1 starVisited there branch in *********** ****. Got an eye exam and glasses there. I stopped a few times stated that this was wrong prescription and was told it would take awhile to adjust. Got headaches and sick. Went back to find that location is closed. Reached out to headquarters only be told that files are lost and may want to visit another location. Store 105 has really given me a hard time! It's been just about 2 months and I'm still not wearing my new glasses! It seems that my prescription has changed because they have taken so long! They got the prescription wrong and again now my prescription has apparently changed! I'm not sure that I buy that! Now I have to wait for the eye doctor to call me and come back to have him check my eyes again! I've been back three times and it will be five times if they can get it right! ***** *. has had a serious attitude with me for some reason!? She doesn't even acknowledge me and takes customers that I was ahead of! I really don't understand!? I did my part and paid! I just want my glasses!EyeMart Express

I wanted to share my experience with Eyemart Express, as it has been quite disappointing. I purchased my first pair of progressive lenses and a frame on January 29, and within just a few days, I noticed a crack in the lens. I returned for a replacement, but unfortunately, the new lens also developed cracks in the corners shortly ******** an effort to find a better solution, I decided to buy a new frame for $199. However, I was frustrated to discover that the bridge of this new frame was cocked. I returned to the store, and while the staff was friendly, the replacement frame also had a crooked bridge.After all these issues, I had to request a refund for my original purchase, which totaled around $600. The optician even popped the lenses out of my original frame and attempted to cut them to fit the new one. Unfortunately, this resulted in the lenses not being centered properly, leading to a very narrow field of viewboth near and far. It was far from ******** add to my frustration, I witnessed the last frame being taken out of a container stuffed with frames, and it was sold to me as a new pair. This left me feeling misled about the quality of the product.While I appreciate the staff's efforts to assist me, I hope Eyemart Express can improve their quality control and ensure that their products meet higher standards. I would advise future customers to be vigilant about checking their frames and lenses before leaving the store. I really wanted to love my glasses, but this experience has been quite disappointing.EyeMart Express

Terrible company I ****** buy warranty for my glasses and they didn't honor it. They made my lenses for a different frame they had on file so I drove an hour to find out they were wrong so I had to wait another 2 or 3 weeks for them to be made and them I forgot about them for about 6 months and called and told them I forgot about them. They said sorry you can't get them now lol THEIVES!EyeMart Express

I had Abad experience with the eyemart in ************* off I 240. I was going to try and work with them but every time I get there, even if no one other person is ahead of you, they tend to others coming in after you unless you are buying. I guess they have my money already. It should be first come first serve. I'm going to put a stop pay or a dispute since they can't see me for over an hour.EyeMart Express

Lens has a flaws where edges were bevelled... started spider cracks.. becausecI did not but warranty *** stated "nothing she could do" when I questioned it being a flaw.. she became rude .. said come back when manager was in... I am pretty disappointed as I referred several of my friends even though it took MUCH longer then I was told to get them in thev1st place (over two weeks) for somewhere that supposed to be an hourEyeMart Express

I recently had an exceptional experience at Eyemart Express, thanks to two incredible employees, ****** and Espi. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful situation into a truly positive experience.****** went above and beyond to assist me when I came in with an issue with my glasses. His thoughtfulness and compassion throughout the entire process were remarkable. He took the time to understand my situation and handled everything with such care and attention to detail. What stood out most was his ability to make me feel valued and supported throughout the entire process. His dedication to customer satisfaction was truly exceptional, and he worked efficiently to ensure all my needs were met. The level of service he provided went far beyond my expectations.While I was in the store, Espi, another employee, added so much warmth to the experience. Her good-natured personality and sense of humor brought a smile to my face when I needed it most. She made me feel comfortable and at ease, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made my time in the store enjoyable. Both ****** and Espi balanced professionalism with a genuine, personal touch that is rare to find.I cannot express enough how much I appreciated their kindness and dedication. I PURCHASED GLASSES AND I ASKED FOR A COPY OF MY PRESCRIPTION AND THEY GAVE IT TO ME, BUT IT WAS NOT COMPLETE. IT WAS MISSING THE PD. I CALLED AND ASKED IF THEY COULD PLEASE GIVE ME THE PD AND I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS A HIPPA ISSUE AND THEY COULD NOT GIVE IT TO ME ON THE PHONE. I DROVE INTO THE OFFICE, ONCE THERE IT WAS A DIFFERENT STORY. I WAS AT THE *********, LA LOCATION ON *****************. MANAGER WAS ********* AND I SPOKE TO HER. I TOLD HER WHAT I NEED AND SHE SENT ME TO THE DOCTOR SIDE AND SAID THEY DO NOT DO THAT, BUT WHEN I CALLED YOU SAID YOU DID BUT YOU COULD NOT DO IT OVER THE PHONE. THE DOCTOR SAID THEY DON'T DO THE PD AND THE EYEGLASS OFFICE DOES NOT DO THE PD ON THE PRESCRIPTION. WELL THE MANAGER ********* AT EYEMART EXPRESS TELLS ME THAT THE WILL NOT DO SO THAT WE DON'T GO TO GET OUR GLASSES ONLINE AND THEY GET SUED. WELL FIRST OFF WE PAID FOR THE **** GLASSES AND FOR THE PRESCRIPTON. IT IS A COMPLETE **** OFF. THE DOCTOR OFFICE WAS **** **** O.D. SAID SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THE PD AND GAVE ME A WEBSITE TO DO IT MYSELF. WHY DID I PAY THESE PEOPLE FOR THEIR SERVICES AND THEY WERE INCOMPETENT. While their prices seem great and wonderful be prepared not get discounts or the offers you heard about on tv if you have state insurance because they dont take it ********. Furthermore when you are told you will get a text or call when your glasses are ready do not expect that text or call, it will never come. When you call to find out for yourself the staff will be rude and abrupt and making a complaint to management will do you no good because they will rudely cut you off before you are finished talking and instead of helping you they will blame the insurance company for how things are done. When you call corporate customer care they do the same and then hang up on you. This is not a company I will ever recommend not even to my worst enemy nor will I ever return to for any reason again. Its clear the big chain companies couldnt care less about their customers and care more about lining their pockets. Local businesses will always be better as they care more about the person they serve!! Eyemart Express should get zero stars in my book!!! They are NO BUENO!!!EyeMart Express

Ordering glasses from EyeMart Express was a huge and expensive mistake. Ordered 4 pairs (yes, 4...stupid me!) of progressive glasses post cataract surgery. First pair...couldn't see clearly at any distance. They told me progressives take a while to get used to. (Excuse me, but I've been wearing progressives for 20 years.) Took them home to try them anyway, still couldn't see well, went back a week later, they remade the lenses. But same story, couldn't see clearly at any distance. They sent me back to the eye doctor for another exam. Went back, had glasses remade for the 3rd time. But same story, no crisp vision at any distance. I resigned myself to the fact that maybe this was my new (post cataract) normal and this is just how I see (or don't) now. A year later, I happened to try on my old glasses, and big shock...I COULD SEE CLOSE AND MID RANGE DISTANCES BETTER WITH MY OLD GLASSES! I've been wearing my old glasses ever since, except for driving. For driving I wear the EyeMart Express ones, only because they are slightly better than nothing for distance. I conclude that EyeMart Express glasses just have poor optics. They are the worst glasses I've ever had. Useless. A very important, expensive ****** learned...IF YOU WANT TO SEE, GET YOUR GLASSES SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!EyeMart Express
