Very minimal customer service. The management is terrible and confrontational. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Definitely not going back, I would rather be blind than deal with the ghetto b.s.EyeMart Express

Vision4Less - ********* ** Bought new glasses, single vision, coated (e.g. scratch resistant, etc.)What I received in my new pair of glasses:1. lenses so loose they pop out easily 2. can see quite a bit better with my chin tilted up which is terrible for my neck -- no measurement of where my eyes are in relation to the lenses was done when I originally came in (I believe this is called ocular height) - the distance between my pupils was taken though I have no idea if that measurement was done correctly or not.3. when in store attempting to address issues: -- employee would walk off and work with other customers -- no single employee would work with me through the situation from beginning to end -- there was general pressure on me to make decisions right now instead of discussing my particular situation and addressing my particular concerns Currently they are replacing everything though I had to switch out the frames they'd set aside because I found that the bridge was welded on crookedly (confirmed by another customer).I deeply resent them taking up so much of my time due to their errors. I do not like their customer service standards. I have no confidence that the new glasses they are making will be appropriate.EyeMart Express

Terrible customer service. Scheduling appointments has changed and they want everything under the sun just to schedule an appointment. Then when you want a copy of your prescription they ask why, what, and who. Which is none of their business then only to get a call back stating they will not mail since they do not know why and that I can come in and pick it up or have a new optical place call and get the prescription. I have worn glasses for 30+ years and have gone to numerous places and this was by far the worst. On a side note of why I would not go back is I bought a pair of glasses and from day 1 the lens wouldn't stay in. Brought them back and they said my lens and the frame didn't seem compatible but the girl did not want to work with any return because it was not in 30 days. They were my first pair of bifocals so I didn't wear enough to get them in. Just super unimpressed and I have NEVER written a review so if that tells you how strongly I would like people know what a ***** storm this place is!EyeMart Express

The most recent experience was March 2023 I went back to change out a pair of glasses because they were not working for me as far as size and prescription. I wish someone would have helped me decide which glasses look better on me because you can't tell without glasses on. I took that pair back to find a better pair that fits me correctly and for my vision I could not see out of them for driving. I found another pair and I sat with Christine she took such a long time doing measurements and no communication at all just sat there with direct order (take the glasses on and off several times and telling me to put my old pair on and off) she had that pair filled but when I picked them up they were not even fitting right it was if they switched out the glasses to children's the prescription was not even right so I asked Dustin again if I could switch out the pair of glasses he said yes! I picked out 2 other pairs and they set them aside to get filled they had not gotten filled yet because the store was busy so I looked around a bit more and found a perfect pair I felt comfortable with that would sit right on my face. I handed that pair of glasses to Dustin and said can you measure them he did, and I waited 2 hours for them to be filled then I gave up because the store was too busy, I told him I will have to come back you are way too busy Dustin said they should be ready within a few hours today this was on Saturday I told him I can come back on Monday This whole switch was started on the week before on Wednesday Monday came and the glasses were not filled they had not even send them to the lab. I said I will return Tuesday, I called to Tuesday evening they said yes, the glasses are ready! I went to pick them up and they are still wrong again! Christine measured them wrong so Dustin thought he can just adjust them with heat I could not see out of them he tried that 3 times and that still did not work I said the reading part is way off center. Wed. we will see!EyeMart Express

I had excellent service at eye mart off ****************. Cassi was superb. She went above all else. I am happy with the eyeglasses I purchased. My order was ready within few days. ***** has excellent customer service and very polite.EyeMart Express

Had glasses made, picked them up and they were wrong. Couldn't see. was told I need to get used to them.... wrong. I been wearing glasses for 40 years and these were way wrong. After the employee got loud and obnoxious, I was able to get refunded. Now they will not release my insurance so I can use it for a different pair of glasses somewhere else. Went back to inquire, was told it takes insurance 6-8 weeks to fix. Called insurance and they are waiting on the store to release it, as they do not hold anything. ************* is attempting to get cooperation from the store. As of yet vision4less has not cooperated. It's been 2 weeks.EyeMart Express

Purchased a pair of glasses from them. In June of 2022 the frames broke. Took them to ********** location to replace. When asked about warranty, they said that I did in a warranty. What they didn't tell me was that the warranty only lasted til November, 2022 and not the one-year warranty that you normally get with new frames. On January 9, the frames broke again but they won't stand behind them. Encourage everyone to look elsewhere unless they don't care about customer service!!! I will never do business at that business for the rest of my life and will discourage friends and family to STAY AWAY!EyeMart Express

The last thing we want to hear is that a customer had a negative experience in one of our stores. All of our frame purchases comes with a 1 year frame warranty. The warranty is valid for 1 year from the original purchase date. If you do use the warranty during the time period, the warranty period does not restart or extend. If you could call our customer care line at **************, we'd love the opportunity to speak with you about a resolution.Barb E

Why should I call again...last time I called I got the runaround. What I would like is if I could have purchased the frames at least discounts...not at full price..plus they wouldn't send them to me directly so I have to drive to the vision center you sent them too. 5 starsVisited the store in ****** ****. I was visiting from out of town and broke my frames. The associates are the store were able to find a new pair of frames to fit my existing lenses. I was in and out in 15 minutes with great new frames at a more than reasonable cost. Wonderful service.Review fromLydia B
