      Worst health care out there! Not only is the office staff rude, but they lack contact between administrators and patients! My husband was recieving care from this company for a few months, then one day no one showed up, they were done! No phone call, no patient evaluation, nothing! I also have a family member who works for them, and they have been denied holiday pay, and was misinformed about recieving union benefits. She had to talk to a union rep for a different matter and found out that she could have been recieving insurance benefits, although the office said she was not eligible. Seems all this company is concerned about is their own paycheck, and not the concern or well being of their clients and employees. I highly do not reccomend this company!!

      Our home care aid had surgery and is off for 6 weeks and my 91 year old father is in need of his services and we contacted Addus 2 weeks prior to her surgery and three weeks later we have no work and haven't even received a call to apologize and explain they don't have a work to replace her it's totally unprofessional and unexceptable
