      DO NOT RENT HERE. Management is incompetent at best. I was approved as a tenant and made arrangements with mover to move in. Management even told me that I could move in early if I wanted. Around 5:30pm on the day before the planned move management called me and said I would not be issued a key because they wanted additional financial information that they had never asked for knowing full well that I could not obtain the information by the time of the move in date. They lied to me saying that they had earlier requested the information (which they didn’t). I am now in a much better apartment complex that didn’t require a deposit because my good credit rating. Also Parc management has not yet returned my deposit even though they promised to do so over a month ago. Prospective renters BEWARE.

      Predatory business practices. They will overcharge to keep deposit. They change parking requirements every few months without proper notification which results in towing of vehicles on lease. Ineffectual maintenance on property resulted in no hot water for over a month.

      The property manager enforces rules or ignores them selectively...breaking HUD/disability/fair housing acts. New place turned trash in over 2 years- unapproachable staff, dog/urine f**** inside hallways, elevators, stairs & all-around property (but regularly communicates & enforces trash bag violations- don't ****** it or leave out an hour past pick-up timeframe), apparently there was a policy change but was never given new policy even when asked, no notice of entry (non-requested or service notice if not home (in the lease to give notice of service). Brought a safety concern to manager & was treated awfully and then said she didn't know i had a dog (dogs been her office) now needs to charge a pet security/fee. 1) I've lived there 2.5 years same dog 2) Originally paid $250 security deposit &$25/month full year 3) was told in Sept. I didn't need to repay a security dep. when transferred apartment #'s- same place/same dog 4) I'm on disability so was informed I didn't need to pay monthly fee. I see the defensive responses on here from Sunridge and now I'm not surprised and scared what would happen if I said where I rent.

      I have a huge hole in my ceiling due to freaking rats coming in holes in the bricks and chewing up water lines in the ceiling. Water poured all-over my living room. This happened on Sunday 12/11/2022. They cut a huge hole and fixed the leak. But the hole is still there. No one will fix it. And then last night there was another leak coming through the same hole. I can't celebrate Christmas in my living room with this going on. I called corporate and got transferred to a voice-mail with no call back. These people do not care about their tenants, just the rent. This is going on for 11 days now with no solution and nothing but lies on when it will be fixed.

      A contractor is coming between 10-11am on 12/30/22 to make the repairs. Pest control was contacted on 12/11/22 and responded on 12/14/22. Pest control technician and myself went to unit 902 to inspect the damage as well as inspected the building's exterior to find possible entry point(s). Bait stations and poison was ordered on 12/13/22 and was delivered just before the holidays. These stations will be set up early next week by maintenance.



      The delay in repairs was due to scheduling issues with the original contractor and a secondary leak which by recommendation from the contractor needed at minimum 72 hours to dry before repairs could be done. The contractor is now unable to return due to a fully booked schedule from the recent freezing temperatures we had over the holiday. This scheduling issue has been consistent with other local contractors that have been contacted prior to scheduling the one we have coming tomorrow morning. I have kept in contact with the resident in 902 and updated her on the progress since the incident occurred.

      This place deserves ABSOLUTELY NO STARS! Staff is horrible I lived there 2 years and went through atleast 4 managers and 10 secretaries! The manager is very Nonchalant and don’t care about anybody there! I was robbed 2xs and he refused to let me install my own cameras to protect myself as a woman! Even upper management in Sunridge off is horrible! They charged me for things that I didn’t even do In the apt! This place ONLY LOOK GOOD ON THE OUTSIDE! DONT MOVE HERE!

      I have lived at one of Sunridge Management properties now for over 3 years. I have called the corporate office to speak with ***** ** numerous times, I'd say at least 15 times maybe more, with no response from her nor her supervisor to address a serious complaint that they refuse to address. Out of all the messages that I have left since 2021 I finally got one phone call from ***** ** in November of 2022, who instead of assisting me with my complaint laughed and said she couldn't help me because it was an issue I had after signing a lease in April and ***** ** stated that was so long ago. Well if she had returned my call back in April when I left several messages to just now get a call back in November. So I called to speak her manager, had to leave a message with no response. I am a paying tenant who should be able to reach out to corporate office and receive a call back in a timely manner. Very unprofessional!

      I Just want everyone to know how shady the Parc apartments are, I rented an apartment almost a year ago I went and filed complaints about the upstairs neighbor several times , nothing was done . I had to move out and live elsewhere while still paying on an apartment I couldn't live in. please don't rent from these people. the manager **** is a joke! he blows you off ..
