1 starI had applied for an apartment and paid the administrative fee. I was then told that I was pre approved and for the next couple of days I gave them all the information that is required but they said I didnt make enough which I did make enough come to find out from them but long story short they rejected my application after all that because I was late a 3 times throughout 2 years. And they would not return my administrative fee. Administrate fee should be given back if you are not approved. That is bad management.Review fromNull N.

1 starThis property has gone down in value within a short amount of time when they hired *******. The two maintenance men they have cannot work tickets on time and have not been taking care of the property. The pool was redone about 2 years ago and theres already 2 tiles that have fallen off. The pool also is green, the flooring in the pool is yellow there is algae on the tile or the pool and the hot tub. Theres been a gate broken for about a month and a half that they have not fixed but just put a bike lock around. ******* was on her phone driving in the parking lot and almost hit a car. Maintenance was suppose to start re-painting the numbers on the stales 5 months ago and the only stall they have re-painted was Leilanis (the assistant general manager). ******* stated in emails from around April/May that parking spots for a couple would change and only those people would get the emails if it were to change well the end of the month came and she pushed it for another month. Then when she untimely sent out the parking she changed EVERYONEs spot then same day changed everything back because how upset the community was. ******* has also had a male visitor that grabbed her **** in front of minors which posted on ****** as well. The bathrooms in the gym and the outside of them are always disgusting and are never cleaned. If you want a quite place to live as well would not recommend this place.. they have college student that are loud and underage kids that sneak in at night to drink and jump off of the water fountain. Dont bother trying to contact the general manager either because she has RARELY IN OFFICE. They also have tripled the amount for rent but yet the amenities are never working, maintenance is horrible and the staff is rude.Review fromNull N.

1 starOlympus *********** is terrible. The assistant manager ******* is very dismissive whenever you complain about something that is not done. My carpet is infested with bugs and my water in the main bathroom smells like rotten eggs. I have been here for almost 8 years and have been complaining about this for years. They just reopened the main pool, and the pool pillows are so nasty and dirty that I would not suggest anyone lay on them. If I could give them a 0 I would. People if you visit, look throughout the entire community and not just the pretty flowers out front. My health has been impacted by how nasty this complex is. Run while you can.Review fromSid S

Called them several times and have legitimate complaints that they dont want to address I guess. ************ returned one call once but not the others and that is okay. He reflects the same attitude that his management does at the apartments where I live. So here to *******, you earned this review. Nice work.Olympus Property

The fact that this company puts on a front of luxury and quality apartments is laughable. I would expect such low standards to be from a slumlord or a tiny management company.Olympus Property

I initially chose this apartment because of the location, and friendly and helpful leasing agent I was working with. However, when I moved from ******* to Olympus Fenwick Apt in ******** ** a few days ago, the apartment was dirty, the carpet was dirty and dingy and smells like a wet dog, we found human and dog hair all throughout, there are chips on most all of the window trims, chips on the door trims, several cigarette butts on the balcony, when in the bathtub it squeaks loudly (as it is not properly sealed), there are scuff marks all throughout the walls in the apartment wall, dust on the appliances in the kitchen, dirty baseboards all throughout the apartment. All in All there was absolutely nothing done in this apartment but a very poor vacuum job. The assistant manager on duty did not even come out of her office to address any issues (as a well-qualified manager should do). So much so that I do not even know her name nor what she looks like. They had the leasing agent come over so that the leasing agent could do a "courtesy clean" but our movers arrived shortly after. Nonetheless, a professional cleaning and a carpet change is what should have happened. I told the leasing agent if they would speak to the Assistant Manager on duty that at the very least deduct money from rent (whatever they would pay so said cleaning crew) as I would clean the apartment myself. Further, we have allergies and have woken up with puffy eyes and sneezing throughout the day and evening from the carpet inundated with dirt, dust and dog hair.Olympus Property

The management is awful. They say one thing when asked a legitimate question and then they go after you because the lease said something else. And, they don't take any responsibility for what they said verbally. They talked me into putting my ex-husband on the lease, even though I told them that he would not be occupying the residence: ever. This was so I would qualify financially. I was moving to ******* from ********* and could only view and speak with properties by email or phone call. After arriving, I got my legal name changed from my prior married name, I took it into the office, for I was told prior that I would be allowed to have the name change on my lease after it was finalized. Again, they acted like they never said that verbally. They denied me the right to turn in my new driver's license and to have my legal name put on the lease. There was a big hole in the dog park on the premises. I fell in it and sprained my ankle. Their maintenance maintains the grounds everyday and they never filled that hole until I got injured. They sent me an email fabricating that I was telling prospective renters not to rent here because of hidden fees, which was violating the lease. That was a fabrication, a full fabrication that they threw at me because I let them know that I was very disappointed in their rudeness toward my daughter who came out to visit me, and they failed to take responsibility for verbally telling me that she could stay for nine days with her round-trip ticket. They told me I had violated my lease which stated only 7 days. I learned never to trust verbal, no matter how nice management of rentals, since this. They know that I cannot pay the rent on my own finances, and they still insist on a $6,000 payment if I break the lease early. So, my ex-husband is stuck helping me. They verbally told me I could go on a payment plan, then denied it. This has been the worst move decision I could have ever made living here at Residences Stadium Village in Surprise.Olympus Property

I lived at ****-******* and the previous management was refusing to cancel insurance they setup, after I had set it up before move-in in 2022. Management was verbally abusive, screamed at me when I told them of a girl in the office taking my cell phone to 'help' me make sure that I had the right insurance setup, this girl tried to make me leave her alone with my phone as she "helped" (I refused and stayed in view of my cell) SHOWED ME the email was received by her. $1900 charged for SMALL STUDIO, supposed to be base rent of ****, MONTHS of discussing why they charged that much. When I realized the erroenous charges for insurance, other "fees". After emails got no where, questions NOT answered, I called and was yelled at, accidentally told the girl who had taken my phone- that story, suddenly nothing... ignored emails and then Olympus takes over (avenue5 just left or was fired) and answered one email, they cancel the insurance, but... did NOT rectify the issue of false charges, NO REFUND for the MONTHS I was overcharged, and on moveout charged me for damages I had reported on 11-18-2022 (never got fixed) on move-in, I cleaned the place top to bottom, scrubbed baseboards (the bug spray THEY SPRAYED to kill the MANY infestations made them sticky), filled holes, but they claimed they had to repaint the whole place (it was horribly painted before, paint was on the ****** not done well before movein, many holes were just patched BADLY rom previous tenants), all my deposit was sucked up, and I was charged MORE, and they were apathetic when I explained- "hey... I never got a refund for insurance"- didn't care, rude, dishonest, apathetic, and unkind!Olympus Property
