      They dont reserve a star. I just posted a long review on this store half hour ago. Very unprofessional. They dont even have the opt out option in the reciept. They are super nice when we went tp purchase a fishing pole but when we went to return the pole in timely manner. The manager n one of the staff was very unprofessinal. The staff was so excited to show me that i opt out of something that doesnt have a box to intinal. I told them if they work in a store. Its very important to intinal all boxes that needs to be on the reciept. What can i expect when we do sales in 2nd hand store. So, my son got robbed out of his money. Shameless people ??????

      They sold me fake silver and would do nothing to remedy the situation without a receipt. Purchased over a year ago with cash.

      Been going this company from ******* to ***** I have had my thing stolen by workers at the ******* location They had a Christmas party and I lost all of my item and had to pay extra to get them back I purchased a bracelet paid $560.00 went to get a loan found out one of the links in the bracelet was was altered and was sticking to a magnet was embarrassed in front of a store full of customers saying my jewelry was fake went back to the store they gave me back $330 of out of the 560 I paid because only one link was altered no the rest of the bracelet I just say make sure they use the magnet to test your item before buying so you dont have a issue with the item corp could careless.

      Absolutely horrendous terrible worse and I can't stress worse business and customer service I have ever dealt with in my entire 41 years of life I have worked in the **** industry for 15 years I've worked in **** shops from ** to ******* through ******** as well as ************** and ******* I've been in pawnbroker myself for 10 years of my earlier life and I will say ***************************** should be fired and will be seen in court shortly after a subpoena served over a civil matter due to search poorly conducting business and crooked downright extortion type racketeering business they deal with. I am disgusted I am flabbergasted and I am sick to my stomach that a business remains to stay open the way they treat people

      Manager at location at *************************************************************** overcharged me for a item.Once I called them on there actions they quickly removed the tag so that they would not be caught in the act.She said that the price was for a different unit and it was the wrong price but the unit was the only one they had like that.I Assume the location is doing bad at sell and this was a attempt to make more money.Very Bad for the manager too be attempting to scam customers at a already failing location.I need to be contacted for refund of extra amount charged.Have photo proof of tag and receipt of overcharging

      They are very unprofessional and rude at the same time. They don't call you to remind of payment until the last month before they take. I hope all that stealing save their Souls from h*** I will never **** with this location again.

      I went in to purchase, a firearm only to have a denial. An employee gave me the wrong information and the manager. ******* called me, completely, took care of me and made things right . So I would like to retract my complaint on this business as I do a lot of business with them, they made things right and took care of me.

      I pawned my firearm back in October 2022. Since then I've been doing background checks and fingerprints to get it back. The district manager sold my firearm while I was still paying the extensions fees. He pretty much told me owell, get over it and hung up in my face several times. He said when I figure out how to resolve my background check that he will sell me a similar gun or one better. Since then I have contacted first cash corporate offuce, customer service and have asked a week now to speak to the regional manager. No one while help me. When I spoke with the criminal justice information they're saying it has to do with an old public disturbance case that was dismissed and they want to know in writing for the courts was it a verbal altercation or a physical altercation. I don't even know who to go to get this letter. I've also file a consumer complaint. I want the money I spent for the firearm and the money I spent towards the extensions. I also want an apology for the way I was treated. I've been doing business with superpawn for years and have never experienced any thing like this.

      The worst pawnshop to do business with not only are they robbing people legitimately by offering them a crappy offer for the item when he knows the guy to call twice in like 30 we know why theyre gonna business I dont need that theyre stealing from customers by queen ***** on their way, and then not honoring that item and Ill give them the money back either I really dont think Cash America or if you wanted to be in business with her out to drop off not to help out people
