Nov 21 We purchase a 2022Forest River Artic Wolf from Funtown ** in **** for $42,500.We had them check the heater system because the bunkroom is 15 degrees cooler than rest of unit. **** service center said there was nothing they could do. The system had a design flaw. Early June main AC would not cool below 82 degrees.AC was replaced mid-July. New AC still does not cool. Temps has high as 81 degrees in main area and 93 degrees in the bunkroom even after AC ran for 24hours.**** personal do not call back when promised. Contacted Corporate for assistance. No help. **** still does not return phone calls. **** service center checked unit again. They stated unit is working as designed. They defined working as designed as the inside should be 20 degrees cooler than outside temperature. I started recording temps at various locations inside the ** along with corresponding outside temp at time of taking the readings. I provided multiple sets of figures to **** and Corporate ******* showing we are not getting anywhere close to the 20 degrees difference in temp.I have spoken with Service Manager and General Manager in person on multiple occasions and spoke with the Corporate Rep. by phone/email. Still nothing is being done.I truly believe they are deliberately delaying addressing the matter any further. Soon the summer heat will give way and the unit will cool enough to meet the so-called manufacture standard. Next summer the unit will be out of warranty. My wife researched possible solutions and found ********* Systems. I suggested we try the product to the General Manager. He said he would discuss with Forest River Artic Wolf Factory Representative. Weeks later the factory suggested trying the product, however they would not pay for product or pay for the installation of product. ************ said they would not do anything related to the airflow system because the factory would not pay for the kit or installation.Business Response

Fun Time has had my camper trailer in their shop for 1 year as of July 19, 2022 for warranty work. I have had to cancel numerous trips. Paid for storage that I gave not used. Paid for tag that has expired and insurance that is about to expire. I drove the trailer to them. 2 hours away. Went back in May to pick it up when they called to say it was ready. The work was not completed. Drove back home.Business Response

I have a 2021 Sand ***** **** BH Vin ***************** purchase 4/9/21 and my underbelly has fell 3 times and I got it from Fun Town ******** *****. My RV has been Fixed in Nov 2021 and March 2022 has been in the shop for going on 3 to 4 months I got it out around June 9, 2022, and two days later my under belly fell again and they made me pay to get the black tank with is sewer picked up and black tank tied up and taking in on my money. This is 3 times in months, and this makes it a lemon. They do not document my complaints when asked and then **** say that it is not on the ticket. My ICE Box was loud and not getting cool but when I brought it in they said it was ok and not it is doing the same. I told them the bunk house door was stuck and then it was not stuck when I went but was stuck when I got it out of the shop 3 months later with no walk thru to note it an **** said it was not on the ticket, but he had to notice it when he fixed my bunk house window. Now my bathroom door is stuck also but I have not had my RV in almost 4 months. Fun town ****************** said he is only given me a 3-month warranty, but it has fell in that time 3 times now. I have a lemon and want I a want a new RV. They do not give time to get times fixed with in the warranty due to making me wait 2 months at a time. I have a bad RV. I got this RV to help with myself care as a disabled Veteran and counselor. At the bare minimum I want a full warranty for 2 years if I am made to keep a Lemon to make sure everything is fixed and to push my extended warranty back. I want my RV picked up by Fun Town RV if there is a warranty issue again and I want to be refunded for unlawfully charging me for their mistake. The ************ service ************ (Manny) said the brackets were installed wrong and that was the reason my underbelly fell again. My number is **********. My RV is back at ******** Fun Town RV by direction of ********************************* at *************, and they have not even contacted me at all.Business Response

Good morning, and thank you bringing this to our attention.
I have spoken to our service department and they said that your underbelly fell once and our tank once. Some of the items you have brought up were never brought up at either service department. I have discussed this with both **** and ***************************** They are now researching parts pricing and approval from your extended warranty. You will need to request reimbursement through your extended warranty. It was not a mistake of Fun Town's as we did not install the brackets that your mobile tech said was installed incorrectly. I believe a lot of the miscommunication is the fact that you keep going back and forth between service departments. In addition, we do not transport units. If you need it transported, you will need to have a third party do it or bring it in yourself.
We are willing to work with you. However, you need to call in and speak to our service department in Cleburne. There is no way to get anything settled over this platform or switching back and forth between stores, as items keep getting added to the list.
Please call in and ask to speak to the service manager in Cleburne.
Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:I already said what I want:
A brand new ** being this is a lemon
0r
I want 2 year warranty being they take a while to fix things
or
My money back
Facts to continued miscommunication:
******** always takes 2 to 3 months to allow me to bring in my *** I have made complaints since July 2021 3 months inside the *** Attached shows that the ** has been in multiple times and this is a lie being told that it was only brought in once. The reason for going to **** is that my ** was able to get in and out most of the time in the same day or a couple of days unlike Cleburne. I am a full-time ** person and do not have time to continue to wait months to get my ** fix. For example, I dropped it off on March 31, 2022 and had to go get it out on July 9, 2022 in which I still had to wait for it and had to pay more for my transportation since it was not ready.
Invoices from the different times my ** was taken in:**** took my underbelly off. It was never a problem with the underbelly prior. I went to a Funeral in the
November 2021 took the ** in to get the tank k*** fixed and **** took my under belly down.
Invoice 1: ******* Tag 921 Cleburne 3/8/22 9:08 notes **** reattached my ** R0 # ****** appointment initiated 12/29/2021 by ******** Fontenot
Invoice 2: ****** In **** 3/31/2022 and it was not given back until about 7/9/2022 and I had to keep asking for it because they forgot it was there and had me inconvenienced for months. Repairs was not done and parts not ordered until July 2022
Invoice3: ****** 7/12/22 11:41 (Work was told after I came to Cleburne on 8/10/22 they did not know when my ** was going to be done being it was not even scheduled to be looked at until 8/31/22 even know I said I do not have anywhere else to live. This is again the reason I want a longer warranty. It took a long time to get my ** seen even when it is in the shop and an emergency and how you inconvenience me.
The Forest River Representative has noted that my manufacturer warranty is extended from the year the item is fixed under warranty. I told your company I spoke with *********************** and that she told me to take it back since it is still under warranty and that you were supposed to pick it up from my site. I was not supposed to even pay that and I will be reimbursed. Your company referred *************** to me "************ Service Manny" at **************. He is your vendor and believe he even used to work for you. So his statement is credible unless you sent me to a discredit company. The
******************* ************ Warranty Representative. She even said she was going to allow you to fix items yall had her deny in the past. ( You guys are even stopping the warranty company from even covering items that are crazy).
Have tried to work with your company. ******** is trying to make me use the extended warranty even when it is in warranty. The extended warranty told me to take it to you. Which person am I suppose to listen to. Both the manufacturer and extended warranty notes you are responsible and you are not listening to them. ******** said that **** needed to put a thicker or more stick to reinforce the unbelly and ******** did. Now I am not clear which city is noted they are not responsible for the brackets being install wrong according to your referred mobile tech. But last person that fixed my ** underbelly was Cleburne in Mar 2022 in which yall had my black tank full and had not emptied it. I never got a chance to even use my black tank because I had to clean the mold before I was able to sleep in it being yall did not have it plugged up and it was not livable for two days and that is when the tank fell when I was moving in it.
Cleburne in the email tread told me that they instructed **** to have me used the extended warranty. **** gave me permission to bring it back in to them. I could not afford to get it transported back to **** and had it taken to Cleburne. It was understood I only had it 2 days and it was in the shop for almost 3 months so I did not have time to use it out of the warranty and I got it from you months after the warranty. It seems like yall or not on the same page. You need to get this together and fix this and stop trying to charging me now after I brought it back to you.

Good Morning and thanks for the response.
I know you have had some issues in the past that are currently still lingering. We talked to the manufacturer rep and she denied anyone asking her to deny any claims. Claims under the manufacturer rest entirely with the manufacturer.
It will also be up to the manufacturer if they choose to extend it as we have no authority there as well. I understand we are waiting to see if the manufacturer is going to cover the items besides the refrigerator which has been ordered under your extended warranty. Picking up a trailer for service is not something we do or expected and any mobile tech that comes out is a separate entity and has no affiliation with Fun Town RV.
Thank you

Because they have not offered a resolution that was asked for nor are they warranty any of their work which is with in the 90 days and they have not address the defects is not being charged to me they sold me a lemon and I need a 2 year warranty from them or new non lemon RV. I LOVE my home I deserve a non lemon product at no extra cost and inconvenience to me.

I am rejecting this response because: Fun Town and the manufactory company needs to except their lemon law defects they sold me and compensate me for the lost time. I have been homeless for a year to date now being my ** is my principal home. I only had possession of the ** from approximately 7/9/22- to 7/11/22 after Fun town having in from March 31 till July 9,2023. **** told me to take the ** back in July and ******** tried to make me pay of warranty parts out of pocket. Especially since the issues where manufactured issues and is not covered by the extended warranty. Then I also need for them to push back my extended warranty once they extend my manufacturing warranty. I am tried of being homeless and close to letting the media know how fun town has treated a 100% disable veteran by selling me a lemon and not holding to their warranty. This case needs to be remained open until they have resolved the issues of my **. Therefore I would like to table this manner and not have this case closed. They are not being compliant and is continuing to place me in a harsh ship.
