True Auto has terrible service and they are a scam. I just recently had to replace a $347.00 part on my vehicle do to an manufacture defaulted part that was covered under my policy. However, a representative at True Auto gave me and my mechanic the runaround about paying for the replacement of the part on my vehicle. I never missed a payment on my policy nor have I ever made any prior claims to Tru Auto. I had been with them since 2022.I would strongly suggest anyone who is currently with them to drop them. And get a hold of the Consumers Protection Agency immediately.True Auto, LLC

**************, I apologize that we are a small company and only have two claims agents, the agent that you were working with was out unexpectedly due to a death in his family. Our other agents tried to reach out to the shop and help assist with the claim. Since there was a delay, you said you were contacting your attorney, your claim has been in pending status since then. ****************. I am sorry you received one advertisement from our company. Our marketing has a 95% accuracy rate, yours must been in the 5%. Had you called us, we would have been happy to remove you from our list. We are not a scam and the product you were marketed is not fake.
