.IVE BEEN BACK AND FORTH *ITH ***** FROM CLAIMS ***** FAXING OVER DIAGNOSTIC AND SERVICES DONE TO MY CAR. I *ENT AHEAD AND SUBMITTED *HAT HE REQ AS HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK LIKE HE SAID , I CALLED TODAY AND HE DENIED MY CLAIM. ACCORDING TO HIM I DIDNT DO AN OIL CHNAGE AT THE PROPER TIME *HICH IS NOT TRUE. I DID PROVIDE MY CAR PROPER MAINT AND FAXED OVER THE GENERAL RECEIPT * SERVICES DONE TO MY CAR, I ARGUED * HIM AS HES BEEN GIVNG ME THE RUN AROUND AND FINDING A *AY TO NOT COVER MY CAR. LAST DIAGNOSTIC DONE AT MY CAR *AS 06/2024 HAD THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON AND THEY FIXED IT AND CHECK ENGINE LIGHT *ENT OFF, GENERAL INSPECTION PASSED, CHECKED GREEN *HICH IS GOOD CONDITION ,ONLY 2 GENERAL CONCERNS APPEARED IN THE ****** THE DRIVER SHAFT NEEDED TO HAVE CLAPS REPLACED 4 THE *** BACK ALSO HAVE RIGHT AND LEFT ENGINE MOUNTS REPLACED. I HAD CALLED BACK AND SPOKE TO ANOTHER PERSON THAT GAVE ME A DIFFERENT ANS*ER ON *HY MY CLAIM *AS DENIED AND HE STATED BECASUE ***** HAD DOCUMENTED IN THE NOTES MY LAST GENERAL **** RECEIPT *AS *RITTEN BY HAND. THATS REDICULOUS IT HAS THE **** SHOP INFO DETAILING *HAT SERVICES *ERE DONE AND AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED THERES SEVERAL **** SHOPS *HO STILL USE *RITTEN INVOICES AND FROM THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT *ONT APPROVE MY CLAIM OVER THIS? MY CAR IS GREAT CONDITION, NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON, ALL INSPECTION RESULTS ARE MARKED GREEN THERE IS NO NOTE OR ANYHTING *RITTEN ON THE DIAGNOSTIC THAT STATES MY CAR IS IN POOR CONDITION. I NEED MY CAR TO BE FIXED AND COVERED BEFORE I HIRE A LA*YER BECAUSE THIS IS RIDICULOUS TO HAVE A *ARRANTY AND THEN *HEN IT COMES TO FIXING THE CAR ***** FINDS A *AY TO NOT COVER YOUR CAR. I STILL DONT KNO* *HATS THE REAL REASON MY CLAIM *AS DENIED AS ***** AND HES OTHER TEAM MEMBER I LAST SPOKE TO CANT SEEM TO BE ON THE SAME PAGE *ITH THE ACCURATE ANS*ER AND THAT TELLS ME TRUE INSURANCE IS NOT ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SADISFACTION, THERE MORE ABOUT SAVING THE COMPANY $ ****** SUPERVISOR IS HIGHLY RUDE NO HELP AT ALL, POINTLESSTrue Auto, LLC

****************, your claim was denied for lack of maintenance, you were not performing your oil changes according to the manufacturer recommendations. Yes, the receipt your provided from Union General is handwritten, that has nothing to do with the denial the agent was just reading the account notes, that was not the reason for denial. The receipt is from an unlicensed facility, it is made out to "**** & ********", no last name, there is not a date, parts of the receipt are illegible. Per the contract you purchased, you agreed to maintain your vehicle and keep accurate records. Further details can be found in your policy book, page 6, under Policyholder's Responsibilities. I am sorry if there was confusion with all of your calls, yelling and cursing at our agents does not result in the most productive conversations.Review fromAmador C.

I reviewed your account and I see where we paid $1750.33 for a claim last month, but I do not see where you called in to cancel the policy or request a refund, are you sure you aren't referring to your car insurance company, since it was in an accident? We are not your insurance company we are service company for your mechanical breakdowns, not accidents. Your account is still active in our system, so if you are needing to cancel your contract and receive a refund, please give us a call and we will be happy to process that.

Great company, for a warranty for your vehicle. All ways there when you need them .The agent is on point with getting you and your vehicle back on the road.
