Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an unresolved refund issue with BSN Sports LLC in the amount of $538.54. Despite multiple attempts to work directly with the company and my assigned sales representative.On February 7, 2025, I placed an order totaling $1,362.45 with BSN Sports for uniforms (jerseys and shorts) for my *** basketball team. Immediately after placing the order, I reached out to my sales representative, *** *********, to make a few changes to the short sizes and uniform numbers. *** acknowledged the request and forwarded an email thread from the sales support team indicating the shorts had already shipped. However, to accommodate the change, a second order of shorts was processed and shipped, totaling $538.54 (invoice attached). *** instructed me via email to return the second set of shorts once received. I complied and sent them back via ***** (Tracking Number: ************). *** confirmed receipt and thanked me via email.On May 23, 2025, I noticed a charge for $538.54 posted to my account. This was for the second set of shorts which I had already returned. I contacted BSN Sports corporate office. Their accounting department confirmed the charge and directed me back to *** to initiate the refund.I contacted *** again on May 23, 2025, and while she initially responded, she has not provided a resolution. She stated she would contact me on Monday, June 2, 2025, but I have not received any follow-up or the refund.I have done everything on my end correctly, submitting the return in good faith and communicating transparently throughout the process. The lack of follow-through from BSN Sports LLC has been a financially burden.I am requesting your assistance in helping to secure a full refund of $538.54 as I have returned the merchandise per BSNs instructions and upheld my end of the agreement.Thank you for your time and I hope for a prompt resolution.Sincerely,**** ********Business Response

On 2/17.2025, I placed an order with BSN Sports for school team store merchandise, which was scheduled to ship to my home on March 14, 2025. On March 8, 2025, I contacted BSN Sports to formally request the cancellation of my order, as I had recently learned that my family was moving, making the gear no longer relevant to us. At the time of my cancellation request, the merchandise had not yet shipped.Despite my timely request, BSN Sports refused to cancel my order, citing that the team store deadline had passed and that my order had been consolidated into a bulk team production process as of February 19, 2025. However, their response ignores the critical fact that my order had not been fulfilled or shipped at the time of my cancellation request.Under consumer protection laws and the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA), I have the right to dispute a charge for goods that have not been delivered. BSN Sports refusal to honor my cancellation is unjustified, as they have yet to ship the merchandise. Their policy of denying cancellations after an arbitrary internal deadlinewithout shipping the productis both deceptive and a violation of standard consumer rights.Additionally, BSN Sports has failed to provide clear terms and conditions at the time of purchase that explicitly state customers cannot cancel their orders prior to shipment. I have requested evidence that I agreed to such terms, but the company has failed to provide any. This raises concerns about transparency and fair business practices.Immediate cancellation of my order since it has not yet been shipped.A full refund of $189.32 to my original payment method.If BSN Sports fails to comply, I will pursue further action through my credit card issuer, state consumer protection agencies, and any other applicable regulatory bodies. I am submitting this complaint to the BBB in hopes of resolving this matter fairly and in accordance with consumer rights.Business Response

Purchased a sweatshirt for my daughters college track season from their online shop. Ordered a womens Large wanting it big since my daughter typically wears a small/medium. The sweatshirt came and was horribly small. The sizing was way off. The sizing chart they provided stated that it would fit a bust size ***** which it will not. My daughter is 34" bust and it is tight on her. Their size chart is completely off when it comes to their product. A woman's large is typically >38" for the bust. This is very misleading. Order on 12/5/24 what I thought was two adult Sweatshirts. What I received on 1/9/24 Was one adult sweatshirt and one youth sweatshirt when I tried to call to rectify the situation I was dismissed. I dont want anything for free. Im willing to exchange and pay whatever price difference for the adult item. However, Im told that theres no manager available to talk to and that I shouldve known that I was ordering a youth hoodie even though that is not what was specified on the website which is now been taken down/closed since the order was placed. They are basically like we cant do anything with the item so we dont want it back. Thats not how customer service works. Not to mention, the other item that I ordered is severely not true to size its an extra large and it looks like about a two or 3X however Im not even complaining about that. Im just keeping it saying hopefully it will shrink so at what point does the company take responsibility for anything?Business Response

On August 29th, 2024, I placed an order for team uniforms for my sons travel soccer team. On October 14th, I received our order lesser one black jersey that I paid for but never received. I contacted the company via email on 10/14 to report the issue. On 10/30, they issued a replacement jersey. On 12/10 I followed up with the company via email and was told the jersey is still in production. Today, 1/4/25, almost 5 months later, Ive had enough.Business Response

An order was placed at the beginning of November for a basketball team store. Part of the order was shipped. Upon arrival, a shirt was missing. I called and was told it was a "design holdup" and would be shipped at a later date. I have checked weekly on the status of this shirt as basketball season is almost over and we need our gear. I am now told there is no material for the shirt. I have asked to be refunded and am now getting no response from customer service. If a company is making ************************* gear, they need to have the gear done in a timely manner. Don't sell things you don't have the materials for. My son is disappointed to not have his shirt and I am upset about the cost plus the shipping I paid expecting my order to be fulfilled in a timely manner. I purchased the **** Elite backpack through my daughter's volleyball club on 11/12/2024 for $86.19. I received an email on 11/20/24 that the item was out of stock and I would be refunded. I received a refund of only $8.36 on 11/26/24 which was incorrect. I have contacted customer service for weeks to try to resolve this issue but have gotten no where. I get the same response from each ***resentative that they are escalating my request but each time I call for an update nothing has been done and they refuse to let you speak with a supervisor.
