I placed my order on August 5, 2022 for high school team items for my son to wear to his swim meets. There were two separate orders placed. I finally received the first order (the cheaper one) almost 4 weeks after it was ordered. I inquired about my second order and was told they had no record of my second order - even though my credit card had been charged for BOTH orders the day the order was placed. After sending them more information, they were finally able to locate my second order. I inquired when we could expect it to arrive and was told it was scheduled to ship on September 12 - a full month and a half after the order was placed. By the time this order arrives, my son's swim season will be over and we will have no use for the items. I told them because of this, to refund my money and cancel the order. They told me this was not possible. So now, after they initially LOST this order, I now have to pay almost $100 for items that my son will not even be able to use because they will be arriving so late.Business Response

I placed an order with this company for school spirit wear on 8/12/22. My confirmation email stated that my order would ship within the next 10-14 days. It also stated that it would start the manufacturing process in 1-2 business days. On 8/19/22 I get an email stating 1 item is being produced and it will ship 9/14/22. On 8/24/22 I get another email stating the rest of my items are being produced and will ship 9/23/22. That means I will get my spirit wear the end of September, halfway after the season is over, when I was told originally 10-14 days. Why would it take weeks to ship if it's in production? I have a problem with this because my order was close to $500 and my credit card was charged immediately. I feel this is very deceptive and dishonest to a consumer. Why did the original email not state the correct time frame? Why was my credit card charged? I am not extending an interest free loan to a business for over 6 weeks. I feel deceived. This is very unprofessional and disgusting and a business should not be allowed to operate in this capacity. As my child is an athlete, we get custom products all the time, and they ship within 2 weeks and my credit card is not charged until the item ships. I contacted customer service on 8/24/22 asking about the emails I had received and asked it to be given to management as this practice is unacceptable. The representative escalated the matter on 8/25/22 stating that a manager would be in contact shortly. I reached out again on 8/30/22 but I have yet to hear back from any manager. I do plan to reach out to our school about finding another vendor. Buyers beware. I still have no product and have been charged almost $500.Business Response

I appreciate that my order has been expedited to meet the original delivery time frame promised. However, I have not yet received a response from upper management with regards to how this will be fixed for other consumers (updating communication for confirmation emails, website, etc. to state proper time frame for production/delivery and credit card charges.) Thus, I am not going to close out the claim until upper management responds and I have product in hand of correct quality as that has been an issue in the past.

I ordered a backpack for my son for football. It was advertised as being embroidered, but when I received, it was a cheap looking decal on there instead . I spoke to a customer service representative whom gave me his personal email. I also sent it to the generic support email. It has been a week, and still no response. I have multiple items from here, trying to support the high school. This will definitely be my last order. The customer service is non existent. In the late spring, we ordered 4 Sweatshirts from BSN to represent our childrens school for this coming years sports, finally, yesterday they were supposed to arrive. The tracking notified me on my phone that they had been delivered and signed for, however, no one was home to sign for them, and our security cameras picked up no activity from delivery. I called Fed Ex thinking it was their error, and when I tried to verify the number sent to me for tracking with them they let me know not only was the address on their file different, but the name as well. They delivered my things totaling $165.00 to someone else with no information showing it was mine. However my receipt showed shipping was to come to my address. My husband called to speak with someone, and the representative was not able to help him and refused to send him to a manager. He requested a call back for today, and it is now 4:38 pm with no call to address this. Very disappointed in this business and their support. For a working family, having $165 in clothing just handed off to someone else, after 3.5 months of waiting, I am disgusted. Will never order from this company again. One June 1, 2022 I ordered 2 sweatshirts ($44 each), 1 woman's tee shirt and one youth tee shirt for a total of $134. Upon receiving the order, the youth tee shirt ($18) was missing and the woman's tee shirt ($28) was shipped blank. In other words, it was missing the team logo on it so I received a plain white tee shirt. I did receive an email from the company stating they were aware of the issue and that the replacement shirts would be shipped within a week. Well. Almost 5 weeks later I still have not received the correct merchandise. I have sent several emails that have gone unanswered and also called customer service who also said the replacement would be out within the week (over 3 weeks ago). Needless to say, the season is now over and we were unable to wear our apparel to my son's game. I would like a refund for my order.Business Response

BSN promoted a sale on their home page, indicating a 25% sale. The site indicated in big, bold, capitalized letters, "25% off EVERYTHING". After purchasing several items, I noticed that two items were not discounted and contacted BSN and requested a partial refund. In my exchange, they refused to offer a discount, indicating that not everything was discounted, despite the promotion on the site banner clearly stating "EVERYTHING" (in capitals) without disclaimers or exceptions.
