      If I could give 0 stars I would. We were required to purchase uniforms for my son (9th grade tennis). Its his first year, the school partnered with this organization and I went to website to place order.Nowhere was there a section for personalization. However at the end of order I was asked to complete my sons full name, school, sport, etc. It was already disappointing that it said the lead time was 8 weeks for shipping when tennis started in 1 week. I checked with our coach to see if that time was correct. He said yes, we havent been happy with this company and are looking for other vendors.Anyway, the shirt and shorts came and to my surprise my sons name isnt on the shirt. I reached out to BSN to ask for help. They have been beyond dismissive and said you didnt personalize. I asked where that was in the order process and never got an answer.I offered to pay for shipping back to have his shirt screen printed with a name. They dont even respond to that and said because our items are personalized we cant do exchanges or returns. Bear in mind I didnt ask for an exchange or a return.I asked if I could purchase a new shirt and pay for his name to be added. I dont get a response to that either. I asked why we put so much info including his name in the order part of thats not put on his shirt. I dont get a response to that either.Life is hard enough without standing out with a $35 shirt that doesnt have your name when its supposed to. But nowhere was there empathy for this or a solution. Just all orders are final and you should have checked order summary.The order summary doesnt list the required info I had to provide. Name, school, grade, sport etc. so it raises the question as to why its even asked.The order summary doesnt say no personalization requested even though we were ordering team uniforms. There wasnt a mandatory place in order to accept/decline personalization either. Do not use this company if you can help it.

      After I placed an order, I realized the material was not what I wanted. I emailed them right away and asked if I could swap the shirt and will pay extra and if not then I would like to cancel and reorder but they refused to swap it out even though the shirt wasnt made yet. They also refused to cancel it stating its already in the process of going into production. This was the next day of the order placement. My order was marked shipped but a tracking number was never provided too. Costumer service was really frustrating to deal with. I wish I read the reviews here before purchasing from them.

      Sizing is way off. Order xxl if you are a large. They dont honor returns so Im stuck with Asian sized sweatshirt and ******. Way too small. Sizing charts provided are off!!

      I spent almost 100 dollars on two items for them to be not even remotely close to what I ordered. I bought a crewneck and sweatpants. The sweatpants were not the cotton material as shown they were almost a spandex athletic material, which was completely different from what I ordered, as well as the crewneck that was again was not like the picture and was super thin and basically just a bad quality long sleeve. Never ordering from here again? Wish I could return but they dont allow returns.

      I was charged shipping for a faculty shirt to be mailed to my house. Ironically our faculty apparel was suppose to be mailed to the school for free since it was a large bulk order. My shirt was delivered to the school so I was charged for shipping when I should not have been. I contacted multiple people through phone and email and they refuse to reimburse shipping. Thats a convenient way to make extra money. Very poor customer service. I will make sure my athletic team never uses this company. Avoid them!!!

      They're the worst. ************* Place order expecting it to arrive near Christmas. The store was only going to be open for a few days it said. Come to find they supposedly kept it open for weeks. I requested it be canceled and they said it was closed yesterday, so they can't cancel my order. They expect me to wait over a month to receive the item. Another month?? The season will be over by then. I said I requested the cancellation in time, so they should be able to, they claim they cannot. They told my Grandma they closed the shop well over a week ago. So they lied to her if it's still open and nothing has been made for our school. None of our track athletes will get their items in time for the actual track meets and season. I just want my money back from this scam company who hasn't bothered to create our order and has no intention of shipping our products out until February. They're scammers.

      Wow, I wish I wouldve looked at these reviews before ordering. For anyone considering ordering from them, please make sure you take your child to the tailor to be measured before ordering so you can use their most accurate size guide because they will refuse to exchange or return. They should really consider making this policy pop up or somehow make it really clear that there or no returns or exchanges. I can see Im not the only one with an issue. These items are not cheap and a lot of parents may not be able to afford them, but sacrifice so their kid isnt an odd man out or can proudly sport the team they work hard to be on. Also, apparently this company doesnt know what its like to have a a growing teen in between sizes for youth XL and mens small. Maybe its their goal to have you buy both and not be able to return one. I wouldnt be surprised. I really hope coaches/school staff consider a different company that has a bit more ***** for parents.
