I'd have my item shipped before September - didn't happen. Then I was told I'd definitely have the item shipped before end of September. That didn't happen. I'm currently working with my bank to get the money returned. I highly recommend you do not support this business.

      Ordered a solar minisolit system around 8/22/24. After nearly a month I started reaching out to see what the status of my order was. I was given little information but many excuses. I get it rhings happen but if my order is going to take that long and you collected my money I expect you to reach out to me. Around 9/25/24 I informed the 3rd rep I delt with that they had almost a week 10/1 to ship (provide tracking info) or refund me. I had to contact them again to find out my product still hadnt shipped and my refund could be delayed as well.

      Purchased 10 panels on 8/28/2024. It's now over a month and the owner still is telling me the panels are packaged and awaiting shipping. This has been the his story for over two weeks. They won't return my money and calling them is a waste of time, they hang up on you after 20 minutes of being on hold. Another solar company can ship these in 3-5 days, but I can't get my money back from this company to get these panels delivered from another company.

      Made an order July 26 for batteries and a cabinet. Still haven't received shipment. They won't take my calls. They e- mail me seldom, but keep giving me excuses for not getting items delivered. Trying to cancel order and they want to keep part of the money for canceling. They broke the contract by not getting items delivered when promised. ***** website says upto 15 days . We are over 1 1/2 months. Don't do business with this company.

      One of the worst companies to exist. I have been waiting for my order to ship for 3 weeks now. I order solar panels about 10 of them for $1,600+ because they charges so much for tax even though I'm in *******. They keep saying that they will ship it at the end of the next week every single week and not do it. They keep emailing excuses and keep saying excuses. They haven't shipped my solar panels since 08/22/2023. I called for a refund and the person that answered said they will take 9% off from my refund if I cancel due to company policy!!! What a load of crap! This is a complete scam of a company. There is NO WAY you will take parts of someone's money for not even doing your job of shipping something someone ordered. Let me cancel and get a full refund NOW!
