Defective products. After only one wash a shirt I bought from BSN sports is completely unusable. All of the lettering is peeling off. BSN will not make it right due to a 30 day return policy. This item is defective and they will not make it right. In their email to me they told me peeling can be expected.Business Response

Business responded by claiming 50% off and no shipping update. As of 10.6.22 no rebate was processed. It was promised on 10.3 I inquired 10.6 and asked for proof. Was sent a copy of invoice dated today that shows 50% refund but no product. Now I have only paid $90 for nothing instead of $180. That's IF it actually goes through. At worst it's Interstate Fraud. If the order was $200+ it is Felony Fraud. Based on previously submitted information they may literally be taking money hoping that nobody is the wiser and just writes it off because it's hard to sue. Just keep taking and have zero repeat customers. This is nowhere near complete. I can and will take this to the mat. Who knows what they are actually getting away with. The excuse that it's hard to get apparel is a lie. Nike can't get rid of recess inventory. A competing company was able to DELIVER in less than 2 weeks. This is so poorly managed that anyone placing trust is due to be next on line at BBB. Look at Trustpilot. Multiple disgraces.

I placed an online order with BSN Sports on 07-13-2022 regarding a My Team order for ********* College ********* My total order was 22 items totalling $639.11. As of 09-22-2022 I have received 7 items. I am still missing 15 items and have contacted the company on multiple occasions (09-09-22 and 09-22-22). I was told when I first contacted the company on 09-09 that the rest of my order was in production and would ship the next week. On 09-22 I received 1 Squad 3.0 pant navy xl, I again contacted customer service (XXX XXX-XXXX) to ask about the remainder of the order and was told they had no record of additional items (Order # XXXXXXXX). I would like to know when the rest of the order will be processed and shipped and if it is not soon a refund on the outstanding items I am missing.Business Response

I placed an order with BSN July 21, 2022. Upon placing that order I was told my items would arrive in 3-4 weeks. My item was not a custom order, simply a pair of shoes for my son to wear when school started. I ended up having to purchase shoes directly from Nike which arrived the same week they were ordered.
After a month I reached out to them because I still had yet to receive my ordered and requested that my order be canceled. They told me they couldn't because it was a part of a "bulk order" and offered a 20 percent credit of my order. It has now been 8 weeks since the original order was placed and I received an email today saying it would be another 4-5 weeks. Upset is an understatement. We worked to find a company to place an order for Football apparel for our local high school football team and fans. We talked with BSN and they said if we only opened the order for a week and closed it by 8/29/22 that we would have the items by the week of September 12th. We were sent an email on 9/13/22 saying the product is printed and ready to ship - but wouldn't ship until 10/13/22! The football season will be over by then. We have a large group of kids and families that placed orders, spent a lot of money, and won't be getting their team football apparel until after the football season. I've tried emailing and calling the company for help, with little response, and the only response was confirming it would be shipping on 10/13. I'm frustrated as I was in charge for putting this all together and spent a large chunk of money on my own family's order, but more I feel frustrated and heart broken for all the high school kids who won't get their senior year football apparel. If the items can't be delivered ASAP, I would like for all orders placed to be refunded ASAP. I only hope we can find an agency that can put something together where we can get some merchandise yet for this season. Refund OR Delivery ASAP please!Business Response

Unless we hear otherwise, it does appear those individuals we have talked with did get their refund. So for now, I'll accept the outcome, albeit disappointing. However, I will also note that everyone in our group, especially our high seniors, would have preferred to still get our clothing per the original agreement and time frame as opposed to the refunded. I may further add, in opposition to their response, they DID NOT get a hold of me. I finally got a hold of someone after hours and hours of trying, multiple transfers and hang-ups, and unhelpful people. Just sad. Our school and booster club used to use this company for many other things, not any more. I wish others who choose to use them - the best of luck.Initial Complaint

Ordered 4 shirts and a hat through son's College Football on 7/15/22. My order is $136. Of that I was charged $8.63 shipping.
As of today 9/13/22 I was told my items are on back order. Maybe shipped in next few weeks. Plus all items are mass shipped to college coach.
We don't live in same State as college. I thought for $8.63 it would directly come to our house.
I asked to cancel my order and refund. Was told no.
Not happy. Invoice says 3-4 week shipping.

Company sent two soccer shirt that was not the correct size as ordered. Despite ordering two youth large, the shirts that came in were actually a youth medium even though the label states Youth large.
When I called customer service, they said that they could not do anything about it since the shirts' label states Youth Large. I spoke to Kimberly ******. I asked to speak to the supervisor and was told one will called me back. After three weeks, nobody called me. I have spoken to the school and church that has a contract with BSN. I have told them they have bad products and consumer service. I have asked them to reconsider using BSN has their school and church vendor. My order number is **********.
The attached picture shows one that is a Youth medium and the BSN that is a youth large. You can see that the BSN youth large is the same size as the youth medium.Business Response

Ordered PE T-shirts from BSN Sports in March 2022. When the t-shirts had not been received by the beginning of July, I contacted BSN Sports for an order update. After another month of dragged out single question emailing back and forth (what's the order number? do you want to change sizes? etc.) and no fulfillment updates I finally asked to cancel the order and receive a refund. I was told that wasn't possible. Another month has ticked by and another school year has started. I haven't received the T-shirts ordered in March and I don't believe I ever will.Business Response
