Possibly the worst business Ive ever done business with. First, even after telling them to remove the lifetime battery charge they didnt do it and I let down my guard and didnt notice. Even worse, a **** who is purportedly the ** is rude, condescending and frankly doesnt seem qualified to be running anything. The worst issue is the *** I purchased in April 2023 is still having shifting problems. Its been in the shop twice in the three (3) months Ive owned it and still not fixed. And on top of that Im now told I dont have the covered pickup/delivery I was told I would have if I purchased the extended warranty, Im now finding out they didnt even create a work order or create any documentation whatsoever the second time it was in because they couldnt recreate the problem. Nobody does business like that. Attorneys are discussing how we proceed from here.Business Response

The customer was never promised anything about pick up and delivery. I have went over this with him and he said he feels like we should do this service. As for him saying that he didn't want the lifetime battery coverage, I have shown him where he signed off on this on more than one document. I have looked at the Repair orders that we have and although he states that we didn't even make note of the second time is false. There wasn't a second RO but there is notes in the first one of the second time the unit was here. As for the unit "still having shifting issues" is very likely operator error, as we have never been able to recreate the issues either of the two times that he has had this unit here. We have offered to take a look at this machine again but he doesn't want to pay for the pick up of this machine.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:1. Its a blatant lie by saying I ***** promised 1 year pickup and delivery I know what I was told and this rep ***** even present or involved in those conversations
2. Its further evidence of how out of touch with the situation is to suggest I dont know how to shift. Even his own service **** person had once mentioned they were aware of problems shifting with this model. As reported previously, even his own driver had problems getting it into gear when it was returned from being serviced.
3. Re the lifetime battery charge, I didnt catch it on the invoice/contract because they disguised it as Torque. Plus, seeing how Id already told them I didnt want the warranty I trusted them to have removed it.
4. The manufacturer says that all dealers have been provided instructions on how to correct shifting problems with the unit. That in and of itself clearly indicates the shifting issues are documented.
5. If Im going to have to pay for pickup and delivery I need to have the confidence its going to be fixed.
All Im guilty of is not doing my due diligence about this model and this business before purchasing

On 4/21/23 I submitted to cancel the warranty that I purchased with my motorcycle. After a week of back and forth, I finally got the right form summitted along with my paid in full letter from the bank. **************** verified warranty was cancel in there system on 4/21/23 and the refund will come from the dealer. Fast-forward to 6 weeks later the dealer still hasn't processed my refund and are now telling me that once processed, they would send my refund to the bank that has been paid in full and has release any ties to my motorcycle as of 1/23/23. I purchased a used motorcycle, one MV Agusta Brutale 800RR - VIN *****************, from RideNow Powersports *********** (formerly Freedom Powersports ***********) located at *************************************************************************************************** on Saturday January 28, 2023 for a total of $15,480.17. As of May 20, 2023, I have yet to receive a title or license plate with valid registration for the vehicle in my name from the dealership, and they have failed to furnish me proof of an application for said title and registration upon my multiple requests. On the date of purchase, the dealership did not present me with any proof of documentation of a title for the vehicle.I was able to get ahold of the dealership's account manager / person who handles submitting all title application forms on 4/14/23. I have no audio recording from this call, but I was told that the reason the title was taking so long to process was that the Parker county tax office was backed up and things were taking longer than usual. I requested if they could provide me with a Title Application Number so I could see what the status of the application was, but I was told they did not have one to provide me. I requested another temp tag for the motorcycle at this time, but I have yet to receive this.On Tuesday (5/23/23), I went to the dealership that I purchased the motorcycle from back in January. I spoke with one of their office admins who handles documentation for the dealership, and she showed me a photocopy of the previous title for the motorcycle. The title was from the ******************* and there is a lien on the title. This was never disclosed to me at any point during the sale of the vehicle.Initial Complaint

I made an inquiry to SELL my motorcycle with Freedom Power Sports of Denton. I received a text from ************************* with a quote of $10,500 that he said was given to him by ********. I verified with ******** and they confirmed a quote of $10,500 for my motorcycle. All pending an inspection. I received an email from ************************* that suggested with low miles, market demand and add on accessories the motorcycle could be worh more. The email invited me to bring the motorcycle in and have it evaluated. My inquiry was to SELL, they offered to BUY a trade in was neve discussed when the quotes were given. When I got to the Freedom Power Sports of Denton on 1/6/2023 the inspected the motorcycle and told me it need a brake flush and that lowered the value by $1500.00. However I was told if I wanted to trade for something else they would pay me more. A brake flush does not cost $1500.00 nor was considered anything for the added accessories to the bike. While I owned the bike all maintenance was completed at Freedom Power Sports of ********, never once was a brake flush recommended to me. They used deception to get me in, lowered the quote to try to get me to buy another motorcycle from them despite the fact that the inquiry was always to SELL, a fact they acknowledged. I am rejecting this response because: You made the quote based on a "Sale Only" after the inspection told me "If you want to trade we can give you more for the motorcycle" its not that you inspected the bike and said this or this is wrong with it, you lied to me to get me in the door. I also received an email telling me the bike may be worth even more than the quote based on low mileage (Bike had less than ***** miles on it) Accessories installed (bike has an after market ferring and blue tooth sound, a fork lock which it did not have when I bought it from you) after I make the trip to bring the bike in you tell me again "if you were trading it would be different" There was not a valid reason for a $1500.00 dollar decrease, in fact you should have paid me more to be more specific you should have paid me $12,000.00You lied and mislead to under value my bike

Purchased the product 7/29/2022 it defaulted on me 2 times, took it back to the dealership and got it back after 6.5 week( dont know why it took 6.5 weeks) the day I drove it home it defaulted on me about 2 weeks after I returned it back to the dealership for a recall and told them Im having the same issues(start up issues) they looked at it and found no issues, I drove it home and as soon as I got into the driveway it happened again the bike did not start I drove up to the dealership and someone said they would come pick up the bike they never did I changed the battery and managed to get the bike started and drove it there myself, I bought it used, they are not refunding me or offering me another bike or any alternative please help I and still Making payments on the bike I purchased it around 7/29/2022Initial Complaint

I purchased a brand new 2023 motorcycle from Freedom Powersports on 8/11/2022. I still have not received my registration. *** visited Freedom Powersports 9/26/2022 a day after the temporary tag expired. A black female at the front desk advised met that I would have to check with the tag office. I went to the tag office and was advised that they were not able to process my registration due to the Freedom Powersports not submitting the valid title information to them. The tag officer gave me another temporary tag which expired on 10/25/2022. When the temporary tag expired I returned to Freedom Powersports on 10/25/2022 due to me still not receiving my tag. I spoke with the black female at the front desk again and she advised me that to go to the tag office. I went to the tag office again and they advised me that I would have to contact Freedom Powersports due to them not submitting the valid information to process my tag. After going to the tag office I returned to Freedom Powersports. The black female at the front desk advised that they have new person processing the registrations and the new person processing the registrations e-faxed the registration information to the tag office that it will take 10 days for it to be processed. I returned to the tag office on November 3, 2022 and they advised me that they were still not able to process my registration due to Freedom Powersports not providing them with the valid information to process it. I then went to Freedom Powersports and spoke with ******. ****** advised me that they are going to over night my title and that it should be processed by November 7, 2022. Freedom Powersports charged me a registration processing fee of $868.56. I would like a refund due to me not processing my registration or I would like them to complete the process so that I can receive my tag.Business Response
