      They are a scam for ******** can't get ahold of anyone.They just take your money

      I see good reviews for this company and thought they would be safe to work with, I was wrong. I placed an order in August for an EG4 Chargeverter (that was listed in stock on their web page). Website said they were in stock, and should ship in 3-4 days. After 2 weeks had passed with no word, I emailed, called support/sales/and one other voice prompted selection. Waited hours on hold, but they gave an option to have them call me back without losing my place in the queue. Weeks have passed without a call back. One sales person ***** ***** reached out via email asking if I had been contacted, I replied NO, and he was going to have someone reach out. Another several days passed with no contact. Emailed him again to ask to have the order cancelled and refunded so I could go elsewhere with my business. Now he is also not responding. I am $500 poorer with no product to show, and no idea if this company is even still in business. I would take my business elsewhere, don't bother with Sovereign.I don't like leaving negative reviews unless truly warranted, but I feel I have no choice in this matter. I will give Sovereign the chance to remedy this and will remove this review if they come clean and do what they said they would do, plus maybe an apology for them treating me so badly as a customer.

      Ive had the same experience as the others who have placed orders, received no merchandise, yet get the "run around". My order was placed 7/21/24. I've asked for cancellation several times, and have spoken with ***** and ****** on multiple occasions. I've sent emails through their system, and have never received a response to any of them. I've been told of the warehouse shift to *******, and was advised that the shift was due to a hurricane. I was told at some point that my product came in "two days ago", and they'll bump me up. I was last told by ***** that my cancellation request would be "elevated". That was the last straw. I filed a dispute with my credit card company in August, and with ****** 9/2/24. Of course Solar Sovereign hasn't responded to them either. I guess they consider themselves "sovereign".

      I finally had to call **** and contest the charges. Nearly no communication. You cant even get someone on the phone or email to cancel your order. I called Signature Solar and they fixed me right up. Still havent heard anything even since I contested the charges. Whats crazy is they had to time to put up a Labor Day promotion on their site.

      Awful company to deal with. Ordered an inverter 7/29/2024. Have made numerous attempts through email and phone to get information on when the product will ship. The do not return calls and have only received one email response saying they would get back with me. They didn't. Contacting credit card company today to dispute charges.**************

      I ordered an inverter 8/1/24. I keep calling and cant get a shipping date. They do respond after several attempts saying they are moving their warehouse. They have an impressive website and phone service, but no one seems to be there to answer promptly. I have serious concerns that they are in financial trouble.

      I placed an order with Solar Sovereign close to a month ago. I didn't expect delivery until now. Because I sold my house sooner than expected, I have been trying to contact them to change my shipping address. For the past 10 days, I have called and emailed nearly every day and there is no one replying or answering the phone. I have serious concerns they have skipped with my money. ****
