      Such a horrible experience. I placed an order but realized the next day that one of the team shirts my daughter picked out was actually men's sizing so I'd ordered her the wrong size. I got on the website and it's clearly written that orders can be corrected so long as the "team shop" is still open. Our "team shop" was still open with the little countdown timer showing 6 HOURS before it closed, but when I called the ***** number I got a message that they were closed for the day (different time zones). So I emailed my request to timestamp that I was attempting to make a correction when the team shop was still open. I immediately got a response that said changes can't be made after the team shop is closed. So I called in the morning and the customer service agent again refused to change out the size for a smaller one saying that despite our team shop being open when I tried to make contact, they were closed for the day and now that the team shop is closed so they won't help me. There is no way anything has been printed yet, so they are refusing simply to refuse. He actually told me they are short staffed and back logged as if that is my responsibility. I'll be advocating that our club find a new printer next year. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.

      This company was horrible to deal with. They admitted there was a glitch in their system. When my sons school team store closed I was sent a receipt missing my sons two jerseys. I contacted them the same day via email and they replied a week later saying there was a glitch in their system and because the store was closed they couldnt do anything about it. After going back and forth several times I gave up and contacted a local company to print my sons jerseys. They did an excellent job locally and even finished the job before his other items even arrived from BSN, which came over a week late. I will NEVER order through this company again.

      DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I wish I could give -5stars (minus)!I cant believe I spent $160.12 in WORST QUALITY PRODUCTS EVER!!!!!! The jacket and Tshirts are see through!They knew they were selling this to military and still sold a see through product! Where can we wear this as a military?!I requested money back! The description of the products doesnt match what we got (see through)! Bad business, bad products, you guys are the worst!I will make sure I spread the word about how bad you guys are!

      Thinking the shirts were cotton, I ordered 2 as gifts. They are polyester and disgusting. They are expensive, but because I bought ones with a school logon them (as advertised ) they refused a return saying I customized them. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ordering from this company

      I would give 0 stars if I could. This is an absolutely terrible company. My daughters teamss order was never shipped and their season is already over. Its been over 2 months since the order was placed and we spent a fortune on the order. Biggest waste of money ever!

      This is one of the worst companies to ever deal with. Placed order July 27th, 2023 still have not received the order. It was a bulk order through school soccer, a few of *********** received thier orders. Some were shipped to their house others arrived at the school. Contacted company several times, every time have received a different answer. First time was told "Order looks to have shipped out. Please reach out to your coordinator, and schedule pick up." Informed BSN that the school received some of the products but not all. Was looking for Status on my order, then was told Please note that your order will ship out on Friday. Well its now Thursday, called to get the status, and was told the order was completed yesterday & it was shipped out this morning. Will not offer a refund until I receive my items. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

      Not even one star, they hire homophobic HR people, supply almost no information about how they would like their work done but expect you to complete 40 different things in under 2 days and also expect you to stay working for over 12 hours even though the HR gets to work 8 hours and take every day off that she wants to. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.

      Not even worthy of 1 star. Poor quality shirts for the extreme cost. Dumbfounded it took 2 months to get 1 shirt. The season is over and I just got one of my shirts. Good thing my athlete isnt a senior. **************** was nothing short of awful the 2 times I called. I hope my childs team never recommends them again. I will never order here again. Will find a local shop to patronize on my own.

      This company is ATROCIOUS to deal with. Placed an order in June, paid in full, and product is still not here 10/2. Soccer season is over in a few weeks. I have contacted the company multiple times regarding my order, phone calls and emails, no one knows whats going on. Management is extremely poor in responding back when asked to return a phone call. To date, I have left 4 phone calls for a manager call back, I have not received one. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!!!! If I could give them a negative star, I would give them a -10!

      Stay away from BSN, they will keep changing the date of when your items will be completed and will not notify you about it. The people you talk to on the phone have no clue what is going on. Only reason I ordered fun them was because they was on our schools website for fan shop. Not sure why schools use them with all the complaints against bsn.
