      Our bathroom shower/tub to shower remodel couldn't have gone any worse. First there was the predatory pricing which for the job to be done, THE PRICE WAS EXTREMELY HIGH! The price didn't include a shower enclosure like other bids did. We had to arrange for that ourselves. I had a horrible feeling from the start, I regretted what we were doing. We had relatives coming for the holidays and were in a time crunch. The labor was poor, cut corners, finished late. Installed the shower faucet without testing to see if it worked correctly, which it didn't. Had to have them return 3 days later to fix. Couldn't use the new shower! The material used was not inspected and culled so we have poor quality material installed. Looks wonky, not what it should look like for the price we paid!!! My Realtor warned me. I wish I would have consulted him before we choose State Wide, he is not a fan. I would not recommend this remodeling company and really feel that for the work performed, I was TAKEN TO THE CLEANERS!!!

      Our project could not have gone better. From our first contact to completion everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely competent. We love our new shower. It is as functional as it is beautiful.

      Our interaction with Statewide representative ***** ******* began 29 March 2025 at 6:00pm. He came to give a quote for 10 new windows, which was $18,310. I questioned him about the high price, he said, "yes ma'am that's the price," and it was only good for that day. If I didn't sign with him the price would go up. I told him that I have two more quotes coming Friday and he said he would price match if it was apples to apples. I asked him about a cash discount, and he came back with the price of $17,302. I received an email for my deposit of $7,000 but I never received my receipt for final payment of $10,302. I signed the contract with him promising the price match guarantee with the other companies. Supreme Windows quote was $6,055.84. Window World's quote was $6,097. I immediately called Mr. ******* about the price difference, and he informed me that their windows were cheaper quality, and didn't match Statewide specs. He asked me for Supreme Window's specs: U-Factor- 0.30 SHGC - 0.22. I reviewed ******* quote and couldn't find any specs for comparison and asked him to email that to me. I never received that email. On 17 April 2025, their third-party contractor ****** ******** came to install the windows. The windows had a sticker displaying the specs. It read U-factor - 0.30 & SHGC- 0.22 which matched the specs for Supreme Windows. A price difference of $11,246.16. I called Mr. ******* again to talk about the specs matching the quote I got from Supreme Windows and requesting a refund. He asked me to send him a picture of the window specs getting installed and a picture of the quote from Supreme Windows. He said when he got back to the office he would look over the specs & get the refund process started. He never got back to me. I have called the **************** in DFW four times and left messages, and no one has responded to me. Despite repeated attempts for communication, no one will reach back to ****** find this conduct to be very dishonest.

      Very professional and extremely good service throughout the whole experience. I got a call to schedule an in house sales session within minutes of submitting their online form. The designer helped us pick out a very clean and modern look. Once we decided to proceed with the remodel, Statewide kept me updated on the status of the materials for the project. As soon as all the materials arrived they called to schedule the work right away. In 3 days our shower was completely remodeled and it looks fantastic!

      Sales people were very informative. Project managers followed up well. Even didnt like something the crew had done and had them redo it. Very happy and have already recommended. Relative has one leg in a wheelchair and bath area now totally accessible.

      A more professional with outstanding work company you will not find. Our walk in shower was completed in one day including cleanup and demonstration. A very professional company with outstanding employees.

      The entire process, from the initial consultation to the finished work, was exceptional. Everything was completed in a timely manner, the guys were on time, very professional and courteous, the work done is solid, and Statewide has followed up to see if we are satisfied with the work. Not only are we very satisfied with Statewide Remodeling, we will not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family as well as use them again for any future remodeling needs.
