      The issue is I worked and I turned in all my paperwork and I had back to back shifts at this location and they are paying me for one job and not the other one it doesn't make any sense!

      resolution.  I did receive 30.00 from them but then they didn't want to pay me for a shift I went to buy got sent away. It was fifty four dollars. I know they wouldn't be honest about so I quite work for them. Tired of the company.

      I'm a worker for Shiftsmart in ******** and they're refusing to pay me for work I have done and I have requested a mediator and I have gotten nothing from the company. I have had my shift payment stolen by the company and I want something done about it.

      The company has taken an additional look at this situation and has changed the judgement and the payment that they were not going to credit me with has been paid in full and I'm currently continuing to conduct gig work assignments as before within the guidelines of their app and I have upcoming shifts. Thank you for your time and your efforts to see justice prevail. I am so grateful for your speedy attention to the matter I can to seek help with. Thank you for helping this situation to be handled with great amounts of relief and respect as well move forward with the hope of this situation not happening again. I was most pleased with all aspects from not just the BBB but the shiftsmart platform team who corrected the issue. I want to say thank you all so much. I will consider the matter resolved and I'm pleased with that.i have no other additional issues at this point.

      I was banned with money on the account from working in a different state with new numbers ??? I couldn't get on with the ld numbers in new cities? A honest mistake I worked for years I had just worked hard for my money that I need for bills will I get it

      Showed up to the shift using my own vehicle and my own gas also taking time out of my day I couldve used to do other things. Only for the ambassador to not show up I put in multiple tickets and the were just looked over. I would like my funds for my gas and time, I dont see how Im not getting paid cause the ambassador didnt show up. In the terms it doesnt say thats a reason I would be denied payment.

      It's not the worst problems in the world , but Shiftsmart is seemingly actively trying to keep me from consistently working my recommended shifts , allowing them to go to people who won't even work hard for the opportunity. Since these guys have started the whole "shifts for you " deal , I've had a very consistent schedule and a handful of stores where I am treated like a member of the team . The last month , however , these shifts have been popping up on my feed rather inconsistently. the ** basically said I have to check more often , even though I have a stopwatch that goes off every 5 minutes to check religiously . I have only stuck around working shiftsmart because of the handful of stores I work ,but I don't have much use of the app if they want to take away stores that I've earned my way to work at on a regular basis . I have zero problems at any store , I actually have a personal friendship with a few of the managers I work for , and they contact me fromt time to time . I've sent numerous support tickets , but they NEVER say anything . And for some of these stores I do go to ,I hear the horror stories about the other folks from Shiftsmart that come and do terrible work . I take pride in doing a good job , and I'd like my stores back , please . And if you guys are discontinuing the "stores for you" then maybe I should still be able to see them ? I don't know , it feels as if Shiftsmart doesn't appreciate or care for the workers that try to make their company look good

      I went to work on June 4th 2025 for circle K. I could not find the ambassador. I notified ********* within the app, they replied to wait and I will be paid for that shift. I waited for a few hours. Still no ambassador no clock in code. I messaged shitmart again no reply. My shift with rejected with no pay. June 12th I completed a orientation shift that came with a bonus. The shift was accepted and approved still didn't get paid. I sent email after email no reply. I tryed to find a customer service number to contact a real person didn't find one.

      Friday June ******* I did am orientation for frito lays at the ******* in ********. I informed trainer a had another shift after the training and she was okand said she was going to make sure I leave to make it on time to my next shift,but she didn't she refused to let leave leave on time just sp she can talk bad about the ******* employees, once I was able to leave to go to my next shift I got turned away and was told BLACK WOMEN CAN NOT 2ORK AT THAT LOCATION WE ARE LAZYAND WE DO NOT DERSERVE TO WORK WITH OTHER RACE. I sent a complaint in soon as i got in my car. I got to my 3rd shift. I notcice i got paid for my training then not even 15 minures later shiftsmart took my money I earned. So I go to my last shift,I've already told the app I'll be there and the lady at the location turned me away and said they already had someone there from shiftsmart. I've been sending email after email since Friday. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone at all and the help tool in the app is no help at all shift part owes me $108.00 for that day. Last night around 10pm i got a notification saying my suspension has been lifted and i can start booking shift,when i get on the app it say im still restricted, it's not alway about time pay i actually like working for shiftsmart, I like making my own schedule and being my own boss. Not only would I like my money back I would like to work but I will take legal actions I've spoken to a few lawyers and they all say I have a lawsuit. I would just like to get the money I worked for and I would like to work the app before I take legal actions.

      06/13/2025 I completed a shift and followed the direction of waiting 24 hours for the payment to be submitted. My shift shows complete but the funds don't appear on my Shiftsmart account. I submitted a ticket and was told that it would be resolved. I followed up with the email but no one is responding to it. I just want to be compensated for my work. I will update status to satisfied once resolved.

      Hi, My account was deactivated on 6/13/2025, I feel due to retaliation for an issue/complaint stemming from a backup shift on 6/11/2025. On 6/13/2025 I scheduled & confirmed a flexible shift [*****: Store# *******- Bin prep, 3 pm]. I arrived roughly at 2:30 pm but was not able to access the check-in prompts. I immediately messaged support and learned my account had been deactivated due to a "history of low reliability" which is not accurate. My reliability score was currently at ******************************* the 80's as it was not a habit to cancel or be late to shifts without good cause. The last shift I cancelled on 6/12/2025 was due to a severe and life threatening weather advisory in my area due to deadly flooding. My On time score was at 100, I have been late only once because I went to the wrong store (same street) on 6/11/2025 but still made it to the correct location within 10 min ( checked in @ 2:08 pm). I request my account be reinstated because I have not violated any of the terms or conditions.
