      I had a lot of belongings in the midland location on wall, went and made a payment and told her I needed until a specific day. I just found out the lady messed up and now I lost everything I owned including my late husbands wedding ring set. I am absolutely devastated. I am getting a lawyer.

      Im trying to retrieve my items and is being told that I cant because I need to contact a lawyer because I slipped and fell inside of there store and they think I have contacted a lawyer I need my stuff because thats how I work I have not been able yo work due to this stupid incident i have been a good customer to them I just want the manager to give Meh a call

      I bought a ps4 and two games , the ps4 is malfunctioning. i called and the lady said I didn't buy a warranty I have lost money and must keep the product. this is bad business for any consumer . I did call customer service and recived a ref # *****

      I had a layaway that was with cash America, making my payments on time walked into the store and found another item to which I wanted to put on layaway as well. Put my first payment down came in the next month to make a payment and apparently I missed my day by three days they turned around and sold the ** that I put on layaway never received a call to ask me if I was going to be into. Hey if I still one of the item nothing nine Forest to forfeit the money that I put down on the **. Not happy with the customer services they have provided.

      Worst ever! Manager is absolutely rude! I have a **** ******* laptop was wanting $450 loan. I have. 100% history many loans *******! He tells me its too much money but 300 isnt! Ridiculous not to mention I waited ***** mins never acknowledged while the manager totally ignored me. But when 2 white customers came in and was waiting 1 minute as he was finally helping me. He was very quick to greet them and apologized for their wait! Thats my experience at a place Ive used for years.Store location *****************************.

      If I could give zero stars I would. Ive been doing business with Action **** for a few years now. I always go to the Ft Hood location because when I go to this one Im always made to feel uncomfortable. The employees talk to the customers in a very belittling and bias-offensive way. They are very unprofessional and lack customer service skills. The whole staff needs to be trained on how to properly assist customers. They also need discrimination, and harassment training. I would not recommend this particular location to family and friends.

      I am a long time customer of Cash ***********************. I put some items in layaway and could not afford to get them out. They were returned to stock and the $100 I paid to put them into layaway was taken in it entirety by Cash American. The layaway contract does not clearly explain what will happen if you default or cancel. Nor did the sales representative explain to me I could loose all my money if a monthly payment was missed. I received no call, email nor text as shown in the contact regarding payment my money was just taken away. I have no issues with companies charging a restocking fee. I have no issues with a companies only give you store credit. But Cash American took the entire amount I paid down on the lay away and offered me nothing in return. This company did not operate in good faith and I will never purchase anything from this company again.

      They told me to bring my tv in. I forgot the remote so I had to go back and get it. When I returned she told me we're not taking TV's. I had taken it inside the store they knew when I left to get the remote I would be back with the tv. They are definitely rotten and from the looks of these reviews prejudiced. Why waste my gas and time. U were accepting tvs until you saw my face.
