    One of the wrost companies I've ever done business with collected my money for over a year and laughed at me when i tried to file a claim the people working for them tried to instaget a fight and were down right mean when i tried to file a claim this is one of the worst companies I have ever done business with costumer service was down right mean and cruel

    ******************, No one was instigating a fight with you, mean, nor cruel. After you cursed out our claims agent, he told you he was not going to be spoken to in that manner and asked you to lower your voice. You are correct that you paid into a month to month policy for 3 different vehicles over 2 years. The most recent vehicle that you purchased a M2M policy for and tried to file a claim on was recently purchased by you and as you stated to us, you cannot provide proof of sale or service records because the people you bought it from are no where to be found. At that time, you cancelled the policy. I understand your frustration that you bought a vehicle and the sellers disappeared and I am sorry you are having to deal with that. I will refund the payments you paid into the recent vehicle policy as it would not be eligible for coverage without a bill of sale and/or service records. The refund will be for Oct. (when the new policy was started), Nov., and December 2023 payments, totaling $284.

    This company has horrible service! They sent a letter to me 8 months after I purchased my vehicle stating I haven't activated my MBI. I call to ask questions. *** the first person to speak , obviously had a lack of product knowledge and became frustrated and began to argue that I'm making the call difficult! I ask to speak to a supervisor he says no and disconnected the line. After being disconnected 4 consecutive times, ********************* jumps on the line very argumentative, again pushing the narrative of me wanting to purchase a warranty! Not once did I ever say I wanted to purchase anything! He was extremely disrespectful! Tru Auto as an entity should be embarrassed by them! After all that ..they still didn't answer the questions! Corporate Bullying strikes again! Thanks for nothing!

    ********************, I am sorry that you feel you had a difficult experience. You were sent an advertisement by mistake, which you were informed of at the beginning of the call and told you would be removed from our list. *** was very patient with your questions and helping you understand the difference in mechanical breakdown coverage and a maintenance agreement which you stated you had already purchased from your dealership. When you became frustrated that he could not provide you information on a policy that is not ours and began to curse at him, he informed you he would disconnect the call and then he did. I would advise you to call your dealership as *** had mentioned and go over your policies purchased and the terms of those contracts.

I ran some reports and only see that the number we have on file for you, ending in ****, called 1 time on 11/1/23 and we called it back the same day, with no response when we answered the first call or when we returned the call. I do see that we paid a claim for you on 11.2.23.     Returned communication from a paper mail advertisement I received to my address. Representative was vulgar and disrespectful. Customer: "Hey what company are you representing and what asset is being flagged to receive these mails?"Rep: "I'm from True Auto we offer warranty protection for cars and trucks."Customer: "Ok let me correct you and say...."When ******* cut me off and exclaimed that "you will not correct no what the f*** I know what this is "In which I immediately hung up.
