      We are wanting to cancel our bathroom remodel contract since we are within our 3 day cancellation period. We have called the corporate office, the ******* office, and the agent who came to our home. We have left multiple voicemails without a response or confirmation of some sort that the contract has been cancelled. I need confirmation that we are not moving forward.

      Our job was to remove cast iron tub and surrounding tile on walls and replace with floor to ceiling shower. The total job only took two days with one worker and one supervisor. Supervisor was ***** and worker was *******. They were very polite and answered many questions. We are very satisfied with the work that was done. As we are seniors, we feel much safer with the shower. We would recommend this for our friends who are aging.

      I have been getting cold calls from these people for weeks. Each time I ask them to take me off their list. They then say that I requested information about replacement windows. I have received five calls today alone. I called their main number asking for the head of sales and was put through to a voice mail box. I cannot get them to stop calling me. I use my phone for business and need for this to stop now.

      This company *****. Two days and over 8 hours of work and now a no show. We still can't use our shower and our toilet is still not in. I would never recommend this company

      ****************** came out about a month and a half ago and sold ** a new shower remodel. The picture we had in our heads is NOT what we got. I would definitely NOT recommend this company. They put the shower in, then pretty much force you to sign the "I'm happy" paper, then s**** you. We didn't get the shelves we wanted because our house wasn't built the way it needed to have the shelves built into the wall, so we had to special order a "caddy shelf" to make it match the shower. They came today to put the shelves in, the contractor put the shelves on unevenly, then blamed his s**** up on my daughter. Now, when I'm wanting them to come fix the problem, they say if it damages the wall, they're not going to injure the wall. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
