      I have reviewed the business’ response and accept this
      resolution. The payment for both shifts were added to my Shiftsmart account in full here recently and I did add a follow up response letting them know I had received the payments and considered the issue at hand to have been resolved and have not had any similar issues since then, I also replied to the newest request I received from them inquiring of any payments I may not have received and made sure they were aware there are not currently any other payments unfulfilled and that my issue has been resolved successfully, I appreciate the Shiftsmart team in assisting me and look forward to continue working with them.       day at noon to go further but once I get the code from them the app said you are clocked in and I started the task list and then sit the phone down and get to working come back two hours later to load the photos of finished tasks to see the shift has just disappeared I told the manager she said its fine she will write them an email which she did on both occasions and still they havent paid me for either four hour shifts at ***** the one on the 16th I was running late for but the shifts have flexible start times and I let them know ahead of the scheduled time my issue and I was still at another shift that ran delayed and The manager knew this and asked me to please still come that she would also email which she did and only because she requested to please come knowing Id be late she didnt want another person as I already have experience and she was low staffed and needed me and I did as asked only not to be paid I just want to be paid for the two day $ ***** each as normal pay

      I had worked two shifts and I have still yet been paid for those shifts. Both managers have sent you guys messages telling you guys thatI worked my shift and that they weren’t sent homes the way you guys have them. I have sent you guys numerous of messages over and explaining this to you I’ve sent you screenshots of the emails that the managers have sent me that they sent to you guys And still you guys have not paid me. All I want is my payment that’s it I want my payment from both of my shifts you guys denied them and you haven’t approved themand every time I send you guys messages on it you don’t write me back you just say solved and that’s it.

      that it was an accident and that it was their fault as well as the manager sent in a message Actually three managers from three different stores sent in messages telling them how good of a worker I was how they wanted me there they for my shift as well as the manager also said it was their fault and they felt horrible that I got let go for having too many sent Homes according to the app so I got let go for following the rules following what I was told is basically what I got let go for I came back everything up on my end right down to every single ticket that Ive ever issues with the app recently right down to the managers sent me screenshots of the emails that they sent the app also had 2 approve my payments so I got let go for following the rules. They also still owe me money for 2 *************** not paying me for those shifts manager sent messages to tell Shiftsmart, that I did work I would like my account reactivated I have proof that its not my fault I enjoyed what I did

      I have worked 35 shift smart shifts between the dates of May 8 and May 20 2025. (Ive attached screenshots of all) I should have been reimbursed a total of $808.30 but to date I have only been awarded $23.01 as the amount able to be withdrawn (screenshots also attached). I have entered several tickets into the help section in regards to this issue and have yet to receive any kind of help. I did with one representative via messaging who advised me there was a deposit made on May 20 for $22 which is not the case as you can-see in the attached screenshots The amount made available was a $10 withdrawal and a $15 withdrawal on two separate dates.I have worked hard and expect reimbursement. The Circle K manager has also reached out as she is concerned that I have not received reimbursement for the services rendered yet is getting back to she or I in regards to this with resolution reimbursement shouldve been made the day of or within the next few days,but for some of these dates, it has been several weeks with no reimbursement. In addition to the flat rate owed, there has also been several dates at which I was orienting people and have not received reimbursement for thateither there is no pending issues on my account. Identity and bank information has been verified so there should be no hold up. I have tried to this Privately but again there is no contact to speak with anybody and the tickets go unanswered. Please review my account as payment has not been remitted for services provided.

      I have been working for shift smart for about a week now. I have worked 3 different shifts which Ill list below. But I was not late for any shift. I showed up on time. Didnt have a problem with any of the managers. I came in got my work done until it was time to go. I have 3 successful shifts under me now. And Ive noticed I still havent been paid yet for any shift that I work. The app is very unclear when your funds reach your account. Theres 3 different pay times according to app where you can be paid within 3 to 7 days. On the 6th day from working my first shift is when I really started checking about my pay. Again Ive not been paid for any shift I worked. So I emailed ShiftSmarts support about the issue. They told me I was already paid according to their end. I told them I wasnt paid and there were payment error occurred under the shifts Ive completed. I never got another response. I honestly dont know how Shiftsmart as a company is still running.       I am rejecting this response because:   Shiftsmart refuses to pay me for these three May 2025 shifts. They HAVE NOT paid me the $144. They only typed their answer yet they have no proof of payment because it doesn't exist. Now they want to start from the beginning & request payment from an Ai response chat support from their app that was no help back in May 2025. Shiftsmart is refusing to pay me.

      signed up to do jobs for them. decided against it & requested to have my account deleted. got an email to verify my email for said request. verified & received an email saying it was verified. customer service replied back stating theres no account under my email. when there literally is. i want it deleted & now its been over 30 *********** refuse to respond now.

      I set up an account with ********************** worked a shift after it was time for my payment they said it was a error with my payment and banned my account I just want my money I worked hard for after I booked and confirmed the shift yalll banned my account just giv me my money they dont have no one to talk to at all

      Shift smart I work for off a app May ****** I work for circle k on ******************** fl for 4 hours Shiftsmart payed me 3.15$ you cant get in contact with nobody nothing but through a app where they make you a ticket 2 days letter still havent heard back this was upsetting when I needed to pay for food this day ! I worked hard and Shiftsmart is a scam !

      I worked a shift but the app wasnt working so they sent me home and said Ill be paid but when it came time to withdraw my payment it wasnt letting me tried getting in touch with someone but nobody answered

      I have reviewed the business’ response and accept this
      resolution. on due to " them not excepting any requests from any Gmail accounts" it is like they do not exist at all. I have tried going through ******** ( company they are contracted with ) and the phone number given to me is for smart shift, a company having nothing to do with shiftsmart leaving me again no way of contacting them to dispute this issue. The phone number they do use to contact me when they need a shift filled apparently also only works when they "feel" like working. My sister in law contacts ****** on this number very successfully every time, however any time my husband or I use that number to try and contact them there is no answer from either calling or texting them. I have the proof of me working both food shifts on March 20th in my shift history, however trying to find someone, anyone to respond to me is literally impossible unless they " feel" like responding to me.
