      Shiftsmart has failed to provide compensation for the hours I have worked. I have worked a total of 4 shifts and have yet to be paid for any of them. Shiftsmarts promotes same day payment. The first shift I have worked has been over a week ago, and there has been 0$ funds applied for me to transfer into my banking account.Shift info:June 6, 2025: $22.05 June 8, 2025: $20.28 June 9, 2025: $19.4 June 9, 2025: $23.37

      I worked a product testing shift for $120 plus $5 bonus on June 4 2025 it was a 3 hour shift I showed up early and left a few mins late. Shiftsmart has yet to compensate me. They show my funds as approved for transfer since June 5th and theyre troubleshooting app says that they are processing the transfer but that transfer has been processing for over 8 days at this point. And there are no human beings to assist the ai with our complaints. I was told Id be reached out to and my email has been sitting for a week now no response. I am afraid this company may be scamming people out of their money theres no way to contact someone to get help and their system wont make a new ticket, I just want whats rightfully mine and then I will NEVER work another Shiftsmart shift again.

      Shiftsmart will not allow me to withdraw my funds for the shift I'd worked on June 11th, 2025 and has not responded to any emails the past couple days regarding why I cannot withdraw the funds. It is in the Shiftsmart balance but is not allowing me to withdraw. The app says: "Cannot create payouts: this account has requirements that need to be collected. Please provide those fields to re-enable payouts" but gives nothing further or a way to resolve. I have not received a response and am wary to work the rest of the shifts I picked up next week since I have yet to withdraw funds.

      Chip smart officer referral bonus if you before a friend and they work one shift I did such thing and I did not receive a bonus and no one answered me she's smartly so I'm trying to see if I get the bonus the lady that worked is **** ****** I've been trying to message shiftsmart email everything no answer I just want to know if I'm going to get the bonus said they offer

      This business operates off of an App. There is no support for people who sign up. No people to contact, *************. It's all a big scam. I worked shifts thru their app, had issues now they won't pay up. Look them up on ******. How is this allowed. So many problems here also contacting the ************************

      I worked for Shiftsmart on June 10, 2025 (at Circle K 1838 in ******************** W 1604 N) completed all my tasks and when attempting to check out the app had a glitch and just kept spinning. I didnt get paid for the shift. I reached out via the chat, because there is no other way to reach them and was told I didnt get paid because I didnt complete my tasks. I responded and explained there was a glitch in the app and that I had submitted all photos of the work/food I had prepared. No response. I checked the app later that evening and saw the payment was rejected. I sent another chat message and this time requested to give feedback and sent a detailed message explaining this was the second time I had a payment issue. It sent an email to the company and yet no response. On June 11, 2025 I went to same Circle K store at 4:28 am and because of a storm, there was no electricity. My shift was to begin at 4:30. I was unsure of what to do. I spoke with the assistant manager ****** and she suggested I stay for a while to see if the electricity was restored. Then about 4:47? I decided to check in to see what the app would advise me to do. It said to report being turned away, which I was because my store supervisor ****** came up and told me since *** didnt have any ETA of when the power was restored I could leave and that was just before 6am. I sent a text to this person ***** from the company that had sent a text to me a couple of days earlier. I explained the issue and someone named *** responded and said she updated my timecard and then I asked *** about the previous day and requested they contact the store to confirm my work since I was having problems with the app. Radio silence and I havent gotten paid for either days. I had a 100% reliability and on time rating and on June 10th received feedback from the companys app saying you completed 100% of your tasks, as well as a great job!.

      I have reviewed the business’ response and accept this
      resolution. I did receive the payment for the day the electricity went out a day or so later and I received notice of the payment from June 10th today.  Thanks for your help, I don’t believe I would have received this solution without the BBB’s intervention!

      I signed up for shift smart on June ****** I submitted my background check the same day on Monday morning I checked the app and it said that I failed and now I cant pick up no shifts on there. I dont have a criminal background. Im not understanding why my background check filled. I tried to contact the Support three different timesand email them. No one has reached out to me.

      I still have not received payment for my shift on June 2nd nor have I received payment for my shift on June the 6th in total I am missing $108.51 the shift on June 2nd I am owed $52.26 my shift on June 6th I am owed $56.25 I have tried multiple times reaching out and I still have not received an email or a call back I just want to be paid for the hours that I have worked. As it shows in the pictures it says my funds are now available to be withdrawn but every time I go to my earnings tab in the app it says I have $0 available for withdrawal. I have my payment methods on file there's no reason that I should not have been paid

      I started working in Shiftsmart on May 27, 2025. Since that time, I have completed seven (7) shifts and have yet to be paid for my services. I have had some issues with payment, have reached out multiple times to ****** to try and resolve the issue. ****** informed me that I needed to work through the Shiftsmart app. I have made several attempts to contact Shiftsmart at their number *************) to no avail. The number is not active and/or the call does not go through. I have sent multiple e-mails following the help link in the Shiftsmart app, again to no avail.Shiftsmart has stated that they will get back to me in e-mail, that was more than a week ago. Shiftsmart seems to be ignoring my requests and in the meantime, it has been two weeks since I started working in Shiftsmart and need this issue resolved immediately. I am submitting this compliant in hopes that the ********************** will intervene because this kind of mismanagement or lack of response is unacceptable.I have included screen two (2) screen shots showing the money that is owed to me to-date.

      I completed my first shift with Shiftsmart on 6/3/25 with a supposed pay of $54.34. I say supposed because after a week Ive yet to receive anything. Whenever I go to the completed shift, it says the funds are available for transfer yet when I go to my balance theres nothing there! I tried sending a support ticket yet *** received nothing back. This is very annoying seeing as everywhere Ive seen stated I would be able to get my money in ***** hours, but to my surprise here I am a week later without a single ***** for my work.
