I ordered 2 hoodies (Mens medium, and Womens small tall after the Live Chat informed me the Womens small tall was available. I have an emailed order confirmation invoice. I received the Mens medium, but not the Womens. Small tall. I never received an email notifying me that the small tall was not available to give me an option to purchase another product or to cancel my entire order. I used *** as a fundraiser for ******* ********** Soccer in July 2024. Since then I have been in contact with many employees from *** regarding the ****** check that was never issued. After 4 weeks of trying to figure out where the check actually was, its was found to be a credit to the account. I has since been 3 weeks of attempting to mail the check to RP with no success. This is simply unaccacptable. Our sales *** is useless as there is random comminication thru the entire fiasco.Business Response

I submitted an order prior to the school shop closing/deadline on 10/21/24. The estimated delivery stated is between 4-5 weeks. We are close to nearing the 7-week ***** I called the phone number listed in the confirmation e-mail, which gave an option for faster service to "press 1 for text". I never received a text. Called back the next day to speak to someone, which I did get a person, but they were not helpful. They looked up the order and said it would ship out on 12/06/24. My daughter's basketball season will be nearly over by the time she even receives the items. Last game is 12/17/24. Very poor customer service in delivering products in a timely fashion. This is not the first time this has happened either and I thought I would give them another chance. I will no longer be supporting this business and giving them another chance. If you want to wear spirit wear to support your school, find someone who can produce the products locally and you'll likely receive them much quicker.Business Response

September 19th 2024, we ordered two sweatshirts that claim to be high quality fleece (one was supposed to be ******* embroidered sweatshirts paid $109 for what seams to be foam sweatshirts (not even cotton) with stickers ironed on them that are not even worth $5. **************** basically told me too bad, nothing they will do about it. I would like either the embroidered fleece sweatshirts that ordered, or a refund!Business Response

On October 4, 2024, I ordered a polo shirt from BSN sports with a logo. I used their website filters to select only embroidered designs. The shirt **** said something about digital print, but I wasn't sure what that meant. I went back and checked the filters several times to make sure this was supposed to be an embroidered product, and ordered it. I paid the company $41.86 for the shirt, tax and S&H, which seemed reasonable for a polo with an embroidered logo.The product I got was a junky looking silkscreen thing that is useless for my purposes. I contacted ***'s customer service and after a several-email exchange trying to explain my dissatisfaction, they simply said that because the product **** said digital print on it, they will not provide any remediation.I don't think it's reasonable, nor good business, to assume that an average layperson knows exactly what digital print is referring to in this context, and it is DEFINITELY misleading to show that product when I've selected filters to ONLY show embroidered products.A quick check of customer reviews after this encounter reveals hundreds of similar reviews of this apparently awful company.I'd either like the embroidered product that I thought I was ordering or a refund.Business Response

My transaction took place on 9/12/24. Our school had a team shop opened so that we could order gear for us to wear. When looking at the information on the website, they did not provide a description of the sizing for hoodies. When I placed my order, I ordered a women's medium hoodie. It arrived after 5 weeks on 10/18/24. This item was sized too small. I reached out to the company and the can't replace the item because it is custom made and are refusing to issue a refund. I tried accessing our team shop to see if I had missed something with the sizing, but can't access any more. I really want to just get my money back.Business Response

I submitted an order (order number **********) on 8/28/2024. This order was a volleyball related order for our high school volleyball season. The order status email indicates that orders are delivered 4-5 weeks after the shop closes. Our shop closed on 8/29/2024. This would indicate an approxmiate delivery of 10/04/2024. As of today (10/15/2024), we have still not received our order. In addition, we have gotten notification that our order will not be shipped until 10/21/2024. Our volleyball season is nearing completion and we won't receive our order until after the season is over. I would like a refund.Business Response

I purchased uniform items for my daughter on 7/2/24 to be used starting in the Fall *************************** September. As of October 10 and over 50% through the league season, there is no sign of the items being delivered. We have received most items however items that were paid for still have not been received. BSN sports has been contacted multiple times with the reasoning being supplied that it is not their problem, but Nikes problem. No remediation has been taken to satisfy the customer or to compensate for the delay past the promised timeline. I *** customer of **********************. ********************** gladly accepted my payment. It is not my responsibility to work with their supplier. Order fulfillment is the responsibility of BSN sports. I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the responses provided and the lack of customer focus.Business Response

I ordered two youth sized hoodies online on August 31, 2024 for my two children to wear to support their schools. I went off the sizing chart on the website which showed 14/16 for a youth medium and a 18/20 for a youth large. My children are 10 and 14 so I thought those sizes would be large enough based on the chart provided. When I received the items they are too small to fit my children so they cannot wear them and I spent $88.33 on these two items. I called to ask for an exchange or return so I could buy them bigger sizes and I was told the only way for a refund is to measure the chest width of the hoodies and send in the photos for proof. I did this and the size medium was 17 inches width and the large was 18 inches width and based on the sizing chart the medium should be 18 inches width and the large should be 19 inches. I was then sent an email back saying that the hoodies measure to their sizing chart and I cannot get a refund. This is ridiculous because I spent money and the items don't fit my children so it's basically a scam. At this point I just want my money back and to no longer deal with this company again. Order placed almost 2 months ago at this point. Been receiving numerous "your items have shipped" emails over the past month, but I have received nothing. Our season is well underway at this point so we obviously don't need these items anymore. I've called and emailed multiple times and continue to get the same boiler plate answer of these items will be shipped to the school which is false. These items were scheduled to ship to our house which was also verified with the coach. Most recent call with **** came up unhelpful. I provided our order number and she can't simply get back to me on tracking info for items that we spent a lot of money on. Need to be refunded immediately.Business Response
