      I purchased glasses February 2022 and the green antiglare coating started peeling off so I can't see with them. I called eyemart to see if they would fix this flaw but they refused saying I didn't buy the extra protection. I was at Classic Eyewear and I told them this and if I had purchased them there they would have replaced it for me because they genuinely care about their patients. So I'm taking my business to *************** from now on. Eyemart doesn't care that they leave me unable to see well for several more months.

      They do not inform you if insurance is not accepted. I was charged full price! I have great insurance and after exam they then told me my insurance is not accepted! So I then had to pay full price for contact exam! Bad buisness!!!

      Everytime I come their is ************* with only two employees and sometimes customer only want to drop off glasses that need to be returned because they are glazed which that happens to my daughters glasses every year and still we have to wait to be seated which usually takes 30 to 40 min just for that instead of having someone at the front just for those type of returns which takes no time to do...

      The Latino woman who met us had an unfriendly attitude. I wanted new lenses in my old frame. They were the ones who made them. She told us we had to have a prescription to get it. My dr said I don't need to change it and I know that they can make new ones from the old ones or look up my last prescription. She was rude and unhelpful. I said I would have to give a bad review and she said she didn't care.

      I ordered sunglasses online and after a longer than expected wait they arrived, they were clear not tinted. I called customer service and no apology just take them to the store, an hour away, and get them tinted. How is that fair? I have to use my time and gas to correct their mistake!
