      I have been working for shift smart for about a week now. I have worked 3 different shifts which Ill list below. But I was not late for any shift. I showed up on time. Didnt have a problem with any of the managers. I came in got my work done until it was time to go. I have 3 successful shifts under me now. And Ive noticed I still havent been paid yet for any shift that I work. The app is very unclear when your funds reach your account. Theres 3 different pay times according to app where you can be paid within 3 to 7 days. On the 6th day from working my first shift is when I really started checking about my pay. Again Ive not been paid for any shift I worked. So I emailed ShiftSmarts support about the issue. They told me I was already paid according to their end. I told them I wasnt paid and there were payment error occurred under the shifts Ive completed. I never got another response. I honestly dont know how Shiftsmart as a company is still running.       Saturday, 05-03-2025: I was scheduled to work from 10a-2p CDT... Sunday, 05-04-2035: I was scheduled to work 9a-1p CDT. But both days, the store manager did a "turn away" because she didn't need me...The following Saturday, 05-10-2025, I was scheduled to work 2p-6pm CDT. I first spoke with an associate who said they would check with Management. When I spoke to someone named *****, she then tells me management does want to work with Shiftsmart workers at this time...When I sent an email to Shiftsmart "customer service," I was advised they would pay me but I have yet to see the funds available to transfer into my checking account...I completed the "Manager Turned Me Away" steps in the app while still on the property & took a screenshot of the completion page FOR ALL 3 DAYS...I also took a screenshot of my completed hours in the app Schedule Tab, so I am unsure as to why the app did not process my payments... The total was $144. Thank you.

      I am rejecting this response because:   Shiftsmart refuses to pay me for these three May 2025 shifts. They HAVE NOT paid me the $144. They only typed their answer yet they have no proof of payment because it doesn't exist. Now they want to start from the beginning & request payment from an Ai response chat support from their app that was no help back in May 2025. Shiftsmart is refusing to pay me.

      signed up to do jobs for them. decided against it & requested to have my account deleted. got an email to verify my email for said request. verified & received an email saying it was verified. customer service replied back stating theres no account under my email. when there literally is. i want it deleted & now its been over 30 *********** refuse to respond now.

      I set up an account with ********************** worked a shift after it was time for my payment they said it was a error with my payment and banned my account I just want my money I worked hard for after I booked and confirmed the shift yalll banned my account just giv me my money they dont have no one to talk to at all

      Shift smart I work for off a app May ****** I work for circle k on ******************** fl for 4 hours Shiftsmart payed me 3.15$ you cant get in contact with nobody nothing but through a app where they make you a ticket 2 days letter still havent heard back this was upsetting when I needed to pay for food this day ! I worked hard and Shiftsmart is a scam !

      I worked a shift but the app wasnt working so they sent me home and said Ill be paid but when it came time to withdraw my payment it wasnt letting me tried getting in touch with someone but nobody answered

      Shiftsmart advertised on my homepage of the app a ****** bonus if I worked 2 cooking shifts before April 11th 2025. On March 20th I excepted and worked those 2 cooking shifts, however shiftsmart has only given me credit for working 1 cooking shift. I have reach out and submitted multiple support tickets with no response on their end. The confirmation email they send you once a support ticket is submitted at the very bottom of the email it does state " if we feel that this requires a response we will reach out to you" for some reason and multiple support tickets that I have submitted they obviously do not "feel" like they owe me a response. I can not find anywhere a phone number or email address that actually works for this company. Every phone number I find does not work, when on their webpage you can submit your info and have the company contact you for further information on the company, however after putting all my info in on that page then hitting submit it will reject my submission due to " them not excepting any requests from any Gmail accounts" it is like they do not exist at all. I have tried going through ******** ( company they are contracted with ) and the phone number given to me is for smart shift, a company having nothing to do with shiftsmart leaving me again no way of contacting them to dispute this issue. The phone number they do use to contact me when they need a shift filled apparently also only works when they "feel" like working. My sister in law contacts ****** on this number very successfully every time, however any time my husband or I use that number to try and contact them there is no answer from either calling or texting them. I have the proof of me working both food shifts on March 20th in my shift history, however trying to find someone, anyone to respond to me is literally impossible unless they " feel" like responding to me.

      Shiftsmart has banned me. It was a misunderstanding. I was working food shifts but the lady told me I couldn't do the food and that I had to clean so I followed the food captains rules cause I didn't want to get in trouble well unfortunately I have gotten banned for this and I feel I have been done very wrong and I want to continue working for them. I was a top shiftsmart worker. Please help me work with them again. It's the only flexible schedule that fits with me and my child's life.

      04/26/25 I was told that Id make $52 on 4/26/25 and never received payment from ShiftSmart. Its been 3 days and 8 emails later and still no response from support. I couldnt use the clock in feature because my phone is deactivated. So i had to wait until the end of my shift when i got home to do it. I was marked as no call no show yet my name is signed on the time sheet at circle k. I went to circle k to confrom if they had a way to contact someone from ShiftSmart and they said they have no contact whatsoever. Do im forced to spam emails and get no response. I want my f****** money. This is unacceptable. What company doesnt stress test their business model?! Virtual assistant is down so no support tickets can be filed, support doesnt respond to **** s*** Ive only ever gotten one reply from them and that was on 4/20/25 regarding missing pay. 3.6 hours i clocked that day, i was expecting $46.80 but i got paid a measly $26.04. I didnt get my referral bonus which states on the app $100 for me and the person i refer. I signed up with my friends code and got nothing. Im ****** off because its impeding me getting groceries and other necessities. Please help me get this resolved.

      I worked a 4 hour shift on 1/30/25 for shiftsmart and have never been paid! Furthermore. They have since locked me out of my account! I have made MANY attempts to contact them and never once have they responded! Their phone number is a dead end and they do not respond to email.
